Design your drills in a format that will enable your running backs to work several
fundamentals during the course of a drill. (#1 - Example) Two Point Stance,
Lateral Crossover Lead Step over Agile Bags (Footwork) ( Low Pad Level).
Coach tries to strip ball as RB goes over the bags (Ball Security) once he clears
the agile bags, the RB cuts off a defenders (or coaches') movement. (Read
Drill/Outside Foot Cutting Fundamental).
Be inventive when designing your drill work. Give your RB's a variety of tools in
his tool box. That will get the job done!
