EID UL FITR 2017  

Eid ul Fitr Talk 24.6.17

Aap  jitnay  bhi  hazraat  yahan  maujud  hein  aapki namaz Allah ke fazal o karam se kabool ho 

gi. Puch agr hogi tu woh mujse hogi isliye ke main imam hun. 

All  those  who  are  present  here,  their  salah  will  be  accepted  by  blessing  of  Allah.  If  anyone 
will  be  asked  regarding  it  (by  Allah  subhan  wa  ta’ala),  It  will be me, As I am the Imam who’s 
leading this prayer.  

Aur  masala  e  imamat  pe  khare  ho  kar  mujay  namaz  ke  liye  har  woh  amal  bare  ihtiyat  ke 
saath karna parta hai, kyunke woh sara boj imam ke oopar hota hai. 

And  as  I  stand  on the prayer mat leading your prayer, I have to be very careful regarding all 

the rules of Salah, as all mistakes will be mine alone 

Tu  iss  lihaz  say  jin  logon  nay  kal  ki  eid  ka  ilaan  kiya  hai.  un  kay  jo  zimmadaran  hein,  yeh 
saray  ka  sara  (  boj  un  par  hai),  unhun  nay  Saudi  Arabia  ko  follow  kiya  hai.  Ziada  guftugu 
nahi  karna  chahta  lekin  aap  ko  maloom  hain  ke  37  saal  ho  gaye  hein  aur  teen  martaba 
unhun  nay  Ramzan Mubarak ke andar eid ka ilaan kya. Aur baad main phir uska kuffara bhi 
Ada  kya.  Teen  saal  pehlay,  das  million  Saudi  riyal  (‫)رﯾﺎل‬  unhun  nay  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬  ada  kya. 
Saudi  Arabia  ke  logon  ka  tu  unhun  nay  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬  ada  kar  dya  lekin  jo  log  dusray 
mulkun  say  unko  follow  karte  hein  unka  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬  kaun  ada  kare  ga?  ameer  log  tu 
kuffara de sakte lekin gareebon ka kaun ada kare ga. 

Therein  those  people  who  have  announced  the  Eid  for  tomorrow,  they  are  responsible for 
that  and  if  anyone  will  be  asked  it  will  be  them.  They  have  followed  Saudi  Arabia.  I  do  not 
wish  to  speak  to  much  regarding  that  however  as  you  know,  In  37  years,  three  times  they 
have  announced  the  Eid  within  Ramadan,  and  afterwards  they  have  paid  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬ 
(donation to make up for missed Fast). 

Three  years  ago,  they  paid  10  million  Riyal  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬.  They  paid  for  people  in  Saudi 
Arabia,  However  those  who  follow  them  from  other  countries,  who  will  pay  for  their 
Kaffarah (‫ ?)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬The rich can pay their but who will pay for poor people? 

Aur  phir  Saudi  arabia  ki  apni  jo  Ruet-e-Hilal (‫)روﯾﺖ ﮦﻻل‬
ِ     hai  unkay  taraf  se  ilaan  hai  jin  jin 
mulkun  ke  andar  tum  namaz  ke  timetable  letay  ho  wohan  say  tum  Chand  ke  matalaq  bhi 
tehqiqat karna chahye. Saudi Arabia ko follow na karen. 

And Saudi Arabia’s own Ruet-e-Hilal (‫)روﯾﺖ ﮦﻻل‬

ِ  has said on their behalf to people, which ever 
country  you  obtain  your  prayers  timetable  from,  you  should  ask them regarding the moon 
as well.  

DON’T FOLLOW SAUDI ARABIA!!! 

 
 
 

Rasool e Paak ‫اﻟﻞ ُه َﻋَﻠ ْﯿ ِﻪ َو َﺳﱠﻠﻢ‬

ّٰ ‫ﺻﱠﻠﻰ‬ 
َ

ke  zamanay  mubaraka  ke  andar bhi kuch aisi ruwayaat milti hein ke  dur daraz ke ilaqon ke 

andar  ,  do  do  eidayn  us  waqt  bhi  huwa  karti  thi,  lekin  us  waqt  communication  nahi  huwa 
karti  thi,  tu  iss  lihaz  say  agr  koi  kahe  ke  saudi  arabia  nay ilaan kar diya hai aur humnay uss 
ilaan  ko  follow  kyun  nahi  kya,  tu  main  nay  uski  aapko  ​Daleel (‫)دﻟﯿﻞ‬  bata  di  ke  Saudi  Arabia 
nay teen martaba meri zindagi main , 37 years ke andar , teen martaba unhun nay Rozay ko 
bhi  qada (‫ﻀﻲ‬ ِ ُ‫)ﻗ‬  kya  (  Qada  tu  nahi  keh  saktay agar jaan buj kar kissi nay roza charaya hai tu 
churana  wala  kay  oopar  tu  saath  (60)  rozun  ka  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬  hai.  Lekin  jo  aam  public  hai 
woh tu uskay behalf pay kaam karti hai, woh qada​ (‫ﻀﻲ‬ ِ ُ‫ ​)ﻗ‬kar saktay hein. 

In  some  history  facts  in  the  times  of  Prophet  Muhammad  ‘‫ َو َﺳﱠﻠﻢ‬  ‫ َﻋَﻠ ْﯿ ِﻪ‬  ‫اﻟﻞ ُه‬
ّٰ   ‫’ﺻﱠﻠﻰ‬
َ   there  were  two 
Eids as well in some far out areas, however there was less communication back then. 

So  taking  that  into  account  (as  there  is  no  problem  in  communication  now)  if  someone 
should  say,  Saudi  have  announced  the  Eid.  Why  we  still  have  not  followed  them? So I have 
already  given  you  the  evidence  (​Daleel (‫)​)دﻟﯿﻞ‬,  in  37  years of my life, there has been 3 times 
where  they  have  done  qada (‫ﻀﻲ‬ ِ ُ‫)ﻗ‬  (you  can’t  really  say  kaza,  as  if  someone  has  knowingly 
made  many  leave  their  fast  ,  the  Kaffarah  (‫)ﻛﻔﺎرة‬ is 60 fasts for one missed one) for the roza. 
However people who just followed them, they can simply do qada​ (‫ﻀﻲ‬ ِ ُ‫​)ﻗ‬. 

Lekin  ab  sawal  yeh  hai  ke  das  million  unkay  paas  tu  hein,  jo  gareeb  log  hein,  unkay  paas 
khanay ke liye bhi nahi hai, woh kahan say Kaffarah (‫ )ﻛﻔﺎرة‬ada karen? 

But  now  question  is,  those  who  have  10  million,  they  can  pay.  What  about  the  poor  who 
don’t even have money to feed themselves?? 

Iss  lihaz  say  humaray  jo  ulema  ikraam  hein,  apnay  British  forum  Muslim ka jo Ijlas tha, Aur 
humaray  dusray  logon  nay  bhi  jo  Ilaan  kiya,  Yani  Agr  Marakech  say  na  milil  khabar,  tu 
Marrakech  ke  qareeb  SA  ka  banta  hai,  Tu  SA  say  agr  koi  bhi  humain  khabbar  mil  gaye  , 
telescope  ke  zariye  say  BHI  dekha  gya  chaand,  Tu  phir bhi hum Ilaan kar den ge Sunday ko 
hum Eid kar den ge. 

Therein  our  Ulema  Ikram  (Honourable  Scholars),  in  British  forum  Muslim  meeting,  and 
other  people  in  who  announced,  is  on  the  basis,  if  no  news  from  Marrakech,  then  next  is 
South  Africa,  And  even  if  the  news  is  that  moon  has  been  sighted  using  a  telescope,  then 
we will announce that Eid is on Sunday. 

Lekin  SA  nay  jab  yeh  Ilaan  kar diya ke Ramzan al mubarak ki aaj teesvi Taraweeh ada karen 

ge aur kal teesvan roza rakhen ge. Aur Monday ko hum Eid karen ge. Aur Marrakech say bhi 
yahi khabbar hai. 

However  SA  announced  that  they will pray 30​th Taraweeh and day after keep their 30​th Fast. 

The same news arrived from Marrakech. 

Lekin  kuch  log yeh keh rahe hain ke Nigeria say humain khabbar mili hai. Ab Nigeria ki taraf 

chalay  gaye  hein.  Behar  haal  ek  Roza  chornay  say  aap  ko maloom hai, Agr koi saari zindagi 
bhi roza rakhe tu uss roze ka namo badal nahi ho sakta.

Some  people  have  said  that  they  have  heard  news  from  Nigeria,  now  they  have  gone 
towards  that.  Anyhow  do  you  know,  If  you  was  to  leave  one  Ramadan  Fast and you was to 
fast for the rest of your life, ​you still will not make up for its reward (Thawāb ‫)​​ﺛﻮاب‬.  

Tu  agr  Ulema  Ikram  ki tehqiq hai , aur jo nojawan bachay boujud hein, moon website par ja 

saktay  hein,  ke  moon  jo  hai,  uski  birth  kab  hoti  hai,  aur  agar  namaz  magrib  ke  baad  uski 
birth hoti hai tu uss waqt woh imkan rohiyat , yani aank usay nahi dekh sakti. 

So  If  the  honourable  Scholars  finding  is,  (the  young ones present here, you are welcome to 

go  on  moon  website  to find out when is new moon, and if it is after Maghrib) then it cannot 
be seen with naked eye. 

Aur Hadith Mubarak main aya hai, 

It is in Hadith Mubarakah 

َ ‫ َأ ﱠن اﻟ ﱠﻨ ِﺒ ﱠﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻠﯿﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ َﻗ‬- ‫ رﺿﻰ اﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ‬- ،‫ْﺮ َة‬

‫ﺎل‬ َ ‫”ﻋ ْﻦ َأ ِﺑﻲ ُﻫ َﺮﯾ‬

. " ‫ِﻪ َﻓِﺈ ْن ُﻏ ﱢﻤ َﻲ َﻋَﻠ ْﯿ ُﻜ ْﻢ َﻓَﺄ ْﻛ ِﻤُﻠﻮا ْاﻟ َﻌ َﺪ َد‬ ُ ‫ِﻪ َوَأ ْﻓ ِﻄ ُﺮوا ﻟ‬
ِ ‫ِﺮ ْؤ َﯾﺘ‬ ِ ‫ِﺮ ْؤ َﯾﺘ‬
ُ ‫ﻮﻣﻮا ﻟ‬
ُ ‫ُﺻ‬
Sahih Muslim Book 6 Hadith 2379

Abu  Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( ‫ َو َﺳﱠﻠﻢ‬ ‫ َﻋَﻠ ْﯿ ِﻪ‬ ‫اﻟﻞ ُه‬

ّٰ  ‫)ﺻﱠﻠﻰ‬
َ  as saying: Observe fast on sighting 
it  (the  new  moon)  and  break  (fast)  on  sighting it (the new moon), but if the sky is cloudy for 
you, then complete the number (of thirty). 

Chaand  ko  dekh  kar  Ramzan  ka  agaaz  karo  aur  chaand  ko  dekh  kar  eid  bhi  karo,  agr 
chaand  nazr  nahi  aata (mumkin hi nahi hai, aaj kal ki moujuda jadeed technological duar ke 
andar)  tu  uss  soorat ke andar bhi agr koi rozay ko chorta hai, tu phir uska zummaydar wohi 
hai  jo  unka  sarprast  hai.  Yahni  jisnay  iss  baat  ko  apnay  zimmay  le  kar  uska  ilaan  kya  hai, 
woh uska zimmay daar hai. 

Start  the  Ramadan  by  moon,  and  do  the  Eid  by  sighting  the  moon,  and  if  it  cannot  be 
sighted,  (even  if  it  cannot  be  sighted  using today’s technology, then in that case if someone 
leaves  their  fast,  then  the  responsibility  is  lies  with  their  Guardian.  Meaning  whoever  has 
taken this responsibility upon themselves to announce it. 

Hamaary  ulema  Ikram,  woh zimmadran ulema ikram hein, hum unkay ooper aitemad karte 

hein.  Aur  phir  jo,  unkay  ilava  bhi  jo  humain  khabren mousool ho rahi hein, woh yehi hai ke 
kal,  chaand  aaj  kisi  soorat  main  nazr  nahi  aaya  aur  kal  Insha  Allah  hum  tees  rozay 
mukammal karen ge. Insha Allah parson. Monday ko Eid ul fitr Ada ki jaye ge. 

Our  honourable  scholars  are  responsible  and  we  trust  in  them completely, other than that 
the  news  we  have  received  are  that,  the  moon  has not been sighted in anyway, Insha Allah 
we will complete 30 fasts. Insha Allah we will celebrate Eid on Monday 26/06/2017.
