complains about her noisy and unruly pupils. Telling them to keep quiet in a soft manner has not
been effective. Suggest some tips on how she can condition her class to keep still by applying the
Pavlovian and Watsonian Behaviorism theories.

- One of the very challenging part for being a teacher when in terms of discipline the
students. Especially Teacher Clariza is a neophyte Teacher or in other term a new
teacher that has not yet experience in teaching where she is on the process on adjusting
and also learning on applying her profession in reality. Here are some advices/tips that
can help her to condition her class. First, before she starts her class, she will instruct
her pupils that she will give rewards such as candies, chocolates or lollipops for those
pupils who are most behave in class and then she will demonstrate some gestures that
will become the signal for them to be quiet in class. For example, she will clap 1 to 3
times which the first clap means that the pupils will go on their designated seats, for
the second clap everybody should seat still and for the third clap everybody should be
quiet and listen carefully at the teacher. Teacher Clariza should make it as a routine for
the pupils will adapt it and trained to be more behave in classes.
