Morning Wokeup
500ml warm water with 1/2 spoon Cinanmon,1 spoon Honey
1tbs Isabgol
*No eating till 30min*

Meal 1 Meal 3( Pre-Workout 1hr before Starting Workout)


Oat Meal(Masala Oats) 10Almonds,Risins,2tbs Peanutbutter,1 Scoop Iso Whey mix
Smoothe 10Almonds,Risins,2tbs Peanutbutter,1 Scoop Zero Carb Whey with 1Cup Oats.
Multi Vitamins 2tabs,Fish Oil 4 Glutamine 5gm
Or BCAA/EAA 1 Scoop
100g stuffed Tofo Panner with 6Oz Greenbeans
Or
8egg whites + 2egg Yolks
Or Meal 4 (Post Workout after 30min)
Besan Chilla + Curd 8egg White+2 egg yolk
Zero Carb whey Protein+1tbs Chia Seads
Mid Lunch Snack Glutamine 5gm
Green Tea,Green Coffee Bean BCAA/EAA 1 Scoop
100gm Boiled Moong 4 fish Oil + 2 Flax Sead oil
Any One Seasonal fruit (Not Banana)

Meal 2 Meal 5
Tofo Paneer Vagitable Salad (Served with 1tbs Olive Oil,peper,rock salt) Oat Meal with Vegitable Salad
Or Or
Green Leafy vegitable sabji 1 Cup Dal (Any) + White/Brown Rice
2Chappati (small size)
Or 1 Cup Green Tea
1Cup Dal(Any) + 1Cup Brown Rice,Served with full bowl of Salad

Mid evening Snack


Soup or Green Coffee Bean Coffee or Green Tea,Any One Seasonal fruit(Not Banana)

**For Sugar replacement use Stevia **


Avoid Oily and refrigirated cooked food
Stop using milk products(tea,coffee,etc)
Drink 6ltr Water through out the day
Skipped meal replace by 1bowl of Papaya,Pomegrante
