Certificate of Attendance
Participants who attend all sessions will receive the Certificate of Attendance. Hence,
participants should register everyday (both morning and afternoon) at the Registration Desk
on 27 February –2 March 2017. The Registration Desk located in front of the Ballroom A.

Name Tags
As a security measure, delegates are required to wear their name tags at all times within the
premises of the seminar venue.

Photography Session
A photography session will take place on 27 February 2017 immediately after the Welcome
Remarks. Delegates are advised to wear their business attire for this purpose.

Dress Code
Delegates may wish to be attired in smart casual during the seminar.

STANCE
Visa and Travel Assistance
Certain countries require a visa to enter Indonesia. Participants should apply for visa at the
Indonesian Embassy in their respective countries. The Secretariat will prepare the invitation
letter (to obtain visa) upon request.

BI will host an informal welcome dinner on 27 February 2017, at the Temple Garden (The

08:00 – 11:30: Ubud Area – Gunung Kawi (Holy Hills) , Tegalalang Rice Field
11:30 – 1:30: Lunch at Bebek Sawah Indah (dirty duck balinese style)
1:30 – 4:30: Ubud Area - Mongkey forest and coffee luwak farmer – Bali Geo
4:30 – 5:30: back to the Hotel
