- Is the ability to enable students to be engaged in the learning

process without spoon feeding them.
- The teachers role shouldn’t take place more than the
learners role.
- Successful teaching is how to coach students and not to
teach them.
- Consists of getting students enrolled in the active
construction of knowledge.
- Increase learning options

- The term learning maybe means different for each one of us
in sometimes the meaning comes from a past experience for
example some can think about learning as a person sitting
and studying by himself or in a class listening to the teacher,
but after we have been exposed to the 21st century skills ,
we might look at learning from different perspectives
- Learning process is meanly about gaining a skill or
knowledge that can stay with the learner the rest of his life
and enduring understandings that last forever.
Successful Teaching and Learning
- Teaching is effective when learning takes place in order to
have safe learning environment supported with high and
clear expectations, educators should take in a consideration
the following things
- students are active participants as individuals and members
in collaborative groups ( students should be responsible of
their learning)
- Recognize necessary skills for improving
- Monitor progress through formative assessment
- Provide Feedback
- Making adjustment
- Integrate technology to help students acquiring appropriate
teaching and learning.
- Requires creativity and innovation
- The ability to helps students meet their success criteria at
the end of the lesson
