Engineering:

Project name: Study of partial replacement of cement and sand by natural stone sludge to

produce blended cement composites

Project Duration: 4 Months

Description: Natural stone sludge is deposited as a waste in industries and its disposal

causes difficulties. This waste can be recycled and used in concrete technology as a partial

replacement for cement and sand through which we can obtain concrete of higher strength.
M Tech:

Project name: An experimental study on utilizing silica fume & alccofine in development of self-

compacting concrete

Description: This study uses Supplementary cementitious materials (SCM) namely alccofine &

silica fume to achieve the self-compatibility. Comparison of the properties of SCC with Silica

fume and Alccofine to that of the controlled concrete made of cement and GGBS is done and

suitable conclusions are arrived at.
