It is proposed to fill up the vacancies in the category of Machinist/Turner

Gr.lll Scale Rs. 5200-20200+GP 1900 (Level-2) by holding a Trade Test.

Assessment of vacancies is as under-

The employees working in Scale Rs. 5200-20200+GP 1800 (Level-1) in

C&W unit with 02 year of regular services & BEE-ONE medical Classification are only
eligible for the post of Machinist/Turner Gr. lll.

The above Trade Test has been initiated/ordered only after ascertaining
quantifiable data of representation of SC/ST employees in the grade, as per the
L/Type rosters against roster point No. SC-NlL,ST-2/5 of tnitial Cycle as per the
orders of Supreme Court in M. Nagraj Case ( P.S. No. 73l2OL6l.

ln terms of No. 117/16, the promotions for the above suitability

RBE
are provisional and subject to the outcome of the pending Contempt Petition Civil
No. 314/2015 and SLP Civil No. 483U2012.

ln terms of RBE No. 9U2018 dt.19.06.18 the selection panels /

promotions shall be provisional and subject to further orders, pending further
consideration in SLP ( C ) No. 3062L of 2011.
