I. STRUCTURAL SERVICES

1 SCOPE

The Scope of work shall include complete Civil & Structural Design and Drawings, for the proposed
Commercial Complex at Kodada
The activities during this phase are the development of detailed design and drawings as per the final concept
drawings/Architectural drawings as given below.

o Site Visit to study of the existing building details and site features.
o Design Basis Report.
o Limited Coordination with PEB vendor and site team.
o Review of PEB drawings.
o Detailed Structural designs.
o Preparation of Engineering Drawings.
o Preparation of BOQ with tentative costing.
o Limited Construction support during construction/site visits

2 Deliverables

o Design Basis Report

o Excavation Drawings
o Foundation Drawings including Reinforcement details
o Retaining wall details
o Underground Sump details
o Basement floor beam layouts and Reinforcement details
o Basement floor slab layouts and Reinforcement details
o Ramp Layouts and
o Basement Deck slab details
o Anchor Bolt plan, Base plate & column details at ground floor level
o Deck floor beam framing plans at floors
o Typical Staircase details
o Typical Head Room Details
o Terrace floor Details
o BOQ with tentative costing

3 Schedule

Design, Drgs & Docs : 60 Working Days (For design & drawings delivery of complete project).

4 Fee Details

Our fee for the above services is lumpsom amount of Rs.3,50,000 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) +taxes
extra.

5 Assumptions & Exclusions

o Approvals, NOC’s are not our scope.

o Fabrication drawings are not in our scope.

 o As built drawings/designs are not in our scope.
o No 3D views submission in our scope.
o Above fee includes 5 free site visits to Kodada and 5 with Architect review meetings.
o Each additional visit (site/review meetings) costs 6,000 (INR)+Travelling+ Accommodation as
per actual bills.

6 Terms & Conditions

o All deliverables will be submitted in soft copy only.

o All design and drawing works will be carried out in our Hyderabad office only.
o All RCC designs and drawings shall be carried our as per latest applicable Indian codes of
practice only.
o All PEB works shall be as per PEB vendor specifications only.
