At barangay Tamacan, Amadeo Cavite from 2012 as of April 2019 the

population is 1,682. The health center was unable to provide the information
about the number of births. For the medicine the budget allocation for health
services is 5,000 and 22,900 in the feeding program. The available human
resources are BHW, Nurse, Physician and Nutritionist. The health programs
available are Expanded Program for immunization, school based immunization,
operation timbang, clean up drive, family planning and feeding program.
All in all the goal of the National health Plan was being met on our
barangay based from the data that I have gathered because they were able to
implement those available health programs based on the budget that they
provided. They were able to provide school based immunization for school aged
children. In the EPI, they were able to implement vaccines such as BCG, Hepa
B, Penta Vaccine for infant and Tetanus Toxoid for pregnant women. They also
implemented Clean up drive on their barangay where they encourage people to
clean their area to prevent Dengue and also the health workers work as a team
for the program to be successful. The feeding program and operation timbang is
also implemented every month to monitor the weight of the children and also to
observe if there is an improvement on their health and family planning every 3
months for the family to be aware and to have a better life. That is why the
national health plan was being met on our barangay.
