Evaluation and Control

Evaluation and control is the last stage in the process of recruitment. In this process, the
effectiveness and the validity of the process and methods are assessed. Recruitment is
a costly process, hence it is important that the performance of the recruitment process is
thoroughly evaluated.

It is the process of evaluating the performance and qualifications of the employees in


terms of the requirements of the job for which he is employed, for purposes of
administration including placement, selection for promotions, providing financial rewards
and other actions which require differential treatment among the members of a group as
distinguished from actions affecting all members equally.
Strategic Evaluation and Control of Café Amadeo
Operation Control

- Café Amadeo aimed at allocation and use of organizational resources through


evaluation of performance of organizational units.
Strategic Control

- It takes into account the changing assumptions that determine a strategy, Café Amadeo
continually evaluate the strategy as it is being implemented and take the necessary steps
to adjust the strategy to the new requirements.
Strategic Control Process of Café Amadeo
1. Premise control
-it identifies the key assumptions and keeps track of any change in them to assess its
impact on strategy and implementation. Café Amadeo find if the assumptions are still
valid or not.
2. Implementation Control

- Café Amadeo evaluates plans, programs, projects to see if they guide the organization
to achieve predetermined organizational objectives or not.

3. Strategic Surveillance

- It aims at generalized control. Café Amadeo monitor a broad range of events inside and
outside the organization.
4. Special Alert Control

- Café Amadeo can be exercised through formulation of contingency strategies and a


crisis management team.

 In what terms should these standards be expressed?
Café Amadeo must identify the areas of operational efficiency in terms of people,
processes, productivity and pace.
