Preparation of Response against the buyer's Request for Proposal (EPC, Design & Build & Contracting Service) by bifurcating the responsibilities to a relevant department. Critically monitor the activities to achieve deadline of response submission.

Be an active participant at Bidder Conferences/Pre Bid Meetings & Pre Bid Site Visits for the clarification of Buyer's Scope of Work/Requirements. Prepare Minutes of the said meeting for in house understanding. By collecting queries from relevant in house department are also being asked from buyer for further scope study via defined communication channel.

Major Components of Response is but not limited to Technical & Financial for instance Priced Bill of Quantities, Proposed Construction Schedule/Timelines, Proposed Resource Histograms, Proposed Monthly Cash Flow, Proposed Cost S-Curve, Proposed Tools & Plants, Proposed Organization Chart, Proposed Temporary Site Facilities etc.

At post award stage, preparation of Scope Management Plan in which detailed and previous un cleared requirements are acquired from Client/buyer. Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the establishment of Scope Baseline.

Preparation of Schedule Management Plan in which WBS is decomposed into more manageable parts (Define Activities) in accordance with contract relevant clause. Defined Activities are then sequenced by giving them a logical dependencies and estimated duration. Primavera P6/Microsoft Project is then able to develop a schedule and submitted to buyer for approval. Approved schedule is termed as Schedule Baseline.

Key participant for the preparation of Quality Management Plan. Quality Metrics & Checklists are developed to ensure that processes and deliverables are in conformity with standards/policies.

Preparation of Resource Management Plan (Human Resource, Machinery & Equipment) in which physical resources are estimated in accordance with buyer's constraint and then act as an input in Primavera P6/MS Project for activity duration estimate. For Human Resource, Responsibility & Assignment Plan is prepared, recognitions & Rewards are also set for motivational purposes.

Preparation of Risk Management Plan in which negative risks are to be mitigated and positive risks are to be enhanced/exploited. Risks are identified/assessed as per past projects experience and stakeholder’s inputs. Probability & Impact Matrix is developed to clearly notify the team which risks are to be avoided, mitigated, transferred and accepted.

Preparation of Communication & Stakeholder Management Plan in which stakeholders are identified and assessed by their interest, influence, power and stakes. During the life of project, they are engaged and informed in accordance with their desired communication channel.

Preparation of Procurement Management Plan to support any outsourced work within the life cycle of project. In which creation of Work Orders, Procurement Statement of Work & RFQ’s are taken care for prospective sellers. Upon outsourcing a part of work, substantial monitoring is done on every process of seller plus outcome which they (seller) have been selected. Their payments and administrative claims are highly taken care. And also closing of procurement is performed with authenticity.

Preparation of Change Management Plan in which changes during life cycle are managed, controlled, approved and rejected after their impact analysis on triple constraints.

Schedule is monitored and controlled on the said software and projected completion of project is obtained. Change to the scope and schedule is assessed and upon approval, incorporated in the Schedule baseline.

Cost is monitored and controlled with Earned Value Management to calculate SPI, CPI, SV, CV, EAC, ETC & TCPI. Change to the scope is assessed and upon approval, incorporated in the Cost baseline.

Quality is monitored and controlled, any variation to the plan is assessed and corrective and preventive actions are taken to adhere the quality standards.

Changes are monitored and tracked and timely informed vertically and horizontally. Unnecessary changes to the plan are mostly prevented.

Extension of Time Claims and Cost Claims are prepared as per the situation and timely submitted to buyer/Client.

Upon completion of project or phase, proper documentation is maintained for archival and record management. Good and worst lessons are annexed in repository for future projects.
