 Preface

What I write in this book may shock some, or will make others believe that I am good to be
taken to a mental hospital, or maybe others will think that I meddle in where the job of scientists
is and not the job of an engineer. I don't expect anyone to understand why I wrote this book.
What I do is out of the belief that I do well and that there will be people who will have the
patience to read everything until the last page, because my message only so will be understood.
I wrote this book with great effort because I had to read and understand many of the areas
that are not directly related to my field, as a training basis. Energetics is the one that has really
helped me understand and it helped me to be able to answer myself to many questions, some that
seemed unanswered. In this book, some of these answers will be found.
The Faculty of Energetics that I graduated from Iași, the tireless working that I have
carried out in the construction and operation of the hydroelectric power stations for a period of
about 21 years, the research activity within the various projects smaller or larger over a period of
13 years, all in Romania, and 5 years spent in Sweden, they led me to search for new realms of
preoccupations.
I worked and collaborated with thousands of people, with various training: some simple
peasants, other engineers, doctors, psychologists, politicians, workers, foremen, workers in
public administration, etc., and each of them, whenever the occasion arose, they raised various
issues related to religion, astronomy, meteorology, relativity theory, string theory, anything
about anything, only about their job, not. There, in our profession, we are all specialists! At the
end of any discussion, the question arose obsessively: where do we find the answer, in religion
or in science?
In the following lines, I try to answer these categories of people, as much as I can and
some of their preoccupations. Researchers, physicists, scientists will also have something to gain
from this experience, if they want to read from beginning to end. I think that for them it is an
experience that they will not forget, even if for the moment they will think that these are
"fables". Many of the "scientific fables" have become scientific realities. Maybe even this book
will go from the "fables" phase to reality.
It is worth reading this book because my conclusions came from the research of physicists,
biologists, astronomers and many other specialists in the world.

 Introduction
There are many questions we hear, sometimes daily, and about others, we read or learn that
science has failed to find answers. There are questions that scientists ask but there are also
preoccupations of simple people to know the answers to such questions.
We find these kinds of questions grouped into different tops, such as:” 10 questions to
which the scientists did not find an answer”, or ”125 Science Questions”[1], from which the first
25 scientific questions are developed, on principles known only by those magazines (sites).
Who determines that one or other of the questions is more important or more relevant?
An online publication [2] writes that the most important questions to which scientists have
not responded are: Is it there an alien life? Will we ever travel at the speed of light? How can we
know that mammals have a common ancestor? Why do we dream? Why does the placebo effect
work? Is mathematics a feature of the universe or a creation of man? What is the shape of the
universe? Why is the phenomenon of sonoluminescence happening or how can the sound create
light? Will robots have feelings? How do we know what we know?
As I said, another site under the title ”125 Science Questions”, makes a top of the 25 most
important and relevant questions, based on the consultation of different scientists: What Is the
Universe Made Of? What is the Biological Basis of Consciousness? Why Do Humans Have So
Few Genes? To What Extent Are Genetic Variation and Personal Health Linked? Can the Laws
of Physics Be Unified? How Much Can Human Life Span Be Extended? What Controls Organ

Are these questions relevant and important to our present and future as humanity? How do
we know what is relevant and important to us as humanity? For me as a human being out of the
billions of people on Earth it is relevant, but also important to know what role I play on this
earth. How do I find the answer to this question? Do I need to find out alone? Who can help me?
Is it the science that has to give us all the answers? What is science? If science is not the one who
could give us all the answers, who could give us those answers?

 From many sources we can find out what science is, they all say almost the same thing. I
will cite only a part of the description of science given by the University of California-
Berkeley[3]:
” Science focuses exclusively on the natural world and does not deal with supernatural
explanations. Science is a way of learning about what is in the natural world, how the natural
world works, and how the natural world got to be the way it is. It is not simply a collection of
facts; rather it is a path to understanding.”
From the same prestigious institution we find out what is natural but also about the
supernatural, in the acceptance of science:
” Within science, the term natural refers to any element of the physical universe — whether
made by humans or not. This includes matter, the forces that act on matter, energy, the
constituents of the biological world, humans, human society, and the products of that society ….
Natural entities include all the components of the physical universe around us like atoms, plants,
ecosystems, people, societies, and galaxies, as well as the physical forces at work on those
things.”
” Supernatural entities, forces, and processes cannot be studied with the methods of
science. ”
If we read on the official site of NASA [4] we find out:
” It turns out that roughly 68% of the universe is dark energy. Dark matter makes up about
27%. The rest - everything on Earth, everything ever observed with all of our instruments, all
normal matter - adds up to less than 5% of the universe. ”
Do we understand well?! Science only deals with a maximum of 5% of the Universe? Who
will deal with the rest? Religion? If religion does not have the answers either, where do we look
for them?
In the following I will try, I do not know if I will succeed, to give some answers to these
preoccupations of humanity from another perspective.
In this "Perspective" I will not take into account the political agenda which makes the
scientist's agenda, and not even of the independent scientist's agenda that has its own agenda
(without political interference).
Because the views on the definition of science and how it should be done are almost
identical worldwide, I will use more quotes from the University of California-Berkeley website,
noting that I do not diminish in any way the value of other universities in the world, I respect
them all at the same level, with gratitude and certainty I guide myself in everything I do on the
principles set out by them.

 Chapter 1. What is THE MATTER?

The matter is defined in many ways, the bibliography is sufficient to make the notion of
matter more and more controversial, but nevertheless, in this context, I will capture a number of
important issues for the analysis I will make in continuation.
In the beginning "mass" was considered as the source of gravity ”… the concept of mass,
which has traditionally been considered the source of the gravitational field”[5].
This idea (distinction) that created significant technical problems for scientists was later
revised by Einstein through the general theory of relativity. At the basis of this theory are
Einstein's equations, which describe the relationship between the geometry of a four-dimensional
space variety, pseudo-Riemannian, representing space-time and energy-impulse contained in that
space-time. In other words, Paul Swenson says”… space, time and matter become parts of
geometry.”
In this context, it can be said that in Einstein's universe [6], space and time are no longer
flat (as Newton supposed), but can be pushed and drawn, elongated and deformed by matter.
Gravity feels stronger where space-time is curved, but it disappears where space-time is uniform.
This statement is the nucleus of Einstein's theory of general relativity, which is usually
summarized in the following words: "matter dictates space-time how to curve, and curved space-
time dictates matter how to move."
These first informations about the matter are presented by me only to show the historical
controversy on this subject, and if we synthesize the information also from other sources about
the matter we can say the following:
- The matter is whatever has mass and takes up space;
- There are six known phases or states known of the matter: solids, liquids, gases, plasma
and Bose-Einstein condensate, fermionic condensate, matter in a superfluid state at a
temperature near zero absolute (0 Kelvin degrees). The main difference in the structures
of each stage of the matter is in the densities of the particles;
- Adding energy to matter causes a physical change - matter moves from one state to
another. For example, adding thermal energy - heat - to liquid water causes it to become
steam or vapor - a gas. The elimination of energy also causes physical changes, such as
when the liquid water becomes ice - solid - when the heat is removed. Therefore
physical change can be caused by movement and pressure;
- When a solid is converted directly into a gas without going through a liquid phase, the
process is known as sublimation. Sublimation occurs when the kinetic energy of the
particles is greater than the atmospheric pressure which surrounds the sample. This can

 happen when the sample temperature rises rapidly beyond the boiling point (flash
vaporization). More commonly, a substance can be "freeze-dried" by cooling it under
vacuum conditions so that the water in the substance is subjected to sublimation and
removed from the sample;
- The relationship between the terms used to describe certain types of matter (internal
structure) is summarized as follows: the matter can be a pure substance or a mixture.
Pure matter can be from elements or compounds, and the mixture can be: homogeneous
or heterogeneous;

- A characteristic of matter is the internal thermal energy of matter: 𝐸𝑡ℎ = 𝑚 ∗ 𝐶 ∗ 𝑇

Where T = absolute temperature; m = mass; C = the specific thermal capacity (raising
the temperature determines the increase of the molecular kinetic energy).
From the philosophical point of view "matter", as seen above, is a controversial topic and I
will not go into the details or descriptions that the scientists have made very successfully. I
would like to recommend the book ” MATERIE- Von der Urmaterie zum Leben” (Matter - from
the primordial matter to life) by Klaus Mainzer, where K. Mainzer speak about: the ancient and
medieval vision of the world; from primordial to pre-Socratic matter; matter and creation in the
Middle Ages; matter in the world view of classical physics (matter in early modern physics;
matter in classical mechanics; matter and materialism in the nineteenth century); matter in
relativity theory; matter in quantum physics; matter in thermodynamics; matter in chemistry;
matter and life.
In the analysis regarding the matter, which I will do, it is important to consider another
term, namely "creation" already mentioned above when referring to K. Mainzer. According to
Oxford Living Dictionaries, by creation is meant ”the action or process of bringing something
into existence”, and accordingly Cambridge Dictionary ”the act of creating something, or the
thing that is created”.
Starting from the controversy over the notion of "matter" synthesized, above, studying
even a bibliography (or even literature) fairly extensive, from which the book mentioned above
is not missing, a series of remarks can be made like this:
1. The matter is analyzed as a "whole" in correlation with space (the universe) and time,
not as a "part" of the universe, the matter being only 5% of the universe;
2. In the concerns of scientists, energy appears in correlation with the matter as a source
of matter change or as an influence of matter on energy; According to Newton, a mass
is the source of a gravitational field. Instead, according also to Newton, the
gravitational field acts only on the masses. According to Einstein, the matter is only a
special form of energy and mass. In addition, according to Einstein, all material

 processes are influenced by gravity. In a relativistic theory of gravity, not only the
masses, but all forms of matter as energy must be gravitational. The light is not only
influenced by gravity, but also acts as a source of gravity and, therefore, as a curvature
of space-time;
3. The matter is analyzed in detail, through the prism of laws governing it, at the level of
the atom, cell, ions in correlation with the universe, trying to unify the laws of physics,
physics being together with chemistry a part of the science of matter;
4. For scientists many questions remain open: Why is matter in the Universe so
distributed, in a regularly mode on cosmic scales, as assumed in the cosmological
principle? [GT2] Why is the density of matter so close to the critical density beyond
which gravity exceeds current expansion and would cause the universe to collapse?
Why exactly those values of the physical constants exist that allowed the development
of life?
5. The chemical elements that made up life on Earth evolved within the cosmic evolution.
Different molecular models show the path from "inanimate" to "living" matter in
prebiotic evolution. Gene-based growth processes are explained biochemically and
already applied in biotechnology and genetic engineering. The criteria for life that
have been identified can be specified in scientific terms and can relativize the
traditional border between "living" and "inanimate" matter. However, there are also
questions that cannot be answered in the current state of research.
All these aspects mentioned above, as a result of what has been written so far about the
matter, make me believe that scientists have failed to clarify exactly what is matter. Moreover,
while it is claimed that this matter is only 5% of the universe, I can not understand how studying
the matter on Earth (without fully understanding it) I can think of having to find laws that unify
the functioning of the Universe and matter on Terra.
Starting from everything that has been written so far (for sure also what I could read) I
cannot refrain from proposing a concept and a vision about matter, namely: Matter is the form
of manifestation of energy, in a reference system (I avoid consciously the three-dimensional
reference system), following a creation process, which was realized on the basis of a project.
This vision is suggested by the studied bibliography and especially by the fact that as the
research about matter becomes more and more in-depth, the more the matter becomes something
more incomprehensible.
However much a physicist would try to make me understand the definition given to matter,
I get stubborn and say that matter must be viewed separately from energy. I get stubborn, not

because I do not understand what these physicists want to say, but only because from all their
research and experiences it turns out that matter is a form of energy manifestation.
Energy, no matter what nature it is, or where it comes from, once it comes into contact
with matter is reflected in a certain quantity, refracted in a certain quantity, transformed inside
matter and part of it comes out of matter. Of course, the matter will react in one way or another
depending on its nature (of matter), but also on the nature of energy.
Also from the results of the research of the scientists I find that the matter is created, will
be created, or was created, so it is, will be or has been subjected to a process of creation and does
not refer to something supernatural, but only to the limits set by science.
The results of the research of these scientists also tell us that the existing and studied
matter abides by rules, laws, norms which if they would not have been fully respected, nothing
would be more than what is, it would be a disaster, chaos. In order to create matter, as science
defines it, we must abide by rules, laws, norms. All these can not help leading me to the thought
that matter was, is and will be created only on the basis of a "project".
Next, I will do an exercise of imagination and we will consider the planet Earth as a
beneficiary of the cosmic energy, without taking into account the existing energy (its magnetic
field) on this planet Earth and we will make some hypotheses in different steps:
1. The cosmic energy comes from somewhere, from the Universe to Earth and could be
visualized on this path, in different forms, in this way:
- electromagnetic waves moving in space with the speed of light. These waves
transport energy, and each wave has a certain frequency, direction, and polarization,
each representing a mode of propagation of the electromagnetic field;
- the energy of the particles that form the Cosmic Radiation. These particles have their
origin in the physical processes that take place in the Sun, in other distant stars or
places, like other galaxies;
- the energy of the scalar waves;
- any other forms of energy that scientists have discovered or will discover.
2. The cosmic energy identified on this route to Terra and estimated as a value (or other
parameters) approaches Terra at a distance of about 25,000 km, where, at present, the
first external radiation belt begins (Van Allen belt) [7];
I consider that this belt does not exist and under these conditions, I think we should ask
ourselves: Can the first radiation belt (ie matter) be formed here, at 25,000 km from Terra due to
this identified cosmic energy that moves to Terra? What kind of matter can it form? What can
happen to this formed matter? Does some belt of ions, protons, electrons appear? Why should a
first radiation belt appear at this distance from Terra and not at another distance?

 3. The cosmic energy follows the movement to Earth and arrives at a distance of about
10,000 km (where now there is the second Van Allen belt);
I consider this belt does not exist and I think we should ask ourselves: Can a new belt be
formed? Under what conditions? Why should a new radiation belt appear at this distance from
Earth?
4. The cosmic energy approaches 120 km from the Terra, where the Ionosphere begins,
continues through the mesosphere, does not meet the ozone layer (we consider that it is
not formed), continues through the current area of the stratosphere and troposphere and
reaches Terra;
For this penultimate step of cosmic energy we must ask ourselves: Terra being "clothed"
in this cosmic energy, is it possible for the Earth's magnetic field to appear and how? Or is there
anything else needed inside the Earth? Can the ozone layer appear 45-50 Km from the earth's
surface? Can the Van Allen belts appear only now when the cosmic energy has arrived on Terra
and its magnetic field has formed (if it formed!), or when the cosmic energy passes through the
limits, stated above, from Earth?
5. The cosmic energy once "arrived" on Terra, will be captured, transformed into other
diverse energies, stored under different forms of energy, refracted and reflected again in
the terrestrial atmosphere or beyond that in contact with matter existing on Terra.
In this last step when the cosmic energy is on Terra I think we have to ask ourselves: Can
water, but oxygen, appear? (We exclude the theory with asteroids and comets) Can oil, methane
gas, and other energy resources be formed and how and during what time? That is, can we link
the formation of these natural resources of the Earth with the cosmic energy? What are the
cosmic energies without which life would not appear or exist on Earth? Is cosmic energy the
source (read the cause) of the formation of matter on Earth? What else must exist on Terra in
order for cosmic energy to generate the formation of matter on Terra? Can cosmic energy be the
cause of life on Earth or just a condition? Can we say that atomic energy is part of the cosmic
energy stored in atoms as a result of the process of capture, transformation, etc.? How can each
type of cosmic energy be stored and what utility can we give it?
In this exercise of imagination, I think it would make good technical sense, not to believe
that the two radiation belts and the ozone layer would form at these distances, stated above, if the
Earth does not have its magnetic field, a magnetic field that can appear after the cosmic energy
has arrived, it has stored, transformed, reflected. But it is also difficult to believe (also from the
same technical common sense) that the Earth will have its own magnetic field only after the
cosmic energy has arrived on it.

 I feel that this exercise of imagination is missing "something". I think that something
missing is precisely the magnetic field of the Earth (excluded in this exercise of imagination)
which must be "associated" with the cosmic energy.
If the Earth's magnetic field must exist to justify everything we listed in the above steps
(radiation belts, ozone layer, etc.), if we read the multitude of questions to which the scientists
have not found answers and if we analyze the manifestations and properties of a "black hole" that
constituted and constitute the subject of many types of research, it means that the Earth formed
around a "Black Hole" [8]. Does it seem madness to believe this? I think not.
Logically, it would seem that things went like this: a "black hole" formed in our solar
system (at a time when the solar system was in formation); planet Earth was formed around this
”black hole” through depositing dust (and not only) from the Universe; the two radiation belts
were formed (due to the "black hole" property of emitting radiation); a balance of gravitational
forces has been achieved between the existing planets and the Sun on the one hand and the planet
Earth on the other.
It seems that in order to maintain this balance, sometimes a third belt is required, according
to NASA researchers' findings. The shape of the radiation belts differs depending on the position
of the Earth towards the Sun and are usually deformed (elongated) in the area opposite the Sun
and flattened to the area directly exposed to the Sun (Figure 1). The most exposed to the
influence of the Sun or the planets is the outer radiation belt, the other inner radiation belt, as the
scientists noted, it is much more stable.

The Earth's radiation belts discovered by NASA are, in fact, "matter clumps" along the
Earth's magnetic field line, like iron filings over the magnetic field lines of a permanent magnet

are distributed (the well-known exercise from elementary school - magnet under the paper and
iron filings on the paper), figure 2.

Through the 5 steps of the exercise of imagination above I was trying to suggest that
cosmic energy (as it is defined) is necessary, but not sufficient for the formation of the planet
Earth, and thus of the matter from which the Earth is formed. I also try to suggest that scientists
are very close to reality. This reality seems to be the following: there is a project for the
realization of the Universe, to which Terra belongs; the creation process has well-defined stages
and a purpose; matter takes the form and the state imposed by the project through creation
following the manifestation of energy; the universe in its quasi-totality is matter in various states
depending on the energy that acted or acts on it.

We respect the proportions (galaxy M87 versus Terra) and we still wonder how it can be
such a resemblance between the two photographs taken by NASA, one on Earth and one in
another galaxy.
In the same book, mentioned above, but on page 130, Stephen W. Hawking says that "such
holes hardly deserve the qualificative of blacks: in fact, they are white incandescent and emit
energy ...".
If we also take the representation of the black holes by the same author Stephen W.
Hawking) and position the black hole between the North and South Pole of the planet Earth and
sketch an incandescent body (a gray sun, because an incandescent body cannot emit light like the
Sun) in this "black hole" (figure 5), we could imagine that: Van Allen radiation is determined by
this "black hole" (as I said above); the gravity of the planet is determined by the energy of this
black hole; the aurora boreal has as source "the gray sun" from this "black hole" (an explanation
of this sun will be presented later); all the planets were born around a "black hole"; our galaxy,
like other galaxies, is made up of stars, planets that were born around "black holes"; inside the
"black hole" it can be life (certainly at a very high vibrational level); we are not alone in the
universe, etc..

 If we give free rein to the imagination, sure within the limits imposed by the results of
much research, observations, experiments, we can suppose that our planet looks as shown as
seen in figure 6, and with details in figure 7, as follows: in the center of the earth a "black hole"
", composed of matter at a high oscillation frequency, oriented N - S; Around this "black hole",
the hydrogen and oxygen atoms formed water (oceans of water) that together with the cosmic
dust, existing at various times of planet formation, originated from various materials
(substances), formed a median area of the Earth of an average density, with caverns of gas, oil,
lava, possible and empty caverns, which vibrates at an average frequency, lower than the
frequency of "black hole"; then follows an area of high density of cosmic dust towards the
surface of the Earth with a lower frequency of oscillation than the median area of the Earth.

If this is the structure of the planet Earth after long periods of its formation, it means that
we can also assume other aspects and namely: there is an internal water circuit in Earth that
closes the water circuit in its external nature; the areas from the poles near the "black hole" are
only accessible if the oscillation frequency of those who want to enter is resonant with the
oscillation frequency of the "black hole", ie the Earth is "empty inside" only for those with the
frequency of resonance of this space; the area of the poles near the "black hole" is not frozen due
to the radiation emitted by the "black hole"; there is flora, fauna and maybe humanoid beings, so
there is a high-frequency matter in the "black hole" inside the Earth; humanoid beings living
inside the Earth can see at times the stars on its sky; the frequency of oscillation of the "Earth-
Ionospheric surface" cavity, that is to say, the Schumann resonance, is given by the frequency of
oscillation of the "black hole" and the thickness of the earth layers to the surface of the Earth. I
will return to some of these assumptions.

Further, some remarks need to be made regarding the possible configuration of the Earth's
structure, shown in Figure 7, namely: water does not fill the inner void of the planet, void formed
outside the "black hole", due to the centrifugal force (determined by the rotation of the Earth)
that determines the movement of the water towards the poles and which sticks it to the outer wall
of the cavern formed and through the caverns that connect with the ocean or the sea from the
surface of the planet, it becomes possible for the interior-exterior water circuit to be made
complete; the magma is depicted near the water, but the actual distance between them may be
tens or hundreds of km considering the radius of the Earth; the rings at the poles formed between
the outer radius of the "medium oscillation frequency zone" and the outer radius of the "black
hole" correspond to the areas where the permafrost appears [GT3]; the frequency of oscillation
of the energy from the "black hole" determines the behavior of the entire planet by melting the
ice sheet, increasing the levels of the seas and oceans; melting of permafrost; extreme
meteorological phenomena etc, all as a result of changes in energy balances at the planetary level

by increasing (varying) the frequency of oscillation of the "black hole" energy on which the
planet formed. Also in the construction of the "possible structure of the Earth", we also took into
account some bizarre phenomena and phenomena, which are not cataloged as scientific, even
though there are a series of proof (probations) and even witnesses. It is about "Unidentified
Underwater Objects". If these phenomena are real, it means that intelligent beings live in the
caves inside the planet and from the bases built there, they can come to the surface through the
waters that connect the inside and outside of the planet.
If in the above exercise of imagination, the missing piece is that the Earth formed on a
"black hole", it is possible for scientists to be able to find the answers to many questions that
concern them, as well as to the questions asked by me in this exercise of imagination
(preoccupation are suggested by existing research). We can also think about the preoccupation of
NASA to get some answers to questions such as: what physical processes produce events of
intensification of the Van Allen radiation belt, which are dominant, determining mechanisms that
lead to the relative loss of electricity from these belts, and last but not least, how the behavior of
the radiation belts affects current and geomagnetic processes on earth, elements signaled by
NASA in the process of monitoring the Van Allen radiation belts (Figure 8).

I think if these steps of analysis proposed as well as the hypotheses set out would be
verified by the (voluntary) effort of several researchers from several fields, it might become
possible to identify the "Project" for the realization of matter on Earth and in the Universe.
In our acceptance, as inhabitants of this planet, the processes of a project are: of initiation;
of planning; of execution; of control; of closure. I do not know if the Universe in its creation
went through these processes, but at least we can intuit that it could not have been done by
chance because there are some laws of this universe (extracted or deduced also from the research
of the scientists), such as: The law of the unique model: the microcosm and the cosmos are built
on the basis of a unique model with perfect harmonization of similarities and differences, each

(microcosm and macrocosm) being whole and complete; The law of reflection: what is in the
microcosm is also in the macrocosm and vice versa; The law of vibration: everything that exists
in the universe is in a continuous state of vibration (oscillatory movement); The Law of
Attraction: the material bodies, whose oscillation frequency is in a relatively close range are
attracted, the others repel; The law of change: the only constant thing in the universe is change;
The law of polarity: the existence of a component of the matter is determined by the existence of
the opposite of that component; The law of rhythm: everything takes place in a certain order, on
a certain trajectory, with a certain rhythm (periodicity); The law of cause and effect: any cause
corresponds to an effect and any effect becomes cause for another effect.
I have listed these laws only for the purpose of making at least suspicious, any of the
people interested in the field, that the universe and any of its parts are made on the basis of a
"Project", because everything around us respects rules and laws, that is to say, as all matter
achieved (created) by man on Terra, we can say that it is realized on the basis of a project.
If there is a project for each element of the physical universe in the Universe, it can
materialize (implement) only if there is the energy needed to achieve it.
In other words, the matter is a form of energy manifestation, in a reference system,
following a creation process, based on a project.
The sun and cells are composed of the same "things" and operate with the same capabilities
and processes, though on different size scales. Plants have greater intelligence and mastery of
elemental forces than we realize. Everything exists only if there is energy.
This means that a clear difference must be made between matter and energy. We find
energy before the formation of matter, we find it in the matter in various forms as a result of its
capture and transformation, or we find it after the formation of matter as a distinct result.
Thus, if humanity continues to try to analyze in detail the individual components of any
form, process or system of natural life, without seeing them as a consequence within an
integrated whole, that is, as part of the Universe, which was created as a "living organic being",
we will never discern the cause of effect, the effect of cause, the universal reality beyond "the
reality imagined by us with scientific documents".
I will quote again from the University of California Berkeley website regarding the
scientific arguments that must be brought to this concept of the matter:
” Scientific arguments involve three components: the idea (a hypothesis or theory), the
expectations generated by that idea (frequently called predictions), and the actual observations
relevant to those expectations (the evidence). These components are always related in the same
logical way: What would we expect to see if this idea were true (i.e., what is our expected
observation)? What do we actually observe? Do our expectations match our observations?”

Based on these requirements, a number of clarifications are required:
1. The idea is that matter must be viewed and analyzed separately from energy; Energy is
the cause, the matter is the effect and at the same time matter is the cause for other
effects;
2. Expectations related to this idea are:
 The Solar System must be seen as a Solar Power System (energy generators, energy
transformers, transport and distribution channels, energy consumers);
 The energy-carrying particles from the two or sometimes three "Van Allen" energy
belts of the Earth come from within it (the Earth has a "black hole" inside it that acts
as a strong magnet with features also of nuclear power generator);
 The solar wind is the one who complements with various particles (in situations of
instability of this belt) and stabilizes the outer belt of the Earth, when it loses
particles through the belt area that is not exposed to the Sun, by the electromagnetic
interaction with the other belts of the different planets depending on their position
towards the Sun;
 There is a single water circuit in the interior and exterior of the planet;
 All planets, except Mercury - a small planet and close to the Sun - have a magnet
(black hole) inside them that similarly creates energy belts that interact with the other
belts of the other planets and the Sun;
 The sun is just one of the energy generators for the Solar Power System along with
other stars, galaxies, "magnets" inside the planets, etc.;
 The first energy belt of each planet (a fairly stable belt) together with the magnet
(black hole) inside each planet generates the gravitational force on that planet.
Gravity is electromagnetic in nature; I believe this because only this could explain
the relative stability of the planet's gravitational force on its surface and not only (I
will return to this);
 The devices that will measure, record the whistler waves (chorus waves) of each
planet will be able to make available to scientists the EKG (the electrocardiogram of
each planet), respectively the "cosmic time" for each planet; I refer here to Dr.
Herbert König, who demonstrated a connection between the Schumann Resonance
and the rhythms of the human brain.
3. The real observations relevant to these expectations are highlighted by the research of
scientists in their scientific work. These observations need only be redirected,
reformulated and put in the new context: matter is a form of energy manifestation.

 Here is an example from the paper ”Dynamics of Eath’s Radiation Belts and Inner
Magnetosphere” by Danny Summers, Ian R. Mann, Daniel N. Baker, Michael Schulz, where the
authors answer a series of questions such as: ” Which physical processes produce radiation belt
intensification events? What are the dominant mechanisms for the relative loss of energy of the
particles? How do current and geomagnetic processes affect the behavior of the radiation
belt?”.
If these extremely solid and evidence-based answers to these questions are put in the
context outlined above, I am convinced that scientists will also find the answers to the questions
to which they have not answered and which preoccupies them every day, and the results of the
expectations regarding the basic idea stated above will appear as soon as possible.
If we accept that matter is a form of manifestation of energy and that energy wherever it
comes from, is characterized by a frequency of oscillation, it means that the matter on which the
energy acts can also enter into oscillation (partially or totally), or even into resonance with the
energy source.
If the oscillation frequency of the matter is in the visible range (the wavelength is between
380 ÷ 750 nm), it means that the matter is visible, that is to say, tangible.
If the frequency of oscillation of matter is outside the visible range, it means that the matter
becomes intangible.
Then, if "a being" that is part of matter (see current definition of matter) has a frequency of
oscillation outside the visible spectrum it means that it is invisible, intangible. In such conditions
it means that all planets are inhabited, or even on Earth among us, there can be invisible beings.
Can we believe we are the only beings in our solar system?!
I go on and I mention that the scientists have begun to record and decode thoughts [9], ” I
showed that with the right technology, the thoughts of these people could be decoded and
understood by any listener” said Nima Mesgarani, Ph.D., from University of Columbia and
Mortimer B. Zuckerman from Mind Brain Behavior Institute.
If they were able to decode thoughts it means that man can emit "waves" be they
electromagnetic, scalar or other waves. We develop further the idea, namely: if man emits
waves, it means that the energy of these thoughts, transformed into waves, hence energy, acts on
the matter and modifies it, creating a "new matter" (at least we can emit a theory).
Then, my view on the matter as "a form of energy manifestation, in a reference system,
following a process of creation, based on a project" is correct? I think so, the above being
edifying. However, it remains to be made clear that the reference to the "three-dimensional
reference system" may be valid because the electric current, the electromagnetic waves, and not
only, are invisible and yet they can relate to the three-dimensional system. Example: at least

theoretically, an invisible being that is among us can be identified by us by recording its own
energy at that moment in that place.
A challenge for all researchers around the world and from all fields, including the medical
field, would be to redirect their research to find answers to the multitude of questions that they
have not been able to answer so far, starting from hypotheses:
- Planet Earth formed around a "black hole";
- The matter is a form of energy manifestation, in a reference system, following a creation
process, based on a project.
If the answers to the tormenting questions so far begin to appear, it means that the above
assumptions are real.
I return to the notion of "black hole". This is defined by specialists as ,,A black hole is a
region of spacetime exhibiting gravitational acceleration so strong that nothing—no particles or
even electromagnetic radiation such as light—can escape from it”[10]. General relativity theory
predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform space and time to form a "black hole". The
boundaries of such a region from which nothing can escape is called the event horizon (Figure
5). Even if the event horizon has a huge effect on the fate and circumstances of an object passing
through it, no apparent feature can be observed. Specialists also say that ” In many ways, a black
hole acts like an ideal black body, as it reflects no light. Moreover, quantum field theory in
curved spacetime predicts that event horizons emit Hawking radiation, with the same spectrum
as a black body of a temperature inversely proportional to its mass. This temperature is on the
order of billionths of a kelvin for black holes of stellar mass, making it essentially impossible to
observe.” The same specialists say: ”Despite the invisible interior, the presence of a black hole
can be inferred through its interaction with other matter and with electromagnetic radiation
such as visible light. The matter that falls onto a black hole can form an external accretion disk
[GT4] forming some of the brightest objects in the universe.”[10] This last aspect from the quote
above, specified by the specialists, regarding the "black hole" caused me to say that inside it a
"gray sun" is formed - that is, an "accretion disk heated by friction ... "
This space-time region, as it is described, seems to be malefic, it swallows everything:
light, bodies, dust and even stars (Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania and the
Harvard-Smithsonian Center believe that the explosions caught by NASA's Swift telescope could
be the remains of a torn up star when it got too close to the black hole - event 2019).
Historically speaking [10] ”... Objects whose gravitational fields are too strong for light to
escape were first considered in the 18th century by John Michell and Pierre-Simon Laplace. The
first modern solution of general relativity that would characterize a black hole was found by
Karl Schwarzschild in 1916, although its interpretation as a region of space from which nothing

can escape was first published by David Finkelstein in 1958. Black holes were long considered a
mathematical curiosity; it was during the 1960s that theoretical work showed they were a
generic prediction of general relativity.”
From the above, which represents an excerpt from what the experts say, it can be said that
a "black hole" is a form of energy manifestation in a reference system (solar system, galaxy x,
etc.), following a process of creation (the "black hole" was not always there but appeared, so it
was created) based on a project (the shape of the black hole is cylindrical, with dimensions such
as: length ..., diameter ... - it just doesn't occupy the whole universe, its energy is of ... intensity,
... frequency etc).
If the planet Earth, the other planets as well as the stars formed around such "black holes"
it means that: these space-time regions are not even black, are not even malefic or maybe they
are not malefic at all. Maybe that after a hundred years since the presence of these regions was
intuited, who were called "black holes", it would be necessary to refocus, reorient and redirect
research activities in this context in which matter presents itself to us as a form of energy
manifestation, in a reference system, following a creation process, based on a project, context in
which matter must be viewed differently from energy.
At the microscopic scale, physicists have identified 3 families of particles, characterized in
that the particles in a family have identical properties, but different masses. The 1-family of
particles is made up of the electron, the electronic neutrino, the quark-up, and the quark-down.
Family 2 consists of the mion, the mionic neutrino, the quark-charm, and the quark-strange.
Family 3 consists of the tau particles, the taonic neutrino, the quark-top, and the quark-bottom.
Also in the last century, physicists have agreed that millions of interactions between
various material objects can be reduced to four fundamental forces: gravitational force,
electromagnetic force, strong force and weak force.
An explanation [11] of the two forces strong and weak, plain for everyone to understand, is
the following: "The weak and strong forces are less familiar to us because their strength
decreases rapidly when the subatomic scale is exceeded; they are the nuclear forces. This is the
reason for which these forces have only recently been discovered. The strong force is the one
that holds the quarks tightly "stuck" inside the protons and neutrons and keeps the protons and
neutrons "crammed" inside the atomic nuclei. The weak force is generally known to be
responsible for radioactive decomposition of substances, such as uranium and cobalt.”
To the four fundamental forces, physicists have associated two common characteristics: (1)
to each force it corresponds one particle; to the force of gravity it corresponds the graviton, to the
electromagnetic force the photon, to the strong force the gluon and finally to the weak force, the
boson of weak calibration; (2) the mass or loads of these particles determine how they are

affected by the respective forces. On this occasion, it should be noted that physicists have
determined that only the bosons have the mass, the other particles having zero mass. In this
situation, we ask the question, if "Matter is whatever has mass and takes up space" then the three
particles without mass, graviton, photon, gluon are matter? If they are not matter, what are they?
At this moment, modern physics is based on two fundamental theories: Einstein's general
theory of relativity, which offers an understanding of the universe (the macrocosm) at the largest
size scale: stars, galaxies, etc; quantum mechanics that provides an understanding of the universe
(microcosm) at the smallest size scale: molecules, atoms, electrons, etc.
Brian Greene in his book The Elegant Universe remarks: "During many years of research,
physicists have confirmed, with unimaginable accuracy, virtually all the predictions made by
each of these theories. But these theoretical systems lead inexorably to a troubling conclusion: in
their current formulation, the general theory of relativity and quantum mechanics cannot be both
correct. "
In 1980, a radical change of opinion on the matter appears, Burt Ovrut, a professor at
Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania, USA says: “Ever since the birth
of physics it has been believed that matter is made of particles. Now we have changed this point
of view. We now believe that matter is made of small strings."
Thus appeared in physics, a new theoretical concept called the String Theory. In order to
become excited, these strings must be stretched under tension, without being gripped by a
support, those strings floating in space-time. The strings can be closed (they are like a piece of
twine in the form of a circle) or open (as a piece of twine that has free ends), the open ones can
also be closed, becoming closed. These strings interact with each other in space and time
resulting in elementary particles. The different forms of interaction between strings give the
physical properties of the particle.
I think Burt Ovrut was quick to say that matter is made of small strings, I think the truth is
quite different. I still believe that matter is made of particles, only that the subatomic particles
vibrate at a certain frequency due to the energy of the waves that hit these particles. Here is
another hypothesis about the cause of the vibration of subatomic particles: cosmic energy comes
from somewhere in the Universe (in the form of electromagnetic waves of a certain frequency,
direction, and polarization, or in the form of particles that form Cosmic Radiation, etc.) and
strikes various particles from the universe. These particles vibrate each at the frequency of the
"hit" wave, that is, the subatomic particle resonates with this wave that hits it.
According to this logic, in figure 9 there are presented four waves that hit 4 subatomic
particles (eg. electron, neutrino, quark-up, quark-down) and each particle will resonate on the
frequencies f1, f1, f1, f4 of these waves. Several subatomic particles at frequencies f1, f2, f3, f4

(example) will form a matter atom with certain physical properties of energy, E5 and frequency
f5 being the energy and frequency of the wave formed by the 4 particles (in reality the problem is
more complex but the presentation is only to suggest a principle).
The dimension and shape of that subatomic particle (electron, quark, etc.) hit by a wave,

allows the formation of a resonance wave with the wavelength ʎ𝑖, frequency fi and energy Ei.
This wave of resonance manifests itself as a one-dimensional loop and has been called by
physicists "string".

Thus, within this hypothesis, each subatomic particle, within the dimension and shape limit
of that particle, vibrates at a frequency f and has an energy E given by the wave that has "hit",
the resonance wave being called as a string. These subatomic particles that resonate with the

source of vibration, form atoms, molecules, matter at a frequency of oscillation given by the
summation of all the frequencies of oscillation of the particles (strings) that compose it and an
energy equivalent to the chemical process that takes place.
These strings are not constituents of any atom, but they are also not "atoms", that is to say,
those constituents indivisible in the purest sense, as the ancient Greeks imagined.
In reality, to the interaction of molecules with a radiation fascicle, they can take place more
phenomena such as: radiation absorption, radiation emission, and radiation diffusion or
combined radiation diffusion (Raman effect). Figure 9 presents, in fact, a general description of
radiation absorption.
As a particular case of radiation absorption, we can give the example of nucleotide, which
represents the basic unit of DNA. The nucleotide is an organic macromolecule composed of: a
pentose-type carbohydrate; a heterocyclic nitrogen base of the pyrimidine type, or a variant
thereof, called purine; and a residue of phosphoric acid. Two of the nitrogenous heterocyclic
bases of DNA are purine (adenine and guanine), and the other two are pyrimidine (cytosine and
thymine). In RNA the uracil replaces thymine. It is known that Cytosine absorbs infrared (IR)
radiation that has a wavelength between 400 ÷ 700 nm, Timina (Uracil) absorbs radiation in the
visible range that has a wavelength between 300 ÷ 660 nm; Guanine absorbs ultraviolet (U.V)
radiation that has wavelengths between 10 ÷ 380 nm and Adenina absorbs X-rays that have
wavelengths between 0.01 ÷ 10 nm. Thus, Citodina, Timina, Uracil, Guanina, and Adenina
absorb separately the waves of the electromagnetic spectrum and together the whole spectrum,
thus making it possible to transfer the electromagnetic waves from nature into the living cell. In
this case, the genetic code (DNA) is a form of manifestation of cosmic energy (see the second
part of the Annex).
From molecular spectrometry, it is known that the energy absorption can change the
direction or magnitude of the electric dipole moment of the interacting molecule and that
transitions are taking place between rotational, vibrational or electronic energy states, the study
of which is the basis of spectrometry.
Within the radiation emission it is known that from the excited states arising from the
interaction of the molecules with electromagnetic radiation, some of them can return to lower
energy states through energy emission. This is the phenomenon of fluorescence and
phosphorescence.
Unlike absorption and emission, radiation diffusion [12] does not involve transitions
between quantized energy states of a particle. If a fascicle of electromagnetic radiation comes
into contact with a particle (atom, ion or molecule) that is small compared to the wavelength of
the radiation, it will be subjected to a strong disturbance, caused by the oscillating, magnetic

and electric fields of the radiation. As the radiation passes, the particle will be in a strong field
whose polarity alternates with the frequency of oscillation. If the particle is polarizable, the
induced charge will also oscillate. The oscillating dipole induced in the particle will produce its
own field that oscillates at the same frequency as that of the incident radiation. This field acts
itself as a source of radiation so that radiation of the same wavelength as the incident one is
emitted in a random direction (the radiation diffused being emitted in all possible directions).
This type of scattering is called Rayleigh diffusion (scattering) and is characteristic of small
particles, such as atoms and molecules.
On this occasion I must emphasize that the current theory of strings (superstrings) has two
disadvantages: (1) the inability to incorporate the gravitational force; (2) there is no explanation
for the details of the construction of the standard model of the theory: what reason led to the
selection of particles from the list of the particles families mentioned above? Why do those
particles have the mass they have? etc. It also seems that this theory is not the "ultimate theory"
of nature.
The fact that the waves of a certain energy that hit the subatomic particles lead to the
formation of distinct chemical elements with a certain number of protons in an atom, with a
certain electronic configuration and with certain chemical properties means that this process of
creation follows a project. From the above example regarding nucleotide formation, it can be
said that DNA, respectively RNA, is a "Project".
So the way in which matter is formed is described by a project, and the completion of
matter after adequate chemical processes is precisely the process of creation, the matter being
thus the form of manifestation of energy.
In this context, I recall the words of Brian Greene in his book The Elegant Universe, I
quote: “The protons crammed into the atomic nuclei electromagnetically repel each other;
Fortunately, the strong force acting on the constituent quarks annihilates this rejection and
keeps the protons tightly bound. But a relatively small change in the relative strength of these
two forces would disrupt the existing balance and would make most atomic nuclei to integrate.
Moreover, if the electron mass would be only a few times larger than it is in reality, electrons
and protons would combine to form neutrons, devouring hydrogen nuclei and thus preventing
the formation of more complex elements."
As it can be observed these observations of physicists makes us believe that they agree
that everything around us is realized (created) on the basis of a project.
The "mechanism" behind the creation is clearly a "project". The problem is that several
aspects of the project or projects need to be clarified, for example:

 a) how many projects are at the planetary level or at the level of our solar system; whether
or not there is a finite number of projects;
b) who establishes or established the theme of the project or projects; if projects are a
necessity of the universe;
c) if the goals of these projects are identifiable;
d) if the projects are "written" using a ”string” specific alphabet; whether DNA, human
RNA and natural resources on the planet can be projects written in such an alphabet;
e) how to establish the resources needed to carry out the projects;
f) if the nature and the way of carrying out the projects can constitute the unification of all
the laws of physics.
These are just a few examples. Physicists and scientists will know best to identify these
issues.

 Chapter 2. What is ENERGY?

The notion of energy is equally, if not more controversial than the notion of matter.
Richard P. Feynman in 1965 in one of his 6 famous courses "Energy conservation" said: "It is
important to understand that the physics of today does not tell us what energy is." Also in this
course, Feynman said: "... energy has a large number of different forms, and there is a formula
for each one. These are gravitational energy, kinetic energy, caloric energy, elastic energy,
electricity, chemical energy, radiant energy, nuclear energy, mass-energy ”
Since then and so far no great progress has been made. If Feynman spoke of forms of
energy, it is now advisable to use the expression forms of energy transfer. These forms of energy
transfer, according to various criteria [13], cause the energy to be classified in this way:
” From the point of view of the physical system to which it belongs:
- hydraulic energy, which, in turn, can come from the potential energy of waterfalls and
tides, or kinetic energy of waves;
- nuclear energy, which comes from the energy of the nuclei and from which a part can
be released through their fission or fusion;
- deposit energy, which is the internal energy of the pressurized gases accumulated above
the oil deposits;
- chemical energy, which is given by the electrical potential of the bond between the
atoms of the molecules,
- the energy of elastic deformation, which is the potential energy due to the attraction
between atoms;
- gravitational energy, potential energy in the gravitational field.
Depending on the source of origin, it may be: stellar energy, solar energy, fuel energy,
hydraulic energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, nuclear energy.
Depending on the fact that it follows or not a cycle, energy is classified as: non-renewable
energy, ie the energy obtained from exhaustible resources, such as fossil and nuclear fuels;
renewable energy, which means the energy obtained from the Sun, energy considered
inexhaustible, in the form of electricity (direct conversion), thermal (direct heating), hydraulic,
wind, or biomass.
After the manifestation of energy, we talk about mechanical energy, electricity, light
energy.
According to the energy carrier, it is called thermal energy. ”

 Each form of energy is analyzed, studied by scientists, researchers, technologists,
astronomers, etc. in accordance with the needs of each stage of development of the society from
the point of view of the materials and technologies that can be used to obtain them.
In the context in which in the mid-1970s many environmental organizations and energy
specialists predicted a gloomy future of human society due to the lack of energy and the
continuous increase of the costs with fossil fuels, in 2001 the book ”Macmillan encyclopedia of
energy ” appeared in 3 volumes, with over 1280 pages, with over 170 authors. This encyclopedia
is an interdisciplinary work by the fact that energy is approached under various aspects of
physics, chemistry, biology, geophysics, and engineering, as well as history, economics,
psychology, sociology, and ethics.
In 2004, the Encyclopedia of Energy appear, whose chief editor Cutler Cleveland from
Boston University, United States, states that "Energy is linked to human development in three
important ways: as a driver of growth in the economy, as a major source of environmental
stress, and as a prerequisite for meeting basic human needs.”
In this context over 400 authors, including academics, scientists, consultants, people from
government agencies, people from various corporations, etc., from over 40 countries, write this
Energy Encyclopedia in 6 volumes with over 4800 pages. This encyclopedia uniquely addresses
the formation, distribution, extraction, and the attributes of energy and its coverage is quite
comprehensive (thermodynamics, electricity generation, climate change, energy storage, energy
sources, energy demand, history, society, anthropology, public, politics, international relations,
human and ecosystem, health, economy, technology, physics, geology, ecology, business
management, environment, science and technology, etc.).
On February 22-24, 2006, at the Institute of Cosmic Research in Kashiwa, Japan, an
international workshop was held with the theme: "ENERGY BUDGET IN THE HIGH
ENERGY UNlVERSE", the fourth workshop in the series "Extreme Quantum Systems and Their
Symmetries". This Workshop was aimed for the state of knowledge in the field of "high energies
in the universe". On this occasion, 30 reviews and 21 research papers in this field were
developed.
Much has been written, much has been discussed about energy, but Feynman's finding
from 1965 remains valid even now: "... the physics of today do not tell us what energy is."
Nowhere in these materials elaborated by specialists or scientists, listed above, or in others to
which I did not refer but the energy was analyzed, we are not told what the energy is. It speaks of
energy as "being something given" and analyzes every detail related to the phenomena in which
it is involved (transformation, distribution, conservation, etc.).

 In the book "GRAVITATIONAL WAVES " printed in 2001 by Ignazio Ciufolini from the
Engineering Department of the University of Lecce, Vittorio Gorini, Ugo Moschella from the
Department of Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics of the University of Como and Pietro Fre´
from The Department of Physics of the University of Turin says that: “At 85 years since
Einstein's prediction of gravitational waves, the only evidence of their real existence is indirect
and comes from observing the energy loss in the binary system [GT5] PSR 1913 + 16 pulsar,
discovered in 1974 by Hulse and Taylor”.
In the same idea and context, I mention the words of Richard P. Feynman in his course
from 1965 "Gravitation": "But is this law (the law of gravity; author's note) so simple? What
can we say about its mechanism? Everything we did is to describe how the Earth moves
around the sun, but we didn't say anything about what it makes the law work. Newton did not
make assumptions about it; he was content to find what gravity does, without getting into its
mechanism. No one has so far explained the mechanism. It is typical for the laws of physics
that they have this abstract character. ”
However, it is talked about gravitational energy (the energy of gravitational waves), it is
studied and analyzed.
If you study everything that has been written so far about all the energy forms mentioned
above, you will not find anywhere the "mechanism" behind these energies. To find out this
mechanism behind any "forms of energies" (a more appropriate term than forms of energy
transfer) we must ask ourselves a series of questions and find out: What is the source of these
forms of energy? How has this energy source come to take this form? By what states
(transformations) did this energy pass until it reached this form of energy?
To begin with, I will approach in a new perspective the gravity at the level of the planet
and the gravity between the planets and the Sun, starting from the source, that is to say from the
assumption of the existence of a "mechanism" behind each energy.

 2.1 Gravitational energy

In the previous chapter, we talked about the hypothesis that the Earth formed around a
"black hole" and that the Van Allen radiation belts are generated by this "black hole".
In this hypothesis that the Earth formed around a "black hole", in figure 10 the lines of the
magnetic field created by the "black hole" are presented in each of the parallel planes that section
the planet Earth, perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the magnetic field (axis which is inclined
to the geographical axis by 11,50). The following notations are used: the radius R0 is the radius
of the planet at the equator, the radius Ri is the radius of the Earth in the northern hemisphere,
and the radius R-i is the radius of the Earth in the southern hemisphere (0≤ i ≤ n). The magnetic

induction- 𝐵𝑖, at point ”i” from the Earth's surface, will have the meaning of the field lines.
If the principles stated in physics are observed, these field lines will be more often in the
vicinity of the "black hole" and rarer to the outer surface of the planet. This would mean that the
"area with average oscillation frequency" fig.7, would be justified by this magnetic field around
the "black hole".
Considering that the magnetic induction Bi, corresponding to the radius Ri of the planet
Earth, at a point on the surface of the planet, makes a right angle with the position vector 𝑟⃑ and
the density vector (of the "black hole" in the radius section Ri) one can write the formula of
induction, in the most general and simplistic way, thus:

A- the area of the "black hole" in section ,,i”; Ri- The radius of Terra in section ,,i”; j - the

permeability of the structure of the planet Earth as an average from the edge of the horizon of
event of the “black hole” to the surface of the planet, in section,,i”.
In this induction formula, the variable elements are: the electric charge density of the black
hole; the permeability of the environment through which the magnetic field propagates, due to
the different structure of the planet along its radius from inside to outside.
As the electric charge density of the "black hole" and the permeability of the structure of
the planet Earth varies in different sections ,,i” or ”-i” this means that the magnetic induction at
the planet level is not the same everywhere, but not constant in a certain place either. It can also
be mentioned that the induction can be different at different points around the globe and due to
the fact that the area of the section of the "black hole" can vary along its axis from one magnetic
pole to the other.

When analyzing the magnetic induction at a point i” or ”-i” on Earth, we will now take into
account the influence of the first radiation belt (the inner belt) Van Allen.
If in figure 10, to the magnetic field created by the "black hole" we also add the influence
of the first radiation belt of the Earth given by the sense of movement of the electrical charges
(protons, electrons) from this radiation belt, we will obtain figure 11. The influence of this first
radiation belt consists of the fact that it creates an electromagnetic field that passes through each
point on Earth (we have shown in Figure 10 only the field lines for i=0, that is the radius of the
Earth at the equator, R0). Thus, at a point of radius R0, we will have the magnetic induction of
the Earth due to the "black hole"- Bi and an induction BI, due to the first radiation belt of the
Earth. These two inductions have the same sense because the sense of moving of the electric
charges in the "black hole" is opposite to the direction of moving of the loads from the radiation
belt. In a radius point Ri on Earth, it results thus an induction B=Bi+BI.
The magnetic induction due to the first radiation belt - BI, depends on the variation of the
electric charges density of this belt and the permeability of the environment through which this
electromagnetic field is transmitted from the radiation belt to the Earth's surface.
In other words, the Earth's magnetic field is variable at every point on the Planet and
depends on the structure of the planet, but also on how the electric charges vary in the "black
hole" around which the planet formed, as well on the variation of the electrical charges in the
first belt of radiation Van Allen.

Regarding the magnetic field of the Earth Prof. Olsen from the Technical University of
Denmark said: "The magnetic field changes in a chaotic manner and we do not know why it
changes in the way it does and how it will evolve in the future", " There is no periodic behavior
and, therefore, it is quite difficult, if not impossible, to predict how the magnetic field evolves
over time. ”
This phenomenon is also confirmed by NASA. Based on the data from SWARM (NASA
source), the image in figure 12 shows the average value of the Earth's magnetic field at the
surface (measured in nanotesla) between January 1 and June 30, 2014. In the second image,
figure 13, changes of the same magnetic field in the same period are showed. Although the
colors in the second image are as bright as the first, it can be seen that the largest changes were
plus or minus 100 nanotesla in a field reaching 60.000 nanotesla.

The aperiodic character of variation of the Earth's magnetic field is also highlighted by the
National Centers for Environmental Information within NOAA (National Oceanic and
Atmospheric Administration) – the USA through a software for estimating the Earth's magnetic
field [14].
In figure 14, as an example of this phenomenon, I present the variation of the magnetic
field at my home during the period 2016-2019.

Also this time I maintain that scientists are very close to the truth. The partial truth (if we
can say so) is that this magnetic field is variable in time and space at Earth level, but the
"mechanism" behind this phenomenon is unknown.
Although this hypothesis seems incredible, I think it should be verified, the dependence of
the variation of the Earth's magnetic field on the influences of the "black hole" around which the

Earth formed and to the variation of the density of electrical charges in the first Van Allen
radiation belt, as I have shown above.

From Electrodynamics (a component of physics) we know that the electric force 𝐹𝑒 = 𝑞𝐸
occurs when the electric charge is at rest (relative to a reference system) in an electric field of
intensity 𝐸⃑ . However, if the particle q moves at a velocity 𝑉⃑ relative to the same reference

system, besides the electric force 𝐹𝑒 = 𝑞𝐸 it will also appear a magnetic force 𝐹𝑚 = 𝑞 𝑣 𝑥 𝐵.
Thus, if in a region from space exists simultaneously the electric field 𝐸⃑ and the magnetic
⃑ on a point particle q that moves with the velocity 𝑉⃑ it acts an electromagnetic force
field 𝐵

We know that all of the things on the planet, including humans, are made up of atoms.
Also, all these things are made up of many types of elements, hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon are
three of the most important elements in the human body. In fact, cells in the human body are
predominantly made up of water, which means that each individual is made up of 85% water. On
the other hand, atoms are made of particles called protons, neutrons and electrons. Moreover, in
turn, protons and neutrons are made up of something smaller called quarks. So we are made of
particles, which we generically call q.
If we are formed only of particles q means that on us as on other things on Earth, acts an
electromagnetic force Fem, shown in figure 11. This force is determined by the "black hole" over
which the Earth formed and by the first Van Allen radiation belt. This force keeps us on the
surface of the planet and I think it is the force of gravity which is an electromagnetic force.
I think even here, scientists are very close to the truth. Only the context needs to be
changed: gravity on Earth (terrestrial gravity) is given by the magnetic field created by the "black
hole" over which the Earth formed and the first belt (inner belt) of Van Allen radiation; Earth's
gravity is electromagnetic in nature; the gravitational force between the planets and the sun
(interplanetary gravity) has a source other than terrestrial gravity.
The idea of the existence of two types of gravity forces resulted from the research of
scientists and the results of various measurements (monitoring) by NASA on the radiation belts,
as follows:
a) the first belt (the inner belt) is relatively stable and favors the emergence of terrestrial
gravity as explained above;
b) the outer belt is modified following the influence of the Sun (shown in figure 1);
c) the outer belt will be modified when the planets are approaching the Earth or the Earth
is simultaneously approaching other planets and the Sun as in figure 15.

The fact that the inner belt is relatively stable and it is very little affected by the planets and
the Sun, induces the idea of the terrestrial gravity formation in this cavity formed by this inner
belt and Earth.
Because in some situations when the inner belt is unstable, another intermediate belt also
appears, under conditions that have not been elucidated so far, this may induce us the idea that
the intermediate belt is also provided by the "black hole", which comes with a contribution of
particles that can insure for the Earth's inner belt a "particle shield" in order to ensure the gravity
of the earth.
This hypothesis of the formation of the Earth's gravity is in some way also justified by the
gravitational anomalies [GT6] highlighted by the NASA satellite, GRACE (Gravity Recovery
And Climate Experiment), figure 16. The dynamic character of this inner belt, as a response to
the solar activity but also to the "black hole" activity, causes gravitational anomalies as a
consequence of these phenomena.

The fact that the outer belt takes different forms depending on the position of the Earth
relative to the planets and the Sun, it always flattens towards the Sun, but it lengthens towards

the approaching planets, it is adequate, to induce the idea that interplanetary gravity is different
from terrestrial gravity.
Basically, the Earth in the solar system like the other planets behaves like "Electrical
Charges", charges formed by the outer radiation belts of these planets.
The electrical charge of the Earth in correlation with the other planets and the Sun is given
by the outer radiation belt as it is presented by NASA (the radius of the inner belt 2.5 Rp and the
radius of the outer belt 4.9 Rp, where Rp is the radius of the Earth, all of these being positioned
by the author), see figure 17. The outer belt (the blue area in figure 17) imposes an interplanetary
behavior of the Earth as an "Electric Charge", alongside the other electrical charges formed
around the other planets.

Thus, in the general and simplistic way, the interplanetary gravity force acting on a "P"
planet is of the form:

Therefore, the source of the force of interplanetary gravity is represented by the outer
radiation belts of each planet, and each planet is formed around a "black hole".
The above formula of the interplanetary gravity force does not contradict Kepler's 3
laws, which I will set forth hereinafter: each planet moves around the Sun on an ellipse, with the
Sun in one of the focus point; the focal radius [GT7] from the Sun to the planet sweeps equal
areas in equal time intervals; The square of the orbital period [GT8] of a planet is directly

the ellipse.
What changes is the law of interplanetary gravity, namely: "each object in the universe
attracts every other object with a force that is proportional to the mass of each of them and

If these hypotheses are accepted, namely that there is a terrestrial (respectively planetary)
and an interplanetary gravity, it means that the planetary gravitational energy will have to be
determined for a body on which the electromagnetic field formed between the Earth and the
inner radiation belt acts, and the interplanetary gravitational energy will have to be determined
for a planet in relation to all the forces acting on it (forces within the solar system of which it
takes part, but also forces near that solar system or the closest galaxy). We can thus extend the
notion of gravity to the intergalactic gravity. The location of the two forms of gravity (planetary
and interplanetary) is shown in figure 18.

If the "mechanism" behind each type of gravity is different, as I explained above, to define
energy as a source, steps need to be taken to investigate what was before these mechanisms, but
also side steps to other forms of energy.

 2.2 Hydraulic energy

I appreciate that over 60% of the Earth's population knows about water, the most common
substance found on Earth, at least the following: water is a chemical compound of hydrogen and
oxygen, having the raw chemical formula H2O; on Earth, water exists in many forms and in the
most varied places on it, in the form of salt water in the oceans and seas, as freshwater in solid-
state, in polar caps, glaciers, icebergs, snow, but also as solid precipitation, or snowfall. There is
also water, in the form of freshwater in the liquid state, in flowing, standing water, liquid rainfall,
rainfall, and ground or subterranean waters. In the atmosphere, the water is in gaseous form
forming clouds or being diffused into the air, determining its humidity. Thus, throughout the
planet, the water is constantly in motion and transformation, evaporation and condensation,
respectively solidification and melting, alternating continuously.
The substance that accompanies us every moment of our life, where did it come from?
Who brought it and why? No one can answer these questions, at least until now. In Scripture
water is more than a physical substance, it is a concept that is connected in a particular way with
life itself. No substance is more free of hardness, more flexible and more malleable than water
and yet it erodes extremely harsh substances found in its path. It is assumed that now on Earth is
the same volume of water as at the beginning of its formation and thus the obvious question
arises, how is this possible?
To begin with, I will mention some information [15] on the water molecule: There are
currently three known [GT9] isotopes of hydrogen: 1H (protium, stable); 2H (deuterium, stable);
3H(tritium, radioactive). Tritium is radioactive with a half-life of 12-5 years. Oxygen isotopes
14O, 15O, 16O, 17O, 18O și 19O are also radioactive, but they have a short lifespan and do not
appear significant in natural water. Theoretically there should be 19 types of water molecules,
but in reality, the ordinary H2O water is formed from 1H and 18O, isotopes, and the other types of
water are in very small percentages, for example, the heavy water ”D2O” is in the percentage of
only 0.01666%.
In the hypothetical situation if we combine two atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen (all
in their basic energetic, vibrational, rotational and translational state, a process that takes place
at 00K), the energy of the formation of the water molecule will look like this:

 The negative sign indicates that the formation of the molecule is accompanied by a net
decrease in energy. It was also necessary to specify the temperature of 00K because, at any
higher temperature, the formation energy has a higher negative value, due to the difference of
translational energies of the atoms and the combined rotational and translational energies of the
molecule.
The constituent atoms of the water molecule are in the same plane, the covalent bonds O-H
have a size of about 0,99 Å (ångström [GT10]), and the angle between them is 104,50, figure 19.

Due to the much more "electronegative" character of oxygen compared to hydrogen, the
negative charge density is maximum in the vicinity of oxygen, so that the position of the center of
gravity of the negative charge does not coincide with that of the positive charge, consequently,
the water molecule is a polar molecule. The polarity of the water molecule allows ion separation
and the formation of strong bonds with other polar substances, such as alcohols and acids, thus
dissolving them. Hydrogen bonds are the reason for many special properties of water, as
follows:
Having its highly polar molecule, water is a good solvent, capable of functioning as an
electron donor. In the liquid and ice state, water molecules are associated through hydrogen
bonds, the existence of which causes water to exhibit some abnormal properties in relation to the
molecular mass. Thus, the density of water instead of continuously decreasing with temperature,
as it happens with most liquids, has a maximum value at 277 K, ρ=1,000 kg·dm-3 because at this
temperature the number of hydrogen bonds is maximum. At 273 K, the water solidifies and the
volume increases with 9%, and at 373 K the water passes into a vapor state, increasing its
volume about 1700 times. The abnormally high-temperature range, in which the water is in the
liquid state (273÷373 K) it is also due to hydrogen bonds. The high value of the specific heat
(4,18kJ ·kg-1) causes the water temperature to change more slowly than the soil. Also, the latent
heat of vaporization is abnormally high 43,8 kJ ·kg-1·mol-1. The water ionizes very little and
therefore has a very low electrical conductivity, Kω=1,04·10 -1 at 298 K.
Among the chemical properties of water I mention:

 - it behaves like oxidant at the usual temperature with substances that presents an affinity
towards oxygen and which have temperatures of formation of oxides or hydroxides
higher than those of water; the elements are oxidized and the reaction results in H2; the
higher the affinity for oxygen of the elemental substance, the lower the temperature at
which the reaction occurs is;
- behaves like reducer with substances that presents an affinity towards hydrogen;
- reacts with salts from strong acids and weak bases, weak acids and strong bases, weak
acids and weak bases with hydrides, halides, sulfides, nitrogen, phosphorus, ionic
carbide;
- reacts with basic oxides and acids forming hydroxides and oxoacids;
- water has the property of catalyzing numerous reactions, such as those of halogens with
oxygen, hydrogen sulphide with nitrogen oxides, hydrogenated water with chlorine in
light and others.
Water falls within a class of complex liquids that are known to have abnormal behavior
compared to simple fluids, the list of abnormal behaviors [16] is incomplete and seems to be
growing as water studies progress. Abnormal properties of water are those in which the behavior
of liquid water is completely different from that found in other liquids. Water is the most studied
substance on Earth, but it is remarkable to note that the science behind its behavior and function
is so poorly understood (or even ignored), not only by people in general but also by scientists
working with it every day. The unique properties of liquid water and the chameleon nature seem
to fit ideally into the demands of life, as no other molecule can. It has been stated that life itself
depends on these abnormal properties of water [17].
Professor Bernd-Helmut Kröplin at the ”Statics and Dynamics of Aerospace Structures of
the University of Stuttgart” in his book Die Geheimnisse des Wassers: Neueste erstaunliche
Ergebnisse aus der Wasserforschung (Water Secrets: The Most Amazing Results of Water
Research) says: ” Water it is an environment that is not fully understood by physics and
chemistry. The material side of the water is indeed well researched and described by physics.
However, besides the physical and chemical properties, "water" plays the role of "memory" and
"information" and thus forms a bridge between the immaterial and the material worlds. These
subtle phenomena give rise to misunderstandings and so far they cannot be fully explored or
revealed through traditional experimental methods” He also says ” Our results suggest that
water has “memory” and that there is a communication between different types of the water.
Both seem essential for understanding the processes in living cells, which are approximately
70% water, as well as understanding the water communication in the world. This knowledge
justifies the need to talk about a new dimension in the quality and health of our planet Earth.”

 Science regarded him with skepticism, as a new "Benveniste case" from 1988 in France,
when the immunologist stated that he was able to prove a kind of "water memory" - an assertion
that led to years of struggles, making on Benveniste persona non grata in science.
Japanese physician Masaru Emoto argues that water crystals can distinguish between good
and bad music and reflect people's dispositions. In his laboratory Masaru Emoto has had various
experiences and says in his book "The message of water" that if you hold a piece of paper with
the word "Hitler" in front of a glass of water, it would result in the freezing of only miserable
crystals; however, if someone writes on paper the name of the Japanese deity Amaterasu
Omikami, beautiful crystal forms develop. And this case has been considered by scientists,
pseudo-science.
Who is right? To believe that water is the only fluid with the most abnormal behavior, as
scientists say, or to begin to understand water as the most special substance on Earth?!
It is known that the Earth is unique among the rocky planets in the Solar System by the fact
that it is the only planet with liquid water oceans on its surface. This liquid water, necessary for
life, continues to exist on the Earth's surface and occupies an area of over 70% of the total
surface. But what is the origin of water on Earth? What is the "mechanism" behind the formation
of water on Earth?
The origin of water on Earth is the subject of great research in the fields of planetary
science, astronomy, and astrobiology, but so far no questions can be answered.
So far, there are two theories regarding the origin of water on Earth: a) endogenous
theory, which argues that water molecules formed from hydrogen and oxygen molecules but
combined inside the early Earth and came to the surface in the form of steam from volcanic
eruptions. This theory is attacked by the supporters of the other theory with the argument that, at
that time, the temperatures were too high and the water would have evaporated into space, so the
water on Earth cannot only come from primordial processes; b) exogenous theory, which argues
that water molecules could have reached Earth with the help of comets and asteroids, which are
formed largely of ice, which could explain from where much of the water on Earth originates.
According to this theory, I wonder: as it is so much water on Earth, how many millions of
comets and asteroids should have hit Earth? After these powerful blows, would the Earth still
exist now?
Water is the subject of many sciences, of which I will only mention hydraulics and
hydrology. Hydraulics deals with the study of the movement and resting state (equilibrium) of
fluids (ie liquids and gases), as well as the study of the resistances opposed by a fixed body in a
moving fluid. The word "hydraulics" comes from the Greek words ὕδωρ (hydor or hidro) and

αὐλός (aulos - "pipe" or "pipe - line"), thus illustrating that water transport through pipes was a
concern since ancient times.
Hydrology is the branch of physical geography that deals with the study of the general
properties of the water from the surface of the earth's crust, of the movement and distribution of
water on earth, in time and space, with the biological, physical and chemical properties and the
interaction of water with the environment, including the living world, the general laws governing
the processes in the hydrosphere, atmosphere, lithosphere and biosphere, as well as the forecast
of the evolution of the hydrological elements, in order to use them rationally in the economy.
Hydrology has several branches: oceanology that deals with oceanic waters;
hydrometeorology dealing with atmospheric waters; potamology dealing with flowing waters
(rivers); limnology dealing with lakes and ponds; cryology dealing with ice and snow;
hydrogeology dealing with subterranean waters; the hydrography that studies the hydrosphere
or part of it, respectively deals with the study of surface waters in a region (rivers, rivers, lakes,
seas, oceans), with their description and representation on the map.
Hydraulic energy, in several works from the domain, is generally defined as follows:
hydraulic energy is the ability of a physical system (water) to perform mechanical work at
passing from a given position in another position (flow). Mechanical work is a size that
characterizes the change of the dynamic state of the system. Below are some effects of hydraulic
energy, by "changing the dynamic state of the system" (Figure 20 and Figure 21):

 Why do these phenomena occur? What "mechanism" is behind each form of manifestation
of this hydraulic energy? Why do predictions of certain phenomena do not match reality? As
Feynman said, we know all forms of energy, we do not know what energy is but we have a
formula for each form of energy. These formulas help us to take preventive measures against
dangerous meteorological phenomena, help us to calculate water power station and their installed
powers, they help us to calculate investments for the use of energy from marine currents, etc.
Because all the effects of these forms of hydraulic energy, on Earth, by their way of
manifestation on water and on land are corroborated and connected causally, appear the idea of
the existence of a law of hydraulic energy conservation at the planetary level. If at the outer level
of the planet the effects of the manifestation of the hydraulic energy (of the mechanical work) are
observed, ENERGY as the sum of all these hydraulic energies where does it come from?
Emanuel Mazor in "The Global Dynamics of Water. Groundwater and Deep Water, Oil
Hydrology, Hydrothermal Liquids (2004) ”says: “Water played a dominant role in transforming
the Earth's landscape, playing the role of the earth sculptor, propelled by two gigantic sources of
energy: (1) active internal energy in pushing the tectonic plates and in the construction of the
mountains and (2) the sun pumping water from the oceans placing it in the landscape. As a
result, the water leaks and erodes the landscape, but the internal land forces create new reliefs.
During this endless cycle of erosive activity, sediments have accumulated in subdirected baths
and under the oceans, and in them connected waters are caught that we encounter in deep wells,
often in close association with oil deposits. All these processes are part of the global water
cycle."
Indeed, water has, over time, created, by carving or shaping the ground from the surface of
the Earth, artistic images that could never be imagined by any plastic artist. The instruments of
this "earth sculptor" are soft, flexible and elastic. How could it do that? What “mechanism” is
behind these works of art?
I do not have an obsession for this word "mechanism", but by using it I try to attract the
attention of all readers, physicists, specialists, researchers that in any kind of activity it is
necessary to look for the mechanism, from behind of what it knead us, until we get to the
,,source".
Science tells us that there are two theories about the occurrence of water on Earth and that
its force resides in the energy of the tectonic plates that created the mountains and in the energy
of the Sun, but nothing is clear and unanimously accepted.
In the hypothesis that the Earth formed around a "black hole", the endogenous theory who
supports that water molecules were formed from hydrogen and oxygen molecules, but combined

inside early Earth, is much more credible. Also in this hypothesis can be formulated several
answers to questions to which scientists have not been able to answer until now.
It is necessary to revisit the theory of mountain formation, to answer the question: why do
waters always spring from mountains and less often from plateaus or plains? It has to be
investigated whether the share of rivers in different continents is also correlated with the share of
coverage of the dry surfaces by mountains such as: approximately 52% in Asia, 36% in North
America, 25% in Europe, 22% in South America, 17% in Australia and only 3% in Africa.
Within the endogenous theory of the occurrence of water on Earth, supplemented with the
theory of the formation of the planet around a "black hole", water forms oceans and inland seas,

surface (the bottom of the oceans or seas) is outward the Earth on rocks formed over time. It can
thus explain the "source" of all forms of hydraulic energy from outside the Earth?

This hypothesis may be feasible: The oceans and inland seas under the action of the Earth's
magnetic field and centrifugal force of the planet create marine currents with high kinetic
energies toward the north pole and through caverns to the outside of the Earth, and the external
conditions from the surface, determine normal flows or meteorological dangerous phenomena, so
that the "ENERGY" of the waters inside the Earth to determine "the change of the dynamic state
of the system from the outside of the planet" until the energies of the hydraulic energy forms
created on the surface equate "ENERGY" from the interior. Example: if a certain surface of the
forest disappears at the surface of the planet, its role in the global dynamics of water (lifting the
water into the atmosphere through perspiration) disappears. Drought is likely to occur in that

area, but on the other hand, the surplus of water that should have been lifted in the atmosphere,
in the case of the existence of the forest, can create floods (hydraulic energy always in balance).
The contribution of the centrifugal force, determined by the rotation of the Earth, makes it
possible, that through the caverns formed towards the poles and through those that connect with
the land and the oceans or seas from the surface of the Earth, to make the global circuit (interior-
exterior) of water on Earth complete. The water will have the sense of circulation from the south
pole to the north pole due to the terrestrial magnetic field (given by “black hole”) and to the
mountains and the areas where the centrifugal force is greater, figure 23, known being the fact
that centrifugal force is determined by rotation speed ω (radians/sec) and radius from the center
of rotation to the force calculation point.

As a simple citizen, out of the millions of citizens on Earth, I ask for the right to make
some predictions about the most controversial substance, namely water:
1. Regarding the origin of water on Earth, the endogenous theory, which maintain that
water molecules formed from hydrogen and oxygen molecules but were combined
inside the early Earth, is the real theory;
2. Inside the Earth there are oceans and seas whose appearance can be explained by the
endogenous theory of the appearance of water on Earth, supplemented with the theory
of the formation of planets around "black holes”;
3. The oceans and seas from the surface of the Earth and the intraterrestrial ones form the
complete global dynamics of water at Earth level;
4. The hydraulic energy has as a "source" the energy associated with the "black hole"
which acts on the intraterrestrial oceans and seas and the centrifugal force acting on
them as a result of the Earth's rotation;

 5. All forms of manifestation of the nature that have a direct or indirect connection with
water are determined by the need of conservation of the hydraulic energy globally;
6. According to the law of the unique model: "the microcosm and the cosmos are built on
the basis of a unique model with perfect harmonization of similarities and differences,
each (microcosm and macrocosm) being whole and complete." Based on this principle,
the Earth and the Man are built on the same unique model: the water content at the level
of the Earth (interior and exterior) of the total volume is the same as in any being, ie
about 70%; the volume of water from inside the Earth relative to its total volume is
about 85% as the amount of water in the human brain;
7. Water, at the planetary level, is an information vehicle. The water contains information
from the formation of the Earth to the present, about any activity that has taken place
inside or outside it, second by second. The structure of a water cluster after a minute is
no longer the structure of now, the repeatability and reproducibility of measurements of
an experiment on the water is nonsense;
8. The coding of information in water is based on the "vibrating string". The discovery of
the alphabet based on "strings" (energetic alphabet) represents the path to knowledge;
The current theory of superstrings has no future. It must be refocused, redirected to the
hypothesis that matter is the form of manifestation of energy;
9. The rendering of information from the "water memory" (decoding) can be done if there
is a synchronization of time, in each water molecule, at every point on Earth and only
through holograms (time travel). To this aspect I return in the following pages;
10. The connection between the moon and the tides (under the conditions of existence of
two and sometimes three radiation centers surrounding the Earth in its entirety)
facilitates the synchronization of the information database on Earth with the database of
the solar system through the Moon.
I have approached two forms of energy so far: gravitational energy and hydraulic energy,
trying each time to reach the "source" and to specify a possible "mechanism" that lies behind that
form of energy. Other forms of energy can also be addressed: nuclear energy, the energy of
deposit, chemical energy, the energy of elastic deformation.
At each form of energy, we will probably discover a new "source" and a new mechanism,
but one question remains unanswered: what is energy? If we go further and research what was
before the "source" of each form of energy, what do we discover?
At the two forms of energy analyzed, gravitational energy and hydraulic energy we find as
the primary (source) cause, the energy of the "black hole" around which the Earth formed. Thus

the necessity of a new question arises: what "mechanism" lies behind the formation of this "black
hole"?
Surely we can give a general answer and that could be accepted: the "black hole" appeared
as a necessity in our solar system (it was necessary for the planet Earth to appear, it was a
project). The Earth Creation Project could only be a phase in the creation of our solar system.
The main resource needed for the "creation" of the Earth was cosmic energy. Thus we deduce
that energy is nothing more than the "source" of creation on the basis of a project. The form and
parameters of this "source" depend on the nature of the matter that needs to be created and the
phases required for its formation.
We must also see the nature of the designer and the creator if they are one and the same. If
we go on the hypothesis that water is the main element without which there would be no life, it
would be natural to ask if on other planets there is another element without which the life of its
inhabitants would not exist, for example, carbon dioxide. I say this because only on our planet is
water, as if here on Earth it would be an experiment such as: humanoids that are created from
70% water and live on a planet with 70% water, that are held on the ground by radiation belts.
On the other hand, why do we request or why imagine that all human beings should be in
our image and likeness? Who are we to ask for this?
In this hypothesis, it is possible that the designers and/or creators of our solar system to be
much more advanced civilizations in terms of science and technology (but not related to carbon
dioxide, but to the level of knowledge), their domain of action being the universe and not a
planet.

 Chapter 3. What is TIME?

In the dictionary, time is defined as the continuous and indefinite progress of existence and
events that occur in succession after all the irreversible findings from the past, through the
present, into the future [19,20].
In Physics, time is defined differently depending on its branches and/or sub-categories.
Brian Green in his book "The Elegant Universe" said that "it is difficult to give an abstract
definition of time - attempts to do so usually end either by invoking the word" time "or doing all
kinds of linguistic acrobatics only with the purpose of avoiding the word. Instead of proceeding
in this way, we will adopt a pragmatic point of view and define time as what measures the clock.
Thus, of course, the burden of definition falls on the word clock ... "
The time elapsed between two events can be defined either on the basis of uniform motion
(Earth rotating, etc.) or on the basis of a repetitive phenomenon (LC resonant circuit, etc.). By
these methods, time exists only for the point in space where the “clock” is placed. For other
points in space, two events that occur at different points in space are simultaneous or not, if they
meet a certain criterion of "distance simultaneity."
In classical mechanics, the simultaneity of two events, the chronological order and the
duration of the phenomena are independent properties of the observer or the experimenter.
In Einstein's "theory of relativity", the simultaneity, duration and chronological order of
events depend on the observer.
In astronomy, there are several notions of "time" [21], collectively called, astronomical
time. These "times" are defined as angles between landmarks on Earth and landmarks related to
other celestial bodies. They are equivalent to time (physically) only insofar as the speed of
rotation of the Earth can be considered constant. There exists:
- sidereal time, defined as the time angle of the vernal point [GT11]. It is dependent on
the longitude of the considered observer;
- true solar time, defined as the hourly angle [GT12] of the Sun. It is dependent on the
considered observer and flows unevenly during the year;
- the average solar time, defined on the basis of the true solar time but mediating the
variations during the year;
- civil time, defined as the average solar time minus 12 hours (for the day to start at
midnight, not at noon);
- universal time, defined as the civil time of the Greenwich Observatory.
Time was a fascinating subject not only for science but also for philosophy, poetry, and art.
The importance of understanding time is controversial from the earliest "times" to this day.

 Eva Brann in her 237-page book "What, Then, Is Time?” in the first part of her book, she
reviews the views on the" time "of the most representative personalities of the scientific world,
thus: Plato and Einstein - time as a clock; Hegel and Bergson - time out of space; Aristotle and
Kant: The soul of the counting; Kant - Sensitivity: space and time; Plotinus and Heidegger: the
connection of time with the Earth; Augustin and Husserl - Stretching of the mind (Creation -
Time); Husserl - Phenomenology of the consciousness of the internal time. In the second part of
the book, Eva Brann comes with a series of reflections on time, such as: Phases of time - the
human dimension; Time - pathologies - phase fixation; What is not the time? What, then, is the
time?
Carlo Rovelli in his book "What is the time? What is space" when he speaks of "special
relativity" he states: "The most visual way to illustrate the relativity of time is the effect called
"twin paradox". Two twins travel at high speeds away from each other, and when they meet
again they are of different ages. One is older, one is younger. This is called a paradox, but it is
not a paradox; it is simply the consequence of the way the world is made. The only paradoxical
aspect of the situation is that we are not used to seeing these phenomena. ”
Paul S. Wesson in his book "Space-Time-Matter" states and demonstrates that many
phenomena from cosmology, astrophysics, electromagnetism, etc. depend on time.
Octavio Paz in the book ”In Light of India” chapter „The Contraptions of Time”, states: ”
Every civilization is a vision of time. Institutions, works of art, technologies, philosophies,
everything we do or dream is a fabric of time. An idea or the feeling of the passage of time is not
a simple succession; for all cultures, it is a process that has a direction or is towards an end.
Time has meaning. Or, more precisely: time is the meaning of existence, even if we believe that
existence makes no sense. The opposite attitudes of Hindus and Christians towards the human
condition - karma and original sin, moksha, and salvation - are also evident in their different
views of the time. Both are manifestations and consequences of temporal succession: they not
only exist in time and are made in time, but they are also an effect of an event that determines its
time and direction. This event, in the case of Christianity, took place before the beginning of
time: Adam and Eve committed their sin in a place that was previously immune to change:
Paradise. The story of humanity begins with the expulsion from Eden and our fall into history. In
the case of Hinduism (and Buddhism), the cause is not earlier, but rather inherent to time itself.
In Christianity, time is the child of Original Sin, and thus its view of time is negative, though not
entirely so: man, through the sacrifice of Christ and the exercise of his freedom, which is a gift
of God, is capable of salvation. Time is not just a sentence in life, it is also a test. For Hindus,
time itself is bad. By it’s impermanent and changing nature, it is illusory. It is time, it is māyā: a

lie with an enchanting appearance, which is nothing but suffering, error and, finally, a death
that condemns us to reborn in the horrible fiction of another life as painful and unreal.”
Thus, "time" is also a controversial topic, being defined depending on the context, domain
and the results that are desired to be achieved in various experiments, all being, practically,
subjective definitions of "time".
3.1 The internal time of all things and forms of life
In the following, I will present some specific and elementary notions related to the AC and
an energy system. Apparently, the technical notions that will be presented are not related to the
topic of this chapter, but they will help us to understand the new vision of "time".
Electricity in the electricity grid of every consumer, whether domestic or not, is alternating
current. "Alternative" means that the value of the current changes from positive to negative in a
repetitive way, as in figure 24.

If the duration of an alternating current period is 20 ms, it means that within one second
this period is repeated 50 times, ie the frequency of the alternating current is 50 Hz, figure 25.

It should be noted that there are states where the frequency of the power grid is 60 Hz,
such as Mexico, USA, Canada, western Japan.

 A power system [22] represents that part of the energy macrosystem, which includes
activities in the field of electricity production, transport and distribution. The structure of a
power system irrespective of the frequency of the electric current is: primary energy sources
(water, wind, sun, coal, nuclear fuel, etc.), electric energy sources (electricity generators),
transformation stations, transport networks, distribution networks, and consumers.
A three-phase electric generator is electrically characterized by three-phase voltages and
three-line voltages (between two phases) and a "null [GT13], figure 26 a.

shown in Figure 26 b, where, for graphical simplification, it was assumed that the initial phase of

the phase voltage 𝑈1(𝑡) is null, respectively ɸ=0.

 Figure 27 shows the coupling diagram of a three-phase synchronous generator to the
energy system through a power transformer with the star-triangle connection.

In order to avoid mechanical and electrical shocks, or even the destruction of electrical and
mechanical equipment (depending on the installed power of the generator), in the moment of the
switch closing, which connects the generator to the network (figure 26) must to be fulfilled the
following conditions:
 The effective values of the voltages at the generator and network terminals are equal
(equality is ensured by regulating the generator excitation current);
 The succession of the phases at the generator and at the network should be the same (in
figure 26 the phases are presented with the same colors);
 Equality of the frequencies at the generator and the network (equality is ensured by
adjusting the motor torque at the generator drive machine);
 In the moment of coupling the generator to the power system, the phasors corresponding to the
voltages on the homologous phases to overlap (figure 28).

Adjusting the necessary parameters to connect the generators, from various power stations
to the energy system, as well as to ensure the operating parameters, is usually done with the help
of a central processing unit (CPU). Also at the level of the energy system of a state, the
adjustment of its operating parameters is done through a CPU, which can be interconnected with
the CPU (operator’s platform - zonal or local) from each component of the energy system: power
plants, transport networks, distribution networks and sometimes even CPUs at the level of large
or very large consumers.
Following this exposure related to electricity and energy system it must be kept in mind the
following ideas:
- In any energy system in the world, the electric current needed to develop economic
activities at any level is “alternative” and its value changes from positive to negative in
a repetitive way. The duration (time) of a period of alternating current is 20 ms
(milliseconds) for energy systems having a frequency of 50 Hz and 16.67 ms
(milliseconds) for systems having a frequency of 60 Hz;
- The alternating current is, in fact, the indefinite continuous progress of the existence of
the duration “of the electric current period of 20 ms or of 16.67 ms” and of the past,
present (the variation of this duration within very small limits as a result of the variation
of the frequency of the system according to consumption) and future events viewed as a
whole (figure 24);
- The duration of the period of the electric current from an energy system represents its
"internal time";
- The "internal time" of the energy system is tracked and regulated through a CPU
(electronic brain) that acts to ensure "input parameters" in various subsystems of the
energy system (excitation current, torque, etc.);
- The "internal time" of a subsystem (component part) of the energy system and even of
the energy system, as a whole, is a condition of their functioning;

 - The power system through its subsystems and the system as a whole behaves like a
"living being", its pulse being "the duration of a period of alternating electric current".
I will move, now, attention to another aspect, or phenomenon, called in the specialty
literature "Schumann resonance". Schumann resonance has been studied for more than half a
century. A large number of publications can be found in the literature, the most important
collection being presented in a special section of the Schumann resonance of the journal Radio
Science in 2007. However, the respective publications do not provide informations about how to
organize measurements and about how to begin observations of global electromagnetic
resonance.
Alexander Nickolaenko and Masashi Hayakawa in the book [23] ”Schumann Resonance
for Tyros, Essentials of Global Electromagnetic Resonance in the Earth–Ionosphere Cavity” of
2014, provides all the necessary data in a single edition, to describe the necessary equipments
requirements, as well as the impact of industrial and natural interference and to demonstrate the
results and typical obstacles often encountered in measurements. The authors not only provide
representative results but also describe unusual radio signals in the extremely low-frequency
band (ELF) and analyze the signals in the adjacent frequency ranges.
For our analysis must be kept in mind just a few important elements, such as:
- Planet Earth is covered by a thin dielectric "atmosphere" of about 30 km, much smaller
than the Earth's radius which is 6400 km and includes about 99% of the atmospheric
mass;
- The conductivity of the air becomes visible at altitudes of several tens of kilometers
above the ground and increases by six orders of magnitude or more upon entry into the
ionosphere and space plasma;
- A rapid increase in atmospheric conductivity allows the air layer to be treated as a
dielectric layer positioned between two relatively good conductors. The lower one is the
soil and the upper one is ionospheric plasma;
- Thus, a spherical cavity is formed in which the radio waves propagate in different
frequency bands. The plasma density of the ionosphere controls the higher frequency of
radio propagation;
- The ionosphere becomes transparent when the radio frequency exceeds 10-20 MHz. The
lower frequency limit is equal to zero: the electromagnetic waves propagate in the
Earth - Ionosphere cavity starting from arbitrary small frequencies. At zero frequency
(direct current), we talk about the spherical capacitor, Earth - Ionosphere. The upper
"electrode" (ionosphere) has a potential of +250 kV relative to the ground, and the
electrostatic field of about 100 V / m and is observed near the ground;

 - Taking into account the small cavity height, Schumann obtained his famous formula for

his own frequencies in the Earth - Ionosphere cavity (𝑘𝑎) = 𝑛(𝑛 + 1) where : 𝑐 is
the number of the free space wave; a- is the radius of the Earth; c- speed of light in
vacuum; ω = 2π𝑓 is the angular velocity as a function of frequency; n- number of
spherical harmonics. The product 𝑛(𝑛 + 1) is the so-called constant of separation of
the Legendre polynomials, which is determined by the spherical shape of the Earth-
Ionosphere cavity;
- The above formula is easily transformed into the Schumann Resonance formula, for the
𝑐 𝑛(𝑛 + 1)
cavity with perfectly conductive boundaries, as follows: 𝑓𝑛=2π𝑎 ;
- By substituting the relevant numbers n in the above equation, the following sequence of
resonance frequencies is obtained: 10.6; 18.3; 26.0 Hz, results that were contradicted
by subsequent experiments;
- Between 1960-1962 Balser and Wagner analyzed the power spectra of natural radio
noise, in the frequency band, from a few Hz to several tens of Hz, and proved the
existence of the Schumann resonance, obtaining the following sequence of resonant
frequencies around the values of 8, 14, 20, 26, 33, 39 and 45 Hz etc.
If the Schumann resonance has a frequency of 7.83 Hz it means that the duration of a
period of the resonance wave is 127.71 ms and that within a second this period is repeated
approximately 8 times, figure 29.

In 2013, Ioana Miler, an independent researcher, published an article [24] on the

correlations between human health and Schumann resonance, in accordance with the research of
Lewis Hainsworth, Pitkanen and Sidorov. The three, in her research, postulate that the Schumann
Resonance may be the substrate of an extrasensory perception mechanism of radar type common
to all organisms. They also maintain that the Schumann Resonance forms a kind of global
system of orientation for life and that most brain waves fall within the first five frequencies of
the range of resonance frequencies in the field (0-35 Hz). They also say that the frequency
absorption amplifies weak signals; even in the presence of other strong static and oscillating
fields and that this is vital in the communication "brain with cell" and "cell with cell".
In this article, Ioana Miler makes a series of clarifications as follows:
- Schumann fundamental resonance is a permanent wave in the atmosphere around 8 Hz.
Human brain waves are driven toward this pulse which emits theta and alpha
frequencies [GT15] in the same region of the electromagnetic field. The reciprocal
system (Schuman-brain resonance) functions as a phase-locked loop-PLL [GT 16];
- Toomey and Polk recently discovered the following sequence of Schuman resonance
frequencies: 7,83; 14,1; 20,3; 26,4 and 32,5 Hz;
- The first frequency in the sequence of resonant frequencies has an average value of 7.83
Hz, with a typical diurnal range from 7.2 to 8.8 Hz, and the second frequency has an
average value of 14.1 Hz and a range from 13.2 to 15.8 Hz. These fit nicely with the
rhythm of the brain waves and the beta rhythm. The empty interval between the two

 frequencies is a very reasonable match with the normal frequency range of the human
alpha rhythm, between 8 and 12 Hz or cycles;
- These waves from the geomagnetic cavity are necessary for the growth and development
of mammals and meta-engines of biological processes, homeostasis, and adaptation. We
cannot develop without them;
- Cells respond between 3 - 25 Hz. Frequencies outside this range have little or no effect.
Cell membranes oscillate or resonate to create a "biological window". Each "window"
has measurable and definable frequency and amplitude and a phase that has discrete
intervals projected on different wave characteristics. Active "windows" facilitate the
transfer of information and adaptive activities. Modifying windows creates functional
changes called phase changes that help us adapt to environmental changes;
- The brain is an electromagnetic system synchronized by the Schumann resonance
signal, which continuously stabilizes brain wave activity. The frequencies of the EEG
brain waves coincide with the range of activity of the Schumann resonance. Blackman
in 1990 established that external extremely low-frequency ELF signals induce changes
in calcium ions of the neuron in brain tissue. The stable synchronization of the brain's
electromagnetic systems is the basis of thought, emotion, memory, and intelligence.
Significantly, the hippocampal wave, which exerts a decisive influence on brain function
and long-term memory, has the same frequency as the first frequency in the Schumann
resonance sequence - 7.83Hz. Schumann resonance modulates the established points of
our consciousness and biology. Live tissues detect, absorb and use electromagnetic
signals at certain frequency ranges and completely ignore other frequencies naturally
encountered in the frequency spectrum. We are "in tune" with the Schumann resonances
that drive the ELF patterns of brain waves in a set series of grouped frequency;
- Research has shown that Schumann resonances can modulate human health indicators,
such as blood pressure, heart and neurological diseases, reaction time, neuroendocrine
sensitivities, violence and war (Oschman);
- Outside the Earth's magnetic field for long periods, cosmonauts lost 80% of their bone
density prematurely. Michael Persinger developed Schumann wave generators (7.83
Hz) for space flights that eliminated this side effect;
- The existence of these natural signals and the close relationship of their frequencies of
oscillation with the key human rhythms were not known to neurologists and mental
health specialists in 1975. However, in recent years, there has been an increase in
interest for geophysics in the public sector, as well as in the academic one; including its
effects on our psychobiology.

 It would also be important to analyze the influence of the Schumann resonance on Blood
Pressure [25]. Until recently there were tables in which the blood pressure limits were given by
age limits, from the earliest age - from one month to 64 years, then nothing. Now it is specified
by the hospital units that hypertension [GT17] does not take into account the age. Table 1
presents the classification of blood pressure at persons over 18 years.

Ioana Miler in her article, mentioned above, mentioned: "The first frequency in the
sequence of resonant frequencies has an average value of 7.83 Hz, with a typical diurnal range
from 7.2 to 8.8 Hz", which means that the period of the resonance wave varies from 138,888 ms
to 113,636 ms. Is there any connection between the pulse (duration) of the resonance wave
period and the blood pressure (Table 1)? Specialists in this field can clarify this, especially since
they are now methods of determining this Schumann resonance.
Following this information related to the Schumann resonance, presented above,
corroborated also with the other information presented in this chapter, the following ideas should
be kept in mind:
- The Schumann resonance wave is the indefinite continuous progress of the existence of
the duration, "of the period of the resonance wave of 127.71 ms" and of the past, present
(the variation of this duration in different limits determined by the electromagnetic
conditions in the Earth - Ionosphere cavity) and future events viewed as a whole (figure
28);
- The duration of the period of the resonance wave represents the "planetary internal
time";
- ,,Planetary internal time” is self-regulating through the electromagnetic phenomena
specific to the Earth-Ionosphere cavity;
- Planet Earth behaves like a "living being", having its pulse around 127.71 ms, that is to
say "the duration of a period of the Schuman resonance wave";
- All life forms on Earth that form the biosphere interact, or are subjected to the action of
the Schumann resonance wave, being "coupled" to Earth by this resonance frequency;

- By similitude with the energy system at the national level of a country, or continent, we
can say that the Earth behaves as a "power system" whose energy is taken over
(consumed) by the existing forms of life on it. The Earth's primary energy resource as a
"power system" is provided by the Sun. The transport and distribution of energy to all
life forms (consumers) is done through the electromagnetic field in the Earth-
Ionosphere cavity at the frequency of 7.83 Hz;
- The connection of all life forms to this “Power System - Earth” with the frequency of
7.83 Hz, will have to be done under certain preconditions (as with the power system
created by man, described above): frequency, electrical potential, to have the same
tendency of oscillation as the Earth, to have slight variations of the parameters in
relation to those of the Earth. Basically, man has created a power system for his needs,
respecting the functioning requirements of nature, but the frequency is different than the
natural one;
- If the operating frequency of a national or continental power system is 50 Hz or 60 Hz
and the frequency of matter oscillation in the Earth - Ionospheric cavity is 7.83 Hz, we
would think that such a power system it is designed and realized "against the laws of
nature";
- In the above context, we can think that at the level of the planet Earth adjusting the
parameters necessary to ensure the living conditions of all forms of life, the unfolding of
all the phenomena that are related to the life of these beings is realized with the help of a
“central unit of processing ” - CPU for each life form, which can be DNA;
- Outside the electromagnetic field of the earth for long periods, a wave generator with the
frequency of 7.83 Hz is needed, otherwise serious health problems arise;
- In the Earth-Ionosphere cavity, in addition to the existing forms of life, there are also the
seas and oceans whose volume of water exceeds 75% of the total volume of the planet.
This means that the water molecules will also resonate at this frequency of 7.83 Hz. In
other words, if the historical information related to the interior of the Earth is associated
with the seas and oceans from inside the Earth that communicate with the outside ones, it
means that the waters from the Earth's surface take over also the informations from the
Earth-Ionosphere cavity, through resonance, at the frequency of 7,83 Hz. It means that the
hypothesis regarding " rendering information from the " water memory "(decoding) can
be made if there is a synchronization of time, in every water molecule, at every point on
Earth and only through holograms" can be extremely real;
- If all this happens, it means that "Planetary internal time" is a common time for planet
Earth and for all life forms on this planet, ie a unique CLOCK, and the water from the

 interior and exterior of the planet as well as the thin dielectric atmosphere of about 30
km that “clothe” the Earth, represents an information vehicle;
- This CLOCK will have to have the smallest unit of time measurement " Planetary
Internal Time" - PIT "of " 127.71 ms ", the unit that will replace "second". A second
will thus have 7.83 PIT; This PIT is necessary for "time synchronization" at the
planetary level;
- This time (PIT) exists in all things and forms of life on the planet, but it is not observed
by man, except when the “internal clock ticking” is slowed down or accelerated (high
blood pressure or high blood pressure).
The fact that the water and the thin dielectric atmosphere of about 30 km that "clothe" the
Earth is an informational vehicle, is confirmed by Edward Osborne Wilson (called "the father of
sociobiology" and "father of biodiversity") in one of his books [26], I quote:
“Over 99% of the species of animals, plants, fungi, and microbes rely exclusively or
almost exclusively on certain chemicals (pheromones) to communicate with members of the same
species. Other chemicals (allomones) are used to recognize different species of potential prey,
predators, or symbiotic partners."
“The audiovisual signals of the living world provokes us emotion and, throughout history,
have inspired great works of art, everything that is good in music, dance, literature, and visual
arts. But all this is petty compared to what is happening in the world of pheromones and
allomones. "
"For the last fifty years, researchers (among who I also was a part of in my youth,
spending wonderful hours with the study of communication at ants) found that pheromones are
not emitted in air and water only for others to detect them, but in fact, they are aimed precisely
to certain targets. The key to understanding pheromone communication is “active space.”
“Let's think to the female of a night butterfly that calls the males of its species through the
night air. The closest male could be a kilometer away, the equivalent of 80 Kilometers when we
convert everything taking into account the size of the butterfly relative to that of the human
body.”
This "active space" made up of water and air, referred to by Edward Osborne Wilson,
seems to be just part of the "Akashic Field" [GT18]. I will return to this aspect.

 3.2 Time, a measure of all human actions on Earth and in the Universe

In the following I will describe a possible true history [27] of the way it appeared, from the
beginning of the world, the year formed of 365 days, the day formed of 24 hours, the hour of 60
minutes and the minute of 60 seconds.
All this history is related to the numbering system [GT19]. In today's world, we use the
decimal system [GT20], widely, the reason being that people have ten fingers to both hands.
However, the Egyptians and the Babylonians, who divided the day for the first time into smaller
parts, used the duodecimal numbering system (base 12) and sexagesimal (base 60). The reason
why they used this system is the very structure of our fingers. The number of finger joints to
each hand (except the thumb) allows counting up to 12 using only the thumb.

Over time there have been several attempts to measure time with various devices. One of
the oldest devices used to measure time is the solar dial. Its operation depended on the rotational
motion of the sun, since, as the sun moved from east to west, the shadow left behind indicated
the time with high accuracy.
Among the first to use this instrument were the Egyptians, who around the year 5000 BC,
had conceived what was then called the "gnomon" - a vertical pillar, embedded in the ground,
whose shadow cast on the earth, on a graduated dial, showed the time of day. Then much later
between 2500 and 2000 BC, the Egyptians built obelisks (slender, conical, four sides
monuments). Their shadows, in motion due to the sunlight, formed a primitive solar dial, which
allowed the day to be divided into two units of time - before and after lunch time. The obelisk
also helps in determining the longest, but also the shortest day of the year. Later, as the
civilization developed, on the ground were added divisions that allowed for even more detailed

division of the day into hours. At first, they divided the day into 10 hours, then added one hour at
each end (one for crepuscle and one at the end of the day). Later, they made a T-shaped bar,
which was calibrated to divide the time between sunrise and sunset into 12 parts.
However, the absence of sunlight made it difficult to divide the time during the night and
was passed over to the division of nocturnal time based on the observations realized on the stars.
In those ancient times, without having any technology, they chose 36 groups of stars (small
constellations) called "decans" [GT21], which rose consecutively to the horizon as the earth
rotated. Each "decans" appeared before sunrise and marked the beginning of a 10-day period. A
total of 36 "decans" have thus led to 360 days in a year. From one twilight to another, 18 of these
decans were visible. However, each twilight period had 3 of these "decans" allocated, leaving 12
for the complete dark period (the duodecimal system was applied). Thus, the growth of each
"decans" marked one hour, so it arrived with 12 hours every night.
Also, at that time, the hours did not have a stable duration and astronomers at that time
found it difficult to manage the calculations with these methods. Then, Hipparchus [GT22]
offered "the equinox hours" proposing to divide a day into 24 equal hours.
After dividing the day equally at 24 hours, followed the sexagesimal system (base 60) of
Babylon for astronomical calculations. Because this numbering system was within reach of the
Babylonians, it was agreed to further divide the time into 60 minutes and every minute into 60
seconds.
After a long time, in the 13th century, appeared the first clocks in Europe, especially in
monasteries and public markets. The period between the fourteenth and sixteenth centuries is a
period of glory of the great astronomical clocks in Europe, some massive constructions
decorated like works of art, with multiple faces, moving figures, sculpted ornaments, and visible
figures.
The oldest astronomical clocks in the world are: the Lundsense clock in Lund, Sweden
(figure 30) - 1380; Welss Cathedral clock, England - 1380; Gros Horloge from Rouen,
Normandy, France - 1389; astronomical clock in Prague, Czech Republic-1410; astronomical
clock in Rostock, Germany - 1472; the astronomical clock San Marco in Venice, Italy - 1499;
astronomical clock in Bern, Switzerland - 1527; Astronomical clock Torrazzo, Cremona, Italy -
1588; astronomical clock at Notre-Dame Cathedral, Strasbourg, France - 1843; the clock in the
Besançon Cathedral, Besançon, France- 1860; the clock in the Zimmer tower, Lier, Belgium -
1928.

I return to some notions of time defined by astronomy, insisting only on some essential
elements for the continuation of analysis related "time".
I said that the sidereal time is defined as the hour angle of the vernal point and is
dependent on the longitude of the considered observer. Specifically, the sidereal time is the time
required for a complete rotation of the Earth around its axis, relative to the stars or to an inertial
landmark [GT23], or the sidereal day is the period elapsed between two successive passes at the
meridian of the vernal point, as Figure 32. The sidereal day lasts approximately 23 hours 56
minutes 4 seconds. However, the duration of the sidereal day varies due to several factors: the
unevenness of the rotation speed of the Earth due to the redistribution of the mass inside the
Earth; the braking of the Earth's rotation due to the tides; nutation [GT24] and non-uniformity of
the precession.

 I was saying that true solar time (true solar day) is defined as the hourly angle of the Sun
and is dependent on the considered observer and flows unevenly throughout the year. More
precisely, the true solar time is the time elapsed between two successive superior culminations of
the Sun, the duration of the solar day being 24 hours.
Due to the revolution movement of the Earth, solar day [28] is about four minutes longer
than the sidereal day. In terms of apparent positions on the celestial sphere, the right ascension
of the Sun increases by about 1° per day; as a result, the sidereal time of the Sun's superior
culmination increases by about 4 minutes from day to day. It is worth mentioning that the solar
day starts at the superior culmination of the Sun, which is at noon, and the solar time is 0h at
noon and 12h at midnight.
In the distant past and until the thirteenth century, time was something that was not seen
and yet it was well outlined in people's minds. In the beginning, what mattered to people was the
alternation of the day with the night, the passage from one season to another, the time of labor
and rest, the time of sowing and the harvest. In the ancient and medieval world, there was only a
minority of people really interested in the measurement of time. However, the word "time" has
its origin in the Greek word „temenos“[GT25] and the Latin word „temperare“ [GT26], both
terms meaning the action of dividing a certain thing into a certain order and measure.
Today, time represents milestones for the amounts of money that must be raised, the
success you must-have, the goals that must be performed, the ideals that must be achieved.
Sometimes success, goals, and ideals are also measured in money. The expression, “Time is
money” [GT27] is more current than ever. The perception of money is extremely diverse and
subjective, but perhaps the best known of all is that money makes life easier.
After all, time is a convention established centuries ago, in which one year has 365 days,
the day has 24 hours, the hour has 60 minutes and the minute 60 seconds, to which "there were
attached"" terms in correlation with the level reached of science, such as: international atomic
time – IAT [GT28], terrestrial time - TT [GT29]. If only the duodecimal numbering system (12)
was used, the day had 28 hours, 12 minutes and 12 minutes, which meant that all definitions and
time setting would have been different.
Starting from this convention, time has been included directly or indirectly (starting in
2019) in many, if not all, units of measure we work with: meter (for length) [GT30], kilogram
(for mass) [GT31], amp (for power) [GT32], Joul (for power) [GT33], watts (for power)
[GT34] etc.
In other words, 1 Kg, 1m, 1 joul or 1wat, etc. it may depend on: the duration of the Earth's
complete rotation around its axis, or the time elapsed between two successive superior

culminations of the Sun. Moreover, we "judge" all the events in the universe starting from the
definition of time on the Earth where we live.
To an astronomical observer studying the universe, I will associate a reference system,
located at Earth level (hypothetical case), at the point of intersection of a meridian (may also be
the reference meridian Zero - meridian Greenwich) [GT35], with the equator, as in figure 33 and
I will represent a planet, let's say Venus, to make some comments.

Planet Venus is characterized by: the second planet in terms of distance from the Sun,
Earth is the third planet in terms of distance from the Sun, the rotation around its own axis is
very slow, lasts 243.0185 days (terrestrial) and takes place from west to east, in the opposite
direction from the rotation of the other planets, the average speed in orbit 35.02 km / s, compared
to the Earth which has 29.78 km/s, the diameter of the planet Venus is 12,092 km (with only 650
km less than that of Earth), the equator of the planet Venus rotates by 6.5 km / h, while that of
Earth has about 1,674,4 km / h. The orbit of the planet Venus is closest to the circular shape,
with an eccentricity of less than 0.01, while the Earth's orbit around the Sun has a slightly
flattened ellipse with an eccentricity of 0.0167086.
Finding ourselves in that hypothetical observer in figure 32 and scrutinizing the planet
Venus, all the phenomena that we will observe, will be judged by us compared to the three-
dimensional system chosen on Earth. We will calculate the speed in orbit, the duration of
rotation around the Sun (in terrestrial days), the characteristics of the orbit (large semiaxis, small
semiaxis, eccentricity, etc.), the maximum and minimum distance to the Sun and other planets,
etc. We must observe that the planet Venus rotates inversely than the Earth, the orbit of the

planet Venus differs from that of the Earth, everything is moving, and the distance between Earth
and Venus is on average 41 million Km. To mention is also the fact that the speed of light is in
Km / s (terrestrial Km and seconds), time is a convention.
In all these analyzes, which the researchers do, a series of approximations must be
accepted and if anomalies appear as compared to the theory, then they stop, reanalyze the
formulas, the theory and sometimes the anomalies persist, without having an answer at least a
few years and in others cases for decades or hundreds of years.
With what it resembles this way of analyzing and interpreting phenomena in the Universe?
Does it resemble with the cosmological theory called geocentricism? Why should we analyze the
universe only from the perspective of the Earth and its position in the solar system? Don't we
notice that on this road we have many questions that cannot be answered?
We observe that the laws of motion developed by Newton continue to be valid under the
conditions of the Earth's surface, and the phenomena in the universe cannot be framed in these
classical conceptions. Space seems to be more than a passive receiver, and time does not flow
equitably throughout the universe. Space and time were united by Einstein in a three-
dimensional continuum and this continuum interacts with the particles of matter and light, which
moves in it. The revolution of Einstein's relativity took place in the early part of the twentieth
century, and then some twenty years later, another revolution, the quantum revolution, appeared.
This moment was just as fundamental as that triggered by Einstein. Relativity theory eliminated
space and time as a background for the deterministic movement of mass points but kept the
unambiguous description of the basic entities of the physical universe. Quantum theory, on the
other hand, eliminated unambiguous movement paths (the particles no longer seemed to move in
a single determined way, but seemed to move in a way that allowed a choice between alternative
movements) and introduced a level of freedom (or randomness) in the exact determination of the
path that a particle would follow. It must be said that all these "revolutions" took place in the
context of "geocentricism" to analyze the Universe.
Here's what Ervin Laszlo says in his book ,,Science and the Akashic Field an Integral
Theory of Everything”: "It seems that the world view, which most of people consider scientific, is
inadequate and in many cases obsolete. However, this can be remedied. The key element is the
accumulation of many anomalies that the current paradigm cannot clarify. This determines the
community of scientists to search more ways of approaching phenomena with anomalies as
compared to the theory ... A path is open to the innovation of fundamental theory towards a
paradigm shift. The change is determined by the accumulation of observations that do not match
accepted theories and cannot be made to fit by the mere extension of these theories. It is possible

to set the phase, for a new and more appropriate scientific paradigm, but this paradigm must be
discovered first."
In the same book E. Laszlo makes a series of findings of the anomalies in different fields
and reaches a conclusion: “The universe as a whole manifest well-adjusted correlations that
defy ordinary explanations; there are amazingly close correlations at the quantum level: each
particle that has ever occupied the same quantum state as another particle remains correlated
with it in a mysterious, non-energy way, post-Darwinian evolutionary theory and quantum
biology similarly discover correlations puzzled within the body and between the body and its
environment; the correlations that come to light within the remotest limits of consciousness
research are just as strange: they are in the form of the "transpersonal connections" between
one person's consciousness and another's mind and body. When we pass in review these
anomalies of connection and correlation, we reach a remarkable conclusion: the connection
networks that create a cosmos in coherent evolution, for understanding the quantum, for the
instant connection between organisms and environment and between the consciousnesses of
human beings different and even far, they have one and the same explanation. There is not only
matter and energy in the universe but also a more subtle but real element, an information field in
the form of active and efficient "information". Information of this kind connects all things in
space and time - indeed, it connects all things through space and time. "
I appreciate that for the discovery of the paradigm, that Ervin Laszlo referred to, for each
scientific discipline, in part, the following must be considered:
- Time, to remain a measure of all human actions only on Earth, as I said only as
milestones for the amounts of money that must be raised, the success you must-have,
the goals that must be fulfilled, the ideals that must be achieved;
- The one that counts, as time is "the planetary internal time" which represents "the
internal time of all things and forms of life". This is the essence of microcosm and
macrocosm connections and correlations - the law of the unique model; The planetary
internal time can synchronize events in the universe;
- String theory must be continued by re-focusing, reorienting and redirecting research
activities, in the context in which matter is presented to us as a form of energy
manifestation, in a reference system at the level of the studied element, following a
creation process, on the basis of a project, a context in which matter must be viewed
differently from energy;
- Extension of research into the field of communication of various species in the so-called
"active space" of Edward Osborne Wilson, in the context in which it could be a part of
the Akashic Field, as stated by Ervin Laszlo;

 - Studying the Akashic Field as a vehicle and informational database for each scientific
discipline;
- Studying the Universe using this Akashic field as an intermediate tool. In this case, by
moving the analysis and the study to the object of study, the scientific anomalies will
disappear;
- Reanalysis of laws, theories, applications of the theories, instrumental preferences,
hypotheses, philosophical and methodological presuppositions, etc. from all sciences in
the context of the existence of this Akashic field;
- Redefining science and the supernatural;
- Rediscovering the meaning of human existence.
At the end of this chapter I will quote Edward O. Wilson, about the meaning, from his
book "The Meaning of Human Existence":
"In its common use, the word "meaning" implies intention, intention implies project, and
the project implies a designer. Any entity, any process, or even the definition of any word is put
into play as a result of the designer's intention. This is the essence of the philosophical vision of
the world in the constituted religions, and especially in their myths about creation. They suppose
that humanity exists for a certain purpose. People are on Earth for a purpose. Both humanity
and people make sense.
The word "meaning" is used, however, also in another way, more comprehensive, implying
a different worldview. Namely, that the source of the meaning is represented by the accidents of
history, not the intentions of the designer. There is no precursory plan, but only overlay networks
of causes and physical effects. The unfolding of history is subjected only to the general laws of
the Universe. Each event is random, but it influences the probability of subsequent events.
During the evolution of organic life, for example, the appearance of an adaptation by natural
selection makes the appearance of other adaptations more likely. This concept of meaning, to the
extent that it sheds light on humanity and the rest of life, is the worldview of science. "
Fortunately, this view of science about the world is ever more combated even by some
scientists, who understand that things are not just like this and I think that this attitude will lead
to the paradigm shift, which E. Laszlo referred to.

 Chapter 4. Matter, energy and time as a whole

In order to understand the concept of "matter, energy and time as a whole", it is needed a
series of specific information about the Moon, Zero Point Energy, the Torsion Field and novel
aspects related to the halos of galaxies, as well as the "fields of life" of the anatomy teacher and
bioelectricity researcher, Harold Saxton Burr, from Yale University School of Medicine, which I
will set forth hereinafter. This information will be the basis of this concept, as a binder, between
all the information provided by me about matter, energy and time. The information is taken from
credible or official sources and is presented at the end of each subchapter.

The Moon
The moon is an astronomical body orbiting the planet Earth, being its only permanent
natural satellite.
The moon is in synchronous rotation with the Earth, meaning that it always shows the
same face towards the Earth, the visible part being marked by dark volcanic monthly seas, which
fill the spaces between the high areas of the crust and the more prominent impact craters. Seen
from Earth, it is the second celestial object visible from Earth in terms of glow after the Sun.
The current orbital distance of the Moon is 384,400 km or 1.28 seconds light. This value is
about thirty times larger than the diameter of the Earth, the apparent size in the sky being almost
as large as that of the Sun, so the Moon covers the Sun almost perfectly during total eclipses of
the Sun. This match of visual apparency will not continue in the distant future, because the
distance between the Moon and the Earth is slowly increasing.
The gravitational field of the Moon was measured by tracking the Doppler displacement of
the radio signals emitted by a spacecraft from the orbit. The monthly gravity presents mascons⁠
[GT36], large positive gravitational anomalies associated with some of the impact craters,
produced partly by the denser flow of basaltic lava from the seas that fill these craters. The
anomalies greatly influence the orbit of the ships around the Moon. There are also some
enigmas: the lava flow cannot explain the entire gravitational signature alone, and there are
mascons which are not related to the volcanism from the seas.
The moon has an external magnetic field of about 1–100 nanoteslas, more than a hundred
times smaller than that of Earth⁠. Currently, it does not have a global dipole magnetic field, but
only a bark magnetization, probably acquired in early history, when it was still functioning as a
dynamo. A part of the magnetization remaining so far could also come from the temporary
magnetic fields generated during large impact events by expanding an impact-generated plasma
cloud in the presence of an environmental magnetic field. This hypothesis is supported by the

apparent positioning of the largest magnetization of the crust at the antiposes⁠ of the largest
impact craters.
The moon performs a complete orbit around the Earth relative to the fixed stars once every
27.3 days (its sidereal period). As the Earth moves also, in the same time, in its orbit around the
Sun, it lasts a little longer until the Moon reaches the same phase relative to the Earth, ie about
29.5 days (its synodic period). Unlike most satellites of other planets, the Moon's orbit is closer
to the ecliptic plane than to the equatorial plane of the planet. The orbit of the Moon is subtly
disturbed by the Sun and Earth with small, complex influences and in mutual interaction. For
example, the plane of the Moon's orbit gradually rotates once every 18.61 years, which affects
other aspects of its motion. These effects are mathematically described by Cassini's laws.
On the moon appear the "lunar whirlwinds" which are enigmatic reliefs found on the
surface of the Moon, and are characterized by a large albedo, which appears optically immature
(that is, they have the optical characteristics of a relatively young regolith), and often, it has a
sinuous shape. Their curvilinear shape is often accentuated by the low albedo regions [GT37]
that make meandering around the bright whirlwinds.
The distance between the Moon and the Earth varies from about 365,400 km to 406,700
km at the perigee and respectively at the apogee. On November 14, 2016, it was closer to Earth
in full moon than it has ever been after 1948, 14% closer than the furthest position at apogee.
The presence of the moon is also manifested by the so-called “tidal effect”. It is explained
as follows: the gravitational attraction that the masses exert to one another decreases inversely
proportional to the square of the distance between the two masses. As a result, the slightly
stronger attraction of the Moon to the part of the Earth closer to it compared to the opposite
leads to tidal forces. The tidal forces affect both the Earth's crust and the oceans.
The most obvious effect of the tidal forces is the formation of two swellings on the oceans
of the Earth, one of the Earth’s sides from the moon, the other on the opposite side of the Moon.
This leads to an increase in sea level, called the ocean tide. As the Earth revolves around its own
axis, one of these ocean swellings (the flow) raises the water "below" the Moon, while the other
is exactly the opposite. As a result, there are two flows and two refluxes in about 24 hours. As
the Moon orbits the Earth in the same direction as the Earth's rotation, the fluxes occur at
distances of 12 hours and 25 minutes; the 25 minutes is due to the time the Moon spends on
Earth's orbit. The sun has the same tidal effect on the Earth, but its forces of attraction are only
40% of those of the Moon; the combination of forces given by the positions relative to the Earth
of the Moon and the Sun is responsible for the living and the dead tides. If the Earth were a
water planet (without continents) it would produce a tide of only one meter, very predictable, but
the ocean tides are strongly modified by other effects: the frictional coupling of water with the

ocean basins that are less shallow towards the shore, the passage of water from one ocean basin

Zero-point energy
Zero-point energy is the sea of energy that pervades all of space, often called by scientists,
“the physical vacuum.”
Not only is it big but its energy is estimated to exceed nuclear energy densities. Even a
small piece of it is “worth its weight in gold.” What is it? It is “the kinetic energy retained by the
molecules of a substance at a temperature of absolute zero.” Still, most people are not sure what
this "zero-point energy" (ZPE) is and whether it can be useful for human energy needs. (Thomas
Valone, Zero Point Energy, The Fuel of the Future).
In classical mechanics, all particles can be thought of as having some energy made up of
their potential energy and kinetic energy. Temperature, for example, arises from the intensity of
random particle motion caused by kinetic energy (known as Brownian motion). As the
temperature is reduced to absolute zero, it might be believed that all motion ceases and particles
come completely to rest.
In fact, however, kinetic energy is retained by particles even at the lowest possible
temperature. The random motion corresponding to this zero-point energy never vanishes as a
consequence of the uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics. The uncertainty principle states
that no object can ever have precise values of position and velocity simultaneously. The total
energy of a quantum mechanical object (potential and kinetic) is described by its Hamiltonian
which also describes the system as a harmonic oscillator, or wave function, that fluctuates
between various energy states (see wave-particle duality). All quantum mechanical systems
undergo fluctuations even in their ground state, a consequence of their wave-like nature. The
uncertainty principle requires every quantum mechanical system to have fluctuating zero-point
energy greater than the minimum of its classical potential well. This results in motion even at
absolute zero.
For example, liquid helium does not freeze under atmospheric pressure regardless of
temperature due to its zero-point energy. Given the equivalence of mass and energy expressed by
Einstein's E = mc2, any point in space that contains energy can be thought of as having the mass
to create particles. Virtual particles spontaneously flash into existence at every point in space
due to the energy of quantum fluctuations caused by the uncertainty principle. Modern physics
has developed quantum field theory (QFT) to understand the fundamental interactions between

matter and forces, it treats every single point of space as a quantum harmonic oscillator.
According to QFT, the universe is made up of matter fields, whose quanta are fermions (i.e.
leptons and quarks), and force fields, whose quanta are bosons (e.g. photons and gluons). All
these fields have zero-point energy.
Many physical effects attributed to zero-point energy have been experimentally verified,
such as spontaneous emission, Casimir force, Lamb shift, the magnetic moment of the electron
and Delbrück scattering. These effects are usually called "radiative corrections". In more
complex nonlinear theories (e.g. QCD) zero-point energy can give rise to a variety of complex
phenomena such as multiple stable states, symmetry breaking, chaos, and emergence. Many
physicists believe that "the vacuum holds the key to a full understanding of nature" and that
studying it is critical in the search for the theory of everything. Active areas of research include
the effects of virtual particles, quantum entanglement, the difference (if any) between inertial and
gravitational mass, variation in the speed of light, a reason for the observed value of the

Lamb shift is a highlight of the existence of virtual particles resulting from the
fluctuations of the quantum vacuum. This effect consists of the occurrence of an energy

difference between the quantum levels of hydrogen,2𝑆1/2 and 2𝑃1/2, a difference that is also
called the Lamb's displacement.
Delbrück scattering represents another physical phenomenon of manifestation of the
fluctuations of the quantum vacuum. Essentially, this phenomenon consists in the scattering of
high energy photons in the Coulombian Field of the nucleus, as a consequence of vacuum
polarization. The Delbrück scattering was introduced by the physicist of the same name, Max
Delbrück, to explain some of the mismatches between theoretical calculations and experimental
results obtained from Compton scattering on heavy atoms. Delbrück's explanatory argument was
based on the Dirac equation of relativistic quantum mechanics, according to which the quantum
vacuum is filled with virtual electron-positron pairs with which incident photons need to interact
more.
Casimir effect is another phenomenon that highlights the energy of the quantum vacuum,
or zero-point energy. This phenomenon was first predicted by the Dutch physicist Hendrick
Casimir, in 1948. According to him, two conductive plates, located in a vacuum environment, at
a very small distance from each other, they are pushed toward each other by a mysterious force.
This force appears due to zero-point fluctuations, fluctuations that occur as a result of the virtual
particles that appear and disappear in this space.

 Due to this fluctuation, the existing virtual particles, covering a wide spectrum of
wavelengths, act on the two conductive plates. The effect observed is a slight reduction in the
wavelengths between the plates, so that they fit between the respective plates, as opposed to the
wavelengths outside the plates. It follows, therefore, that the energy density of the fundamental
state fluctuations between the plates is lower than the energy density outside them with a finite
quantity. This difference between the energy densities gives rise to a force that pushes the two
plates towards each other, an experimentally observed force.
Unruh effect: In the theory of general relativity (where the field of gravitational forces is
equivalent to an acceleration field), the fluctuations of the vacuum can serve to determine the
acceleration of an observer, because a particle detector, in accelerated motion, will react to the
fluctuations of the vacuum, as if it would be at rest, in a gas of particles with a temperature
proportional to its acceleration. If the detector is not accelerated, it will not react to vacuum
fluctuations. In other words, the same quantum state of the field, which is a fundamental state for
observers in inertial systems, can now be viewed as a thermal state for an observer in a
uniformly accelerated motion. Therefore, the effect of Unruh means that the quantum vacuum
also depends on the path (trajectory) of the observer through space-time, that is, on the universe

The torsion field

The creation by G. Sipov of the fundamental theory of the torsion fields, a theory that
allows demonstrating the possibility of an intensive manifestation of the torsion fields and,
therefore, the possibility of observing strong effects, and from here the possibility solving a wide
spectrum of applicative problems, represented one of the very important sides of the new
revolution in the field of physics. An important component of the new revolution in physics was
the creation in the 1980s, in Russia, for the first time in the world, of torsion generators, which
some are devices that generate static torsion fields and corrugated torsion radiation.
The elaborate torsion generators form two sets of devices. The first series includes the
torsion generators that create static torsion fields with different intensity levels, with different
spatial configurations, with different spatial periodicity and with different radius of action. The
second series includes generators that generate corrugated torsion radiation with different
intensity, with different frequencies, with different frequency spectra, with different types of
modulations, with different ways of addressing information to different objects. Universal torsion
generators have been developed which, in addition to the torsion wave radiation, can create
static torsion fields and current of torsion.

 The high efficiency of the torsion technologies, as well as the simplicity of the physical and
technical that lead to the realization of these technologies, are determined, to a large extent, by
the unusual character of the properties of the torsion fields.
I will list their main properties, but it is important to point out that all the properties of the
torsion fields have already been theoretically anticipated and experimentally confirmed:
1. The source of torsion fields is represented by classical spine or macroscopic rotation.
The torsion fields can arise by twisting the space or as a result of the disturbance of the
physical vacuum, which is geometrical or topological in nature or can also appear as
an inseparable component of the electromagnetic field. The torsion fields can be self-
generated;
2. In all the cases indicated above, these are torsion fields that are born to the substance
level, the matter. However, according to the theory of physical vacuum, there are
primary torsion fields, which are generated by the "Absolute Nothing”. In the same
way, in which the initial material of the world of matter - the elementary particles - is
born from the physical vacuum, the physical vacuum, in turn, is born from the primary
torsion field;
3. The torsion field quantums are represented by the tordions. There are arguments to
consider that tordions represent low energy neutrinos, with energy of the order of units
eV. They represent a special class of neutrinos;
4. Since the torsion fields are generated by the classical spin, then within their action on
the different objects, to these objects, as a result of this action, only their spin state (the
state of nuclear or atomic spins) can be modified;
5. Unlike sources of electromagnetic and gravitational fields, which create fields with
central symmetry, sources of torsion fields create fields with axial symmetry;
6. The spinning object ("that spinning") creates in two space cones a polarization that in
one direction corresponds to the the left torsion field - SL, and in the other direction - to
the right torsion field - SR. Besides this, the area of the torsion field appears in the form
of a disk perpendicular to the axis of rotation. In the areas indicated as cones, an axial
torsion field (Ta), appears, and in the disc - a radial torsion field (Tr). Each of these
torsion fields can be from the right (TaR, TaL) and from the left (TrR, TrL);
7. Unlike electrical loads, torsion loads of the same sign, classical spins of the same sign
(SRSR or SLSL) are attracted, and those of different signs (SRSL) - are rejected;
8. The stationary object ”that spinning" creates a static torsion field. If in the object which
”spinning", there is a certain unevenness, such as changing the angular frequency of
rotation, then such a dynamic object ”that spinning" creates a swirl torsion radiation;

9. The static torsion field has the final radius of action g0, within whose interval the
intensity of the torsion field remains almost constant. Swirl torsion radiation is not
limited by the interval g0, and its intensity does not depend on the distance;
10. For the torsion fields, the potential is identicaly equal to zero, which corresponds to
their non-energetic character. This is one of the factors that determine why the torsion
signals are transmitted informationally and not energetically, ie without energy
transfers and at infinite speed.
11. The environment in which torsion radiations propagates is represented by the physical
vacuum. Compared to torsion waves, the physical vacuum behaves as a holographic
environment. In this environment, the torsion waves propagate through the phase
portrait of this hologram. This is the second main physical factor that explains the
informational (and not energetic) character of transmitting signals, as well as an
infinitely high speed of signal transmission;
12. The torsion fields pass through natural environments without suffering losses. This is
a natural factor if we take into account, that neutrino figure in the quality of quantum of
torsion field;
13. The speed of torsion waves, theoretically, is equal to infinity. Speeds much higher than
light does not represent something unusual for physics. These were present in Newton's
theory of gravity. Higher speeds of light were experimentally observed for the first time
by N. Kozârev, later confirmed by two other colleagues, and at the quantum level by
Zeilinger. It is worth noting that spin disturbances in a spin environment propagate in
such a way that they cannot be screened. In this case, the possibility of creating
underwater and underground communications, as well as connections through other
natural environments, appears;
14. All living and dead bodies are composed of atoms, most of which have classical
atomic or nuclear spins that are not null. Considering that all bodies are in the Earth's
magnetic field, considering the presence of magnetic moments of atoms and nuclei,
which represent effects of the presence of the indicated classical spins and charges, a
procession is born that generates the turbulent torsion radiation. In this way, all bodies
have their own torsion fields (radiation);
15. Since different bodies have a different set of chemical elements, a different set of
chemical compounds with different stereochemistry - with different spatial distribution
in bodies of these atoms and chemical compounds, then all bodies have strictly
individual torsion fields.

 However unusual the properties of torsion fields would be, they not only have to be
accepted but we must obligatory to guide us after them because these properties represent the
objective reality that is given to us by nature, which, moreover, it is also confirmed from an
experimental point of view. (A. Akimov, Director of the International Institute for Theoretical
and Applied Physics of RAEN, RAEN Academic).
In the symposium no.100 entitled "INTERNAL KINEMATICS AND DYNAMICS OF
GALAXIES SYMPOSIUM" organized on August 9-13, 1982 in France, American astronomer
Vera Florence Cooper Rubin, a specialist in galaxy rotation, makes a series of statements that I
mention, hereinafter:
” The dynamic models of the Magellanic flux claim that our galaxy has a massive halo
[GT38] up to ~ 70 kpc [GT39] if there are no non-gravitational forces on this flux. Our final
conclusion is that the halos of spiral galaxies contain more than half the mass, within optical
limits. The local values of the dark matter, from the halo, amount to at least 102 of the maximum
values on the galactocentric distances [GT40], but they are almost constant throughout the
surface of the discs (haloes).
Also, regarding the inclination of these disks, he says: ” The current suggestions for the
origin of the inclination of galaxy disks are finding difficulties in explaining the frequencies of
their occurrence and an external action mechanism seems to be needed to maintain these long-
term inclinations. Such a mechanism can be provided by an extended dark halo if a) it dominates
gravity at large radii, while the inner disk is self-gravitating, if b) it is slightly flattened and
becomes more flattened at larger radii and if c) it is relatively inclined to the inner disk.”
Finally, Harold Saxton Burr, in his book ”Blueprint for Immortality, The Electric Patterns
of Life”, argues that the electro-dynamic fields of all living things can be measured and mapped
with standard voltmeters and can control the development, health and even good disposition of
each organism.
He called these fields, "fields of life or fields L", I quote:
” Although almost unconsciously complicated, the" fields of life "are of the same nature as
the simpler fields known to modern physics and obey the same laws. As the fields of physics, they
are part of the organization of the Universe and are influenced by the vast forces of space. As the
fields of physics, they also have organizational and leadership qualities that have been revealed
by many thousands of experiments.
Organization and direction, the direct opposite of the event, implies a purpose. The fields
of life measured by electronic instruments provide evidence that human is not an accident. On
the contrary, it is an integral part of the Cosmos, incorporated into its almighty, subject to its
inflexible laws and a participant in the destiny and purpose of the Universe.

 The verification of the L fields is done with special voltmeters and electrodes and can be
described shortly - different patterns or voltage gradients are revealed in different parts of the L
field.
L-fields were detected and measured not only in men and women but also in animals, trees,
plants, seeds, eggs and even in one of the lowest life forms, molds. For many years a maple tree
in New Haven and an elm tree in Old Lyme were continuously connected to recording
voltmeters, which obviously cannot be done with men and women.
These long records have shown that the L fields of the trees not only vary with sunlight and
darkness, but also with the lunar cycles, magnetic storms and sunspots.
These robust trees in Connecticut have helped at answering the question that philosophers
have challenged for centuries and which many ask so anxiously even today. For they have shown
that this life on this planet is not isolated from the Universe, but a part of those irresistible forces
that exert their influence over vast distances of space.”
I should mention that Harold Saxton Burr's theory was rejected by "most scientists,"
according to Ruby Khoo of the New Straits Times. However, the work of H.S. Burr was
continued by Leonard J. Ravitz, a doctor at Yale.
This information is only part of what we need to draw some conclusions, but it represents
the "backbone" of the concept "matter, energy and time as a whole". A summary, of everything I
said in this book about the matter, energy and time, could be the following:
a) The matter is a form of energy manifestation, in a reference system, following a creation
process, based on a project. The reference system can be the solar system when the achievement
(creation) of "something - a project" at the level of the solar system, or at the level of the planet
Earth is desired, if the achievement of "something - a project" at Earth level, or any other planet
or galaxy (Calea Lactee, Andromeda, etc.), universe, etc. is desired. The projects can be of
genesis if they aim for the way galaxies are formed, the universe, or universes, beings, or they
can be of structure if by these there are established the relations between the celestial bodies,
between celestial bodies and universes, between multiverses [GT41] , between celestial bodies
and beings, etc. The number of projects is determined by the final goal, by objectives in stages
(example: achieving a "black hole" can have several goals). If there is a project then there must
be a designer. The designer may be a different life form different from ours (non-humanoid) or
similar to ours. The idea that a being must be like us and have the same way of living is false.
The designer can be in our universe or in any of the multiverse. The type of projects and their
number are probably established by a “local, regional, or general manager” depending on the
type of project;

 b) Planet Earth formed around a "black hole". This is a creation based on a project at our
solar system level. There are no workers, engineers, machines in a creation. There is a
technology that is made based on the laws of the universe (macrocosm and microcosm). The
resources to carry out this project were in our galaxy, our solar system or maybe the galaxies
close to the Milky Way galaxy also helped;
c) The energy-carrying particles of the two or sometimes three "Van Allen" energy belts of
the Earth come from within the earth (the "black hole" which acts as a powerful magnet with
characteristics also of a nuclear power generator); The solar wind is the one that complements
with various particles (in situations of instability of this belt) and stabilizes the outer belt of the
Earth, when it loses particles through the belt area that is not exposed to the Sun, by the
electromagnetic interaction with the other belts of the different planets depending on their
position towards the Sun. The first energy belt of each planet (it is a fairly stable belt) together
with the "magnet - black hole" inside each planet generates the force of gravity on that planet.
Earth's gravity is electromagnetic in nature. The source of the interplanetary gravity force is
represented by the outer radiation belts of each planet, and each planet is formed around a "black
hole";
d) There is a water circuit in the interior and exterior of the planet Earth. The endogenous
theory, which argues that water molecules were formed from hydrogen and oxygen molecules
but combined inside the early Earth, is the real theory. Inside the Earth there are oceans and seas
whose origin can be explained by the endogenous theory of water emergence on Earth,
supplemented by the theory of the formation of planets around "black holes"; The oceans and
seas from the surface of the Earth and the intraterrestrial ones form the complete global
dynamics of water at Earth level. All forms of manifestation of nature that have a direct or
indirect connection with water are determined by the need of the conservation of the hydraulic
energy globally. Planetary water is an informational vehicle. The water contains information
from the formation of the Earth to the present, about any activity that has taken place inside or
outside it, second by second. The coding of information in water is based on the "vibrating
string" and / or the "tordions". The discovery of the alphabet based on "strings" (energetic
alphabet) represents the path to knowledge; The current theory of superstrings has no future. It
must be refocused, redirected to the assumption that matter is the form of manifestation of
energy; The rendering of information from the "water memory" (decoding) can be done if there
is a synchronization of time, in each water molecule, at every point on Earth, in the Universe and

and the tides (given the existence of two and sometimes three radiation belts surrounding the

solar system's database through the Moon, as well as its permanent updating from behind;
e) The Solar System in which we are located is a “Local Solar Power System”, connected
to the regional energy system - Milky Way ”, which in turn connects with the neighboring power
systems;
f) By similarity with the power system at the national level of a country, or continent, or
even with the "Solar Power System" we can say that the Earth behaves as a "power system"
whose energy is taken over (consumed) by the existing life forms on it. The Earth's primary
energy resource as a "power system" is provided by the Sun. The transport and distribution of
energy to all life forms (consumers) is done through the electromagnetic field, from the Earth -
Ionosphere cavity, at the frequency of 7.83 Hz. The connection of all life forms to this “Power
System - Earth”, will have to be done under certain preconditions (as with the energy system
created by human): frequency, electrical potential, to have the same tendency of oscillation as
the Earth, to have slight variations of the parameters relative to those of the Earth and other
specific elements depending on the species (see Appendix to this book). At the level of the planet
Earth adjusting the parameters necessary to ensure the living conditions of all life forms, the
unfolding of all the phenomena that are related to the life of these beings is realized with the help
of a “central processing unit-UCP” for each life form, which it can be DNA and/or RNA. All life
forms on Earth that form the biosphere interact, or are subjected to the action of the Schuman

g) The Schumann resonance wave is the indefinite continuous progress of the existence of

this duration within different limits determined by the electromagnetic conditions in the Earth-
Ionosphere cavity) and future events viewed as a whole. The duration of the resonance wave
period represents the "planetary internal time". The “ planetary internal time” is self-regulating
through the electromagnetic phenomena specific to the Earth-Ionosphere cavity. Planet Earth
behaves like a "living being", having its pulse around 127.71 ms, ie "the duration of a period of
the Schumann resonance wave". If all happens in this way, it means that "Planetary Internal
Time" is a common time for the planet Earth and for all life forms on this planet, ie a unique
CLOCK, and the water inside and outside the planet as well as the thin dielectric atmosphere of
about 30 km which “clothe” the Earth is an informational vehicle;
h) The energy of the zero points is the great energy that penetrates the whole space, often
called by the scientists, the "physical vacuum". Not only is it high, but its energy exceeds the
densities of nuclear energy. The zero-point energy is the "kinetic energy retained by the
molecules of a substance at a temperature of "absolute zero.”;

 i) The creation by G. Shipov of the fundamental theory of torsion fields [GT42] is the
certainty that a new physical paradigm has already been created and, at the present, is in
progress. The source of the torsion fields is represented by the classical spin or the macroscopic
rotation. The torsion fields can arise by the twisting of the space or as a result of the disturbance
of the physical vacuum, which is geometrical or topological in nature or they can also appear as
an inseparable component of the electromagnetic field. The torsion fields can be self-generated.
Unlike sources of electromagnetic and gravitational fields, which create fields with central

j) Planets and galaxies have halo. This may explain the presence of the information field
at all levels of the Universe, planet, solar system, galaxy and Universe;
k) "Fields of Life" discovered by Harold Saxton Burr are part of the information field -
"Akashic Field". It is time for Harold Saxton Burr's theory to be reconsidered like many other
researchers, thrown out of history, who did not go on the same path as the oldest, a road that has
not always been the safest and the best. The theory that the universe and everything in it are just
accidents must be abandoned. The French scientist E. Cartan and G. Shipov have created a new
scientific paradigm that needs to be developed and continued. Up to a new paradigm, this is the
solution and it is the last one;
l) The moon is an astronomical body that orbits the planet Earth, being its only permanent
natural satellite (information found in all school textbooks and astronomical works). I affirm that

this astronomical body - the Moon, is an artificial satellite and has a decisive role in the
relationship of the Earth with the other celestial bodies, galaxies, universes, multiverses. The
moon is in rotation synchronous with the Earth, that is, it always shows the same face to it. Is
this a historical accident or an evolving accident? I doubt. The moon has an external magnetic
field of about 1–100 nanotesla, more than a hundred times smaller than that of Earth⁠.
Currently, it does not have a global dipole magnetic field, but only a bark magnetization. Why?
On the moon appear the "moon whirlwinds" which are enigmatic landforms found on the surface
of the Moon, and are characterized by a large albedo, which appear optically immature and often,
has a sinuous shape. The combination of forces given by the positions relative to the Earth of the
Moon and the Sun is responsible for the live tides and the dead tides.
If the hypotheses and the new view on matter, energy and time, exposed, are correct and
corroborated, with all the results of many researches that have been shown above, it can be stated
that things can be as follows:
The earth is surrounded by an informational magnetic field (a "shell" of about 30 km),
which we can call either "active space" by Edward Osborne Wilson, or the Akashic field
(concept born in Eastern spirituality), a field that also contains all the "fields of life" of Harold
Saxton Burr, figure 34.
This field, in turn, consists of 7 fields: (1) The etheric field which is an imperceptible,
invisible and imponderable fluid located in the space between bodies, in their structure,
maintains contact with each sea, ocean and surface of each continent regardless landform. The
fact that all bodies possess their own torsion fields (radiation), this etheric field is the space of
collection of all information inside and outside the Earth. The informations of "characteristics
and actions" type are "stored" in this field, the rest is transmitted to the other fields outside it.
The thickness of this field, I suppose, that is variable, depending on the landformes, but it is
somewhere around 12 Km, distance in which airplanes can fly; (2) The emotional field, is the
continuation of the etheric field and receives, through it, all the information of "emotion" type
from all the constituents of the biological world inside and outside the Earth; (3) The mental
field extends beyond the emotional field and together with the first two forms the “Field of life”,
a field that has an effective - direct connection with matter. The first three fields represent the
manifestations of matter, the matter is a form of manifestation of astral energy. The mental field
has its own structure that includes mental forms created by the thought processes of all biological
constituents: plants, humans, animals, etc., to the extent that each of them has a thought process;
(4) The astral field is in the continuation of the mental field and at this level all information
related to all the ideas, conceptions, knowledge, mentalities of all biological collectives (to the
extent that all biological collectives have something like this) is stored and which reflects the

conditions of their existence, as well as their social psychology. In this field the consciousness of
the biological collectivities, as a whole, is outlined at the level of the astral - Earth; (5) The
holographic field is in continuation of the astral field and is a "holographic environment" which
contains in it the project of the forms that exist or have existed in the physical plane since the
formation of the Earth as an astral. This is where the synchronization of the actions from the
terrestrial physical plane with the physical (material) plane of the Universe takes place. The
planetary internal time here "says" its word. Without such synchronization, rendering historical
events at the Universe level, of which the Earth is a part, would not be possible. By accessing
this holographic environment, one can know everything about the Universe (whether or not there
was a Bing Bang, like galaxies or certain stars, etc.) because it is connected to the holographic
environment of the entire Universe; (6) The celestial field is in continuation of the holographic
field and contains all the information related to the knowledge in all the domains existing at the
level of the Universe. Here are stored both the knowledge from the Earth level, but also the
knowledge from the whole Universe, or Multiverse. This is possible because the celestial field of
the Earth is connected to the celestial fields of various Universes, is synchronized with them and
constitutes the "inspiration base" for all intelligent beings in the Universe (no one starts from
scratch in the creation of something ); (7) The causal field is the last field, which closes the
Akashic Field and all the information related to the cause, the purpose of the existence of the
planet, all the biological things and constituents on it are stored here. Here you can find
information about the "general creation project" of the Earth and about all the projects that have
imposed a creation of one form or another. Projects can be those created by humanity, if they
were aimed at life on Earth, or those made by intelligent beings of whatever form and way of life
which had or have an interest on Earth. Here it is also stored the energy project of energy
insurance on Earth, but also in the Universe.

Due to the fact that the Earth is formed on a "black hole" in the pole area, the first three
fields that are very close to the physical world will not be able to intersect the black hole,
because they are fields of physical (material) nature whose vibration levels are incompatible with
the vibration in the immediate vicinity of the "black hole". Around the ”black hole”, at the poles
will be only the rings of the other 4 superior fields in terms of vibration, figure 35.

 The connection between everything that exists in the interior and exterior of the Earth
(matter), with these fields forming the "Akashic Field" is provided by the torsion waves, at the
base of which the zero-point energy lies.
The connection between these fields from the Earth level, practically between the Akashic
field of the Earth and the Universe is ensured through the artificial satellite - the Moon. Its forms
of manifestation and the phenomena at the level, of the so-called "soil", justify the above
statement. The "whirlwinds" at the level of the Moon can be these torsion fields which together
with the tidal forces may be the necessary factors for ensuring information from Earth to the
Milky Way galaxy and then Universe and vice versa. Figure 36 shows this connection between
the Earth's Akashic field and the Milky Way, but it should be noted that the solar system is inside
the Milky Way, the diagram shows only the information flow.

Thus, all things and all biological communities from the interior and exterior of the Earth,
seas, oceans, practically all matter on the planet level, are "coupled" through "torsion fields" to
the Akashic field.
All the information about everything will be "stored" in the 7 fields (etheric, emotional,
mental, astral, holographic, celestial and causal) depending on the nature of the matter and the
nature of the information that characterizes the matter. Basically, this Akashic field represents
the "informational database on the planet level" from the genesis (the project, the energy source,
the energy resources) of each thing, each biological community, with the history of each or every
one until the moment t, which flows continuously, the basis data being synchronized to a
universal internal time t0.
The connection of the "informational database" from the Earth level to the galaxy level and
further to the Universe level is made, also through "torsion fields" but through the artificial
satellite Moon, as shown in figure 36. Thus, at the Universe level, there is all information about

everything, matter, energy and time behaving as a whole, without any secrets. To form this
database, nobody on this planet is doing anything, it is enough to exist. The problem is how this
database will be accessed and by whom.
If things are "so simple", there will be other questions that we must answer: What role does
Religion play? What role does Science play? What is the role of politics in general and in
particular? Are the governments still needed to manage the activities of a state? What will
humanity's needs be? What will human be? Is humanity ready for such a leap?
Probably, to these questions and many others, which anyone can imagine, will be found
answers much faster than the current questions in science and to which there is not even a certain
probability to be answered.
I think that, for a start, Science must accept the existence of this "mechanism behind
everything" and find the technical possibility to access this information, to detect access
permissions on different levels, on whom these permissions depend. I think that apart from a few
people with special characteristics, from the planetary level, there is nothing more or someone to
tell us what it is like in this information field.
The results on this research direction have appeared and must first be officially recognized.
The effort for all this will be rewarded precisely by the vast field of information, for which we
will no longer have to build telescopes, artificial satellites, cosmic rockets, laboratories, etc.
I hope that 20% of the planet's researchers (from all fields) will make 80% of the effort
required to form a new paradigm of science that will unravel the mystery of the genesis of all
things, of life, of its purpose, and not least to prove that everything that is on the planet and in the
universe does not occur due to accidents of history or evolution.

 Conclusions

As I said, at the beginning of this book, there are many questions to which we have no
answers, and science is deadlocked. Sometimes we have more questions than answers. More
relevant to contemporary people are the facts, the phenomena that produce results, which
respond to their expectations, now under their eyes, or at least to their immediate descendants. In
the long term, those now are all dead, but they want to be educated, to know what is going on
with them, why they came to this world, to find answers, to various questions, before they no
longer will exist.
The current problems of humanity reflect new processes that, in their evolution, can no
longer be influenced, or solved, by the same means and the same way of thinking.
Exhaustion of different sources of raw materials and energy, increasing pollution,
demographic explosion, increasing food shortages are about to trigger a global crisis of large
proportions. This is a disaster that we are all responsible for and we should not seek excuses,
because we will not have them, towards those who will succeed us.
The fact that for hundreds of years, some fields of science, fail to evolve, to give those
answers that humanity needs now and in the years to come, does not mean that there is nothing
more to say or to discover. The reason is that the dimension of the human personality of this elite
is not the one that should "qualify" them for obtaining information, as I present in the first part of
the annex to this book.
Let us not forget that the inventor of dynamite, which was first made in the town of
Krümmel near Hamburg in 1867 by the Swedish chemist and researcher Alfred Nobel, was
named by the press of that time "the merchant of death". Also, the parent of the atomic bomb that
was launched on August 6, 1945, on the city of Hiroshima, the scientific director of the
Manhattan project, Oppenhaimer, after its launch exclaimed: "I became Death, the destroyer of
the worlds."
In this context, through the book "A new vision on the matter, energy and time" I try to
shift the attention of the youngest researchers and scientists, to a new way of seeing things,
which will allow them to unlock from their current project thought and action.
The Matter must be seen as a form of energy manifestation, in a reference system
following a creation process, which was realized on the basis of a project and indisputably
separated from energy.
The need to delimit, the manifestation of energy, in a reference system, is determined by
the abandonment of "Geocentrism" that characterizes us now. We cannot judge by the same

means on Earth what happens beyond it. Eliminating geocentrism from the thinking will
certainly illuminate the path to a new dimension of science.
It is energy that has led to the creation of all forms of matter and will continue to lead to
the creation of new forms of matter.
What is behind each form of energy is more important than matter itself, because only by
knowing these mechanisms behind each form of energy we will reach the knowledge that we
need, to understand everything.
The law of all things that unify the whole physics, Einstein's dream, it doesn't have to be
sought any longer. It exists and is called the "Law of the Single Model": the microcosm and the
cosmos are built on the basis of a unique model with perfect harmonization of similarities and
differences, each (microcosm and macrocosm) being whole and complete.
According to this law, the Earth and the other planets formed around a "black hole". Inside
these "black holes", there is a Sun (accretion disk). Each solar system in the Milky Way and
probably in other galaxies is a "black hole". The sun, from each of these solar systems, is also an
accretion disk. All solar systems in the galaxy rotate around a galactic center, forming an even
larger "black hole". An image, which might make this idea complete, is shown in Figure 37.

The name given to this space in the cosmos, as a "black hole" is unsuitable for the
phenomena that occur in this space and is also vulgar, in the level of science, which promotes it.
The most appropriate name for this space, with such manifestations known in part by the
scientific world, is Electromagnetic Vortex.

 Thus, we can say: 1) Earth was formed through the accumulation of matter around an
Electromagnetic Vortex; the Earth's gravitational force manifests itself only between Earth and
the first Van Allen radiation belt, being electromagnetic in nature; between the planets and the
Sun in our solar system, interplanetary forces of an electrodynamic nature are manifested (they
are the forces exerted between electrically charged bodies, as mentioned in the previous pages);
2) all the planets and the Sun (an accretion disk) in that solar system, form an Electromagnetic
Vortex of Solar System; 3) All solar systems in a galaxy rotate around a central accretion disk
and form a Galactic Electromagnetic Vortex (Figure 37).
According to the law of the unique model, the galaxy is a "molecule" whose nucleus is an
accretion disk, around which various solar systems rotate, ie "atoms". Within each solar system
(versus atom) there are planets charged with different electrical charges (electrons, positron, etc.)
that rotate around a nucleus (the disk of accretion-sun ).
It is known that the molecule is the smallest part of a substance (versus the galaxy is the
smallest in a universe) that retains the percentage composition and all the chemical properties of
that substance. A molecule is defined as a fairly stable neutral electrical group, consisting of at
least two atoms in a given arrangement, bonded together according to very strong chemical
bonds.
Molecules have a number of characteristics such as: they are large in size compared to the
distances between them; there are very large intermolecular spaces, compared to the size of the
molecules; the molecules are electrically stable and neutral; due to their immobility, they diffuse
between each other or present the phenomenon of dissolution for liquids or solids; the molecules
are in constant motion.
Perhaps due to some properties common to the molecule and galaxies, the Milky Way will
diffuse with Andromeda and in a few thousand years will become a single galaxy.
I bring to the reader's attention, through the following annex, two extremely important
elements for the researchers agenda: 1) synchronization of the human information field with the
terrestrial information field; 2) actions, facts from the history of mankind, which should be
verified as truthfulness, or at least as a possibility of existence.
These elements must be regarded as real, using in their research both the method of
deduction of existence and manifestation and the method of induction, similar to mathematics.
If these statements prove to be real, the life of the entire planet will change for the better.
And just for this, it is worth studying.

 Annex

Synchronization of the human information field with the Earth information field
The information from the 7 fields (etheric, emotional, mental, astral, holographic, celestial
and causal) of the human is transferred to the informational field of the Earth without any
censorship, each information, from the human being, transferring to the appropriate level of the
Earth, the figure 38. This means that in the 7 fields of the Earth, which form the terrestrial
Akashic field, we will find all the information, about everything, for each inhabitant of the Earth.
All this information, in turn, will be connected to the Akashic field of the Universe.

Each and every inhabitant of this planet, whether faithful or not, and regardless of their
educational level, want something in particular, according to Maslow's human needs pyramid
[GT43]. Some just want to satisfy their physiological needs (food, water, air, hygiene, sleep, and
sex), others may want the security of home and family (Maslow's second tier), and others may
tend to the other levels of this pyramid of human needs. Also, each of these inhabitants of the
planet Earth is characterized by certain temperaments, aptitudes, characters, intelligence and
creativity, which together give a certain dimension of its human personality, personality that can
fit into one of the levels of the "Pyramid of the Human Personality Dimension" of a local,
regional or national community [29].

 If in the Akashic field of the planet Earth, respectively of the Universe, we find everything
about any of the inhabitants of this planet, the question of how anyone of these inhabitants can
benefit from the information that each of them needs and what conditions each of them must
fulfill to be able to benefit from that information arises. It should be specified that "information
each of them needs" must be understood more than that information that will lead to the needs of
the Maslow pyramid. The information may be related to our daily concerns, to your research
interests, to the future of your children and many more.
In order to have access to this information, each person must "qualify", that is, deserve to
be in possession of this information. Nobody in life starts from scratch, we are all born with a
body of knowledge that we develop as we "qualify" to obtain them.
Next, using a trigonometric instrument, the trigonometric circle [GT44], I will show how
this "qualification" takes place in order to obtain certain information from each of the citizens of
this planet and how the human synchronization with the information it needs takes place.
In the trigonometric circle of figure 39 a, I will call point A of coordinates (cos t, sin t) an
event. The position of point A relative to the origin will be defined by a vector (characterized by
amplitude, direction). If this vector moves at a certain angular velocity, in the trigonometric
sense it becomes a phasor. Also, the "cos t" axis will be the human needs axis in Maslow's
pyramid, and the "sin t" axis will be the "human personality dimensions" axis (Figure 39 b).

Let us define, now, events in the life of any of the human on this planet and we will
represent them in the trigonometric circle, figure 39 b, as follows: Event A - Obtaining a land or
an immobile by blackmail; Event B - Caring for an orphan child, throughout the studies; Event C
- Insults against a person of color (racist action); Event D - Making a drinking water installation
that serves this human, but also many others.

 The framing of the vectors in one quadrant or another is done depending on the
classification of the deed in the two categories: human needs and the "human personality
dimension" of the human being analyzed. The size of the vector is given by the moral value of
the action (event) of the man analyzed in the society in which it lives.
The general state of the analyzed person, who is to be qualified to synchronize with the
Earth's Akashic field, will be given by the "size, direction and position" from quadrant III, of the
trigonometric circle, ie the vector marked with red. From the analysis of this vector, it turns out
that the general state of this person is largely influenced by a "negative dimension of his human
personality" and less or at all of his human needs. As such, he cannot be qualified for support in
obtaining information that would help him prosper, to develop as a human being. This
trigonometric circle, from figure 39 b, I will call it "Synchronoscope of the human activity - S".
This synchronoscope, in the case of the person analyzed above, will not couple the circuit
breaker in figure 38, and the person will be isolated until, by its actions, it can be "qualified".
Following our daily actions, this vector (marked with red) will move, in the trigonometric
sense or not, with a certain speed, thus becoming the phasor of our actions. When the phasor
reaches the 1st or 2nd quadrant of the trigonometric circle, the synchronoscope will connect us to
the Earth's Akashic field and immediately we will have revelations, inspirations, innovative
ideas, support, etc. who will enlighten us, will delight us and wonder why we have not known
these "things" until now.
When the Synchronoscope -S closes the "switch" (this actually means the acting of the
torsion field, explained in the previous chapter), the necessary information from the terrestrial
Akashic field will reach the limbic brain of the person under analysis. After providing the
necessary information, the "switch" opens. In figure 38 we have represented, in the section, the
head of the person where the limbic brain is seen, and where the information will arrive, and in
figure 40 there is a section through the human brain. The human brain is much more complicated
but from the point of view of energy functions it is composed of 3 parts: rational (neocortex),
limbic (emotional), reptilian (archaic), the reptilian (archaic) brain being like a valve between
rational and limbic brain.

 Actions, facts from the history of mankind, that should be verified as truthfulness, or
at least as a possibility of existence
The appearance, evolution and development of the human being were due to a multitude of
influences coming from several stars, planetary configurations and / or solar systems. Each
heavenly body acts more or less on the development of biological systems, and this happens
permanently.
Before the human, on Earth, were the primates [GT 45] that appeared as a result of
“artificial” interventions, but whose evolution was due to both natural influences and “artificial”
interventions.
Natural influences may be related to the environment in which these primates lived, but
also to the influence of cosmic radiation from different Stars, which within a specific
configuration can influence their DNA structure.
If cosmic radiation, generated by stars in a certain cosmic arrangement, bombards the two
carbon atoms of adenine, one of the 4 basic components of DNA, the likelihood of the carbon
atom creating more types of bonds increases, thus opening the way to a new development of the
DNA of that primate (Figure 41).

This "attack" of cosmic radiation on the two carbon atoms is a natural influence only under
the aspect that the stars are part of the natural environment of the Universe, but this "attack"
represents the effect of a very important and significant cosmic synchronicity, due to the subtle
energetic impact that is created for a certain time interval, which cannot be ignored. This time
interval can be hundreds of years or thousands of earthly years. These synchronicities, in fact,
represent cosmic arrangements of the various Stars, which can occur at large intervals, and if
these synchronicities were exploited by other intelligent civilizations, it became possible to
influence the evolution of these primates (artificial influence).

 By such an intervention, we can say that these intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations have
fully consciously assumed the "formation" and development of pre-human beings, as a "parental"
mission and that these intelligent civilizations have become the spiritual parents of the Earth and
of humanity.
Obtaining a superior being from a primate was not only achieved through genetic
manipulation interventions, in the hope that these beings will become "autonomous" and have a
good and stable structure of the DNA macromolecule, to ensure the success of a new species of
intelligent beings. In other words, it was not a simple cloning or robotic determination for the
new being, but its integrality at all levels of its existence was considered. Probably, that the best
method at that level of evolution of the primates of the Earth was considered to be the subtle help
offered by some advanced extraterrestrial beings, in order to chisel those primates already
reaching a certain degree of development.
This would have been impossible, however, if there had not been that initial intervention
on the DNA of primates on Earth, which involves "modifying" certain elements within the DNA
macromolecule so that a new superior molecular DNA chain to be generated.
The intervention of the extraterrestrial beings on the evolving primates was realized by
using the torsion fields, at a certain precise time and space, in order to achieve the necessary
changes in the way in which the bonds in the respective carbon atom were created. From here
came the possibility that the bonds of the carbon atom with other atoms and the "construction" of
a new superior DNA chain would be possible under the permanent influence of the energy
specific to the respective star configuration. Later, the deeper "modification" involved combining
the DNA of primates on Earth with genes of extraterrestrial beings that assumed the role of
parents of humanity. In this way, the process of formation of a humanoid species from primates
was initiated and developed.
There are indications that this process of formation of a humanoid species began around
430,700 BC. The second phase of human species development occurred approximately 11,000
years later 419,300 BC when a certain star alignment and stellar conjunction happened, and after
this intervention on DNA development of the primates, they had features and behaviours that
were more evolved. A third intervention, this time a direct one, took place around 370,600 BC
when a huge alien ship arrived near Earth, with the aim of creating a profound change in the
DNA level of some primates, with the obvious purpose of development and evolution of the
humanoid species existing at that time on Earth.
Between that huge ship stationed near Earth and other extraterrestrial humanoid species, a
cosmic armed conflict broke out, which meant that there were common interests on our planet

from several extraterrestrial civilizations. What was the common interest of the various
extraterrestrial humanoid species?
There are indications that this huge ship was accompanied by many smaller ships carrying
various ores, including gold, from Earth, from somewhere in the Arabian peninsula, in this
mother ship and that the physical force of these primates was needed to load these ores in the
small carrying ships. Thus, the primates benefited from aid in their development, and aliens from
their physical work.
It is time to recall the archaeological discoveries related to prehistoric mining [GT 46], as
follows: The oldest mining operation is at Nazlet Sabaha, Garb, Egypt, dated approximately
100,000 BC; Nazlet Khater from northern Egypt, dated 35,100 ÷ 30360 BC; Quena, Egypt, the
Nile Valley, dated 50,000 BC; Beit Allam from Beit Khallaf, Egypt, dated 60,000 BC, all these
mining operations being for flint; the second oldest mining operation is the Lion Cave in the
Kingdom of Zwaziland, now the Eswatini Kingdom, dated between 110,000 ÷ 70,000 BC; on the
Australian continent, Wilgie Mia, where red ocher was being exploited; in South America, the
San Ramon mine where iron oxide was exploited, dated to 12,000 BC; in North America,
Michigan, dated 5,000 BC; Gava, Catalonia region, Spain, dated to 6,000 BC; Zalzkammergut,
Austria, dated to 5,000 BC; Bulgaria, Varna, dated between 5,500 ÷ 4200 BC; and so on.
I return to the huge ship near the Earth, specifying that it was called NIBIRU
(NEIBERAU), it was slightly smaller than the Moon, was ruled by Tenekau and it was populated
by a Siriusian civilization that came from a system in the constellation of Orion's Belt. This ship
was placed in one area or another of our galaxy so in this way to create the structures necessary
to implement in successive phases the appropriate frequency to cause certain changes in the
DNA of some primates on Earth.
These cosmic influences did not generate DNA changes in all primates but only in some,
the others remaining immune. This selectivity seems to have been essential also from the height
of the extraordinary technological and spiritual advancement of those extraterrestrial beings who
initiated the process of DNA modification in those primates. Then it followed a whole chain of
gradual transformations, but still quite fast, in the DNA of other primates.
It should be emphasized that the arrival of this ship was not accidental, nor was this plan
for the development of a humanoid being on Earth accidental. The plan for Earth has long been
conceived, at the causal level of the Akashic field of the Universe, by governing entities of this
galaxy and the universe in which we live. It was desired that in this area to exist a certain
manifestation of life, at some future time, but in a predetermined way by certain galactic
conjunctions. Tenekau was chosen a long time ago for this fundamental role because the
structure of his DNA resonated with what was wanted to be obtained from the DNA of primates.

He was born on the Neiberau ship and was directed to that unique moment in the history of
mankind, the moment when he looked at the primates and had the idea of transforming them and
collaborating with them, to make work easier at the level of the Earth. He was constantly
encouraged by the very subtle causal dimension (the causal field) to develop the blueprint for
primate DNA transformation.
60,100 years after the beginning of the process of formation of a humanoid species, the
arrival of this Neiberau ship was a moment that should be called the "Tenekau moment", that is
the beginning of the road for the formation of mankind, the first spark of the idea of genetic
transformation of primitive beings in a superior humanoid being with a superior DNA that
contains Tenekau's own DNA influences.
Then there were other influences followed by the development of beings with different
biofields (ENL branch and ENK branch) depending on the type of DNA obtained on different
primates, evolved from now on. It started also the involvement of the Moon in the development
of the sexes in the case of the primates that will become, during their evolution, human beings.
During the period 368,000 - 367,000 BC, through repeated interbreedings, an embryo
naturally developed by a female being from the ENL branch could be compatible with the etheric
body of the Siriusian civilization, and thus appeared the first human being considered perfect,
esoteric mythology and the Christian presents it to us as Adam.
Adam's "birth" represents the first natural incarnation of an evolved (Siriusian) soul in a
body derived from "clay" (ENL branch) - that is, from the "biological raw material" of the
planet.
Even though Adam was created, being a perfect matrix of the new species, he could not
procreate. Also, no other being, even naturally born of Adam's genes, could procreate at first.
Most of the born beings, being hybridized with Adam's DNA, were androgynous. Over time, by
increasing the number of beings born this way, sexual differentiation has been achieved. Eve
represented the moment of the split of the sexes, in direct connection and not at all coincidental
with some very special events that involved the Moon. Then the enigmatic, mysterious and
reflective character of femininity was defined in the new being created on Earth.
It seems that there was, for example, a "primordial" female being, to be Eve, the
representative of the female sex, being mentioned only in the Bible.
From what has been presented so far - especially in relation to Adam - it may be
understood that human is not "a creation of God", but merely a product of the scientific
operations of genetic manipulation and cloning, that the human being and implicitly, Adam
would be just a kind of "experiment" being at the discretion of extraterrestrial civilizations, who
have nothing better to do than "play the master and the slave."

 If we were to judge this way, it would mean to ask the question immediately: But who
created the Extraterrestrials and for what purpose?
There are also indications that all these actions and deeds began and developed in the
northern area of the Persian Gulf, encompassing in particular areas of Iraq and less of Iran and
Saudi Arabia.
It seems that the Siriusian civilization that assumed the role of "parent" of the creation of
more beings in our galaxy – among also the future human beings on Earth - has collaborated
with several other very advanced civilizations, the most important of which was Arcturian
civilization. They were considered the "doctors" of the galaxy, because of their exceptional
knowledge in the field of spiritual development of genes, life and evolution.
I will make a leap of thousands of years, somewhere between 120,000 and 100,000 BC,
when there were territories where only beings from the ENL branch lived, who were highly
evolved from a spiritual point of view. At that time the level of evolution for most of the beings
in the ENK branch was primitive and they preferred the veneration of the "gods", which were
mostly beings from the ENL branch.
In these territories lived the beings characterized by high vibration frequencies from the
ENL branch, along with other beings who did not have the sufficiently developed level of
consciousness, those from the ENK branch, which were then separated by a kind of "spiritual
selection".
For a long time, in these territories, these beings from both ENL and ENK branches
coexisted, because the general frequencies of the two groups of beings were quite close,
especially due to the existence of multiple hybridizations between the ENL and ENK branches,
on different stages of spirituality, which gave birth to the so-called "demigods".
The higher and more elevated frequencies were the germs of formation of what would later
become the "Shambala land" located inside the Earth. In this realm, a sacred spiritual side of the
Earth developed, because the ENL beings who lived there had a high degree of understanding of
spirituality in its deep aspects.
After several tens of thousands of years, due to the subtle repeated journeys in the "realm
of Shambala" (through those "torsion fields" that I mentioned in the previous chapters), certain
strong subtle links have been created between the various territories inhabited by the ENK
beings and this realm already inhabited by some of the beings in the ENL branch.
As a result of the tense situation and the decline of spirituality throughout the planet - due
to the aggressive multiplication of the population of ENK beings and the gradual decrease in the
number of ENL beings - at the Great Planetary Council around 27,000 BC (presided over by
extraterrestrials) it was decided that the areas where it exists Shambala would be delimited and

separated from the rest of the areas and frequencies on the planet, so that the most spiritual
teachings and knowledge on Earth would be concentrated in Shambala. Later around 25,500 BC
this realm becomes "Spiritual Center for the support and evolution of humanity on Earth".
Another period in the history of mankind that should be remembered is that of the
devastating conflict between the various extraterrestrial civilizations that were on Earth around
100,000 BC when they began to dispute their territories and power of influence. Due to the very
advanced technologies and the nature of the armament used, life on the surface of the planet had
much to suffer, and in some areas, life even disappeared.
The main source of misunderstandings was complex in nature. It involved a race of evil
beings in our galaxy, with reptilian features. In our universe, reptilians seem to have a special
destiny, because they appear in the key points of the evolution of races or civilizations, even if
their actions are not conscious in this sense, but directed only for a selfish, control and
oppression purpose. The reptilian beings live long and, in order to develop, they seek to find a
suitable "land" from which to "feed", that is to say, the evil reptilians seek to conquer planets and
civilizations for exploiting and making use of them in order to fulfil their goals, but so that they
do not have to worry too much about them. In most cases, the reptilians are not brutal
"predators", but they work at more refined levels, through hybridization and by introducing
genes with low vibration frequencies. They know that if they get to corrupt enough DNA of a
race, eventually it will keep their specific "footprint" and then they will always have a point of
support and action in that civilization. The greater this specific "footprint" imprinted on the DNA
of a race is, the better for reptilians because then they will be able to influence it more easily in
decisions and actions.
Later, around 70,000 BC, the Siriusians in the Sirius A system decided to strengthen that
Galactic Alliance destroyed by war, which they were part of. They did not intervene armed in the
great conflict of the Alliance, although they were the ones who patronized it. The Syrians then
played only the role of mediators.
The Siriusians never wanted to escalate the conflicts, even if they could have easily won
them, due to the extraordinary technological advance they had. They prefer the alternative of
peace and evolution, which is in accordance with the laws of universal harmony and seeks to
respect as much as possible the free will of the civilizations with which it comes into contact;
only when they are attacked and have to defend themselves, they use their advanced fighting
capabilities. In the terrible extraterrestrial space war of about 100,000 years ago, they only
limited themselves to supporting the diplomatic path, mediating certain relations between the
extraterrestrial civilizations in conflict.

 The strengthening of the Galactic Alliance involved a closer collaboration and mutual
support between those civilizations that formed it. It was an eminently beneficial alliance,
consisting of Siriusians, Pleiadians, Arcturians, and several dozen other civilizations. However,
this alliance had a counterbalance, in the sense that the reptilians also formed an alliance with
several civilizations oriented to the actions of conquering, exploiting and controlling some
planets or even star systems.
Therefore, it was important that the one of the less developed civilizations of the Galactic
Alliance to be prevented of being attracted or conquered by the reptilians, which would have had
repercussions both amongst the Galactic Alliance and the genetic "laboratory" on Earth.
Another important event in the history of mankind is that of tarsus war, which took place
around 50,000 BC on the current territory of Europe.
The configuration of the land in the northern hemisphere, at that time, was slightly
different from what we know today, in the sense that Sweden, Norway, Finland were united with
Europe. The Tarsus Civilization lived even further south, towards Poland, Ukraine, Romania and
even slightly to the east, capturing some of today's Baltic countries. In other words, the territory
on which it had spread was very wide.
For the most part, tarsus were human beings from the ENK branch, although many
thousands of years ago, that is, by 70,000 BC, they were beings from the ENL branch, but due to
repeated combinations with the more primitive ENK beings, their DNA have undergone major
changes, with strong ENK accents.
Over time, however, some groups of the tarsus population began to want an extension of
their territory, many of them even wishing Shambala territories.
It was a terrible, huge, devastating war. A huge army, led by hostile factions against
Shambala, forced some entries into Shambala, attacking through several access zones, located in
the southern and central areas of Poland. There, however, they were struck by a strong defence
of the common areas of transition between the physical plane and the high vibration plane. The
conflict zone then spread to huge territories, as in small areas, encompassing part of Ukraine and
northern Romania, also the territory of Poland, expanding inclusive to the southern part of
Sweden.
Neither the beings in the ENL branch, who were yet fewer outside Shambala, didn't stay
away from that terrible confrontation, using far superior technologies, such as some attack air
ships with very advanced armament.
The conflict was so violent that it deeply affected the morale of all parties involved, the
ENL and ENK branches. It was so painful and shocking, that after its termination, some

peacekeepers among the ENL beings decided that it should be "engraved" in the memory of
mankind, in order to prevent this from happening again.
Those who survived that devastating war remained in those areas and gradually laid the
foundations of a new civilization, which was the great and powerful hyperborean civilization.
Just as in the case of Shambala, historians and archaeologists place Hyperborea amongst
the so-called "mythical" civilizations, because there is almost no clear material evidence of its
existence. In reality, the hyperborean civilization represented a very living reality of distant
times.
The Hyperborea encompassed a vast territory, as a somewhat "vertical" strip of land, from
today's Transylvania - Romania, upward into what we know to be western Ukraine today, and
also capturing a small part of the western Baltic. A significant part of the territory was on the
present surface of Poland, ascending to the south of Sweden.
The population in that area began to grow and become individualized, in the sense that it
became a civilization of its own, a kind of "administration" in which the ENL beings who were
leaders, because of their high spiritual level, succeeded to unite all the tendencies of the
population into a strong civilization and a common spiritual orientation, especially since in the
distant past of mankind the leadership was eminently spiritual. At that time there was no other
type of leadership because the administrative leader of a wider territory was at the same time a
priest, and this fact gave an extraordinary force to the population and oriented it positively.
After the war of 50,000 BC on the territory of the Hyperborea, a "nursery" of DNA was
developed, which led to the popularization of that area with a vast range of races, even more
diversified than before, the new hyperborean population was united and coherent in aspirations
and thinking.
Some of the old tarsus, who were initially ENL beings, but also after combinations of ENL
and ENK in the form of "demigods", following the numerous combinations with ENK beings
ENK became majority, being known at that time as good craftsmen, especially in combat
weapons. They were defending the southern area of the Hyperborea, living in particular on the
territory of today Transylvania and further north, towards Ukraine. This gene was left
"inheritance" by the ENK branch and transmitted further. It propagated very rapidly, much faster
than the ENL gene after the sedimenting of the so-called "hyperborean" DNA. On the other
hand, the branch of ENL beings - whose DNA was easy to modify - has continued to refine, its
"extensions" have led to numerous variations of DNA and, implicitly, to the types of ENL
beings.
Around 27,000 BC, the ENL gene had evolved so much that it had reached about the same
level as that of advanced extraterrestrial civilizations. When that balance was reached, an

understanding was created between the ENL branch and certain extraterrestrial civilizations, so
that some of their elevated souls could be reincarnated in the bodies of ENL beings, as gestures
of collaboration and mutual support.
Thus, it can be said that in the Hyperborea at that time there was a kind of "gene nursery",
which led to an "increased flexibility" of human DNA.
The hyperborean civilization, in its active state, continued until about 14,000 BC, after
which it died out. However, its rudiments continued to exist in some areas of the former
Hyperborea, even further north, but they formed very small communities. The rest of the
population migrated rather quickly, especially to Atlantis and also to the south, to Transylvania,
where it settled in the mountains and not least towards the Mediterranean.
Reality has shown that, although the ENK branch has grown much slower, being left to the
laws of nature, it is precisely through this that it has acquired a special life force, being linked
more to "earth" and to Nature. However, some of these beings have been hybridized with
extraterrestrial DNA, thus creating even greater complexity of their traits and capabilities, but for
the most part, the ENK branch has been left to evolve on its own. Thus, the qualitative hierarchy
of beings that existed at that time on our planet was based on the small group of ENK beings
with mostly Siriusian DNA. They represented the "elite" in the sense that their genetic structure
was so evolved that at that time they could only be combined with a very small number of other,
also highly evolved, extraterrestrial beings. From the group of beings, ENK came later, by
"specialization", the refined beings ENL and the beings ENK. The latter evolved in their natural
rhythm because at first the difference in vibrational frequency between ENL and ENK was too
large to allow natural and efficient combinations between the individuals of these two branches.
The first high-level recognition of the evolution of ENK beings took place around 28,000
BC. At that time, the "demigods" were admitted to the planet's higher decision-making forum,
the Great Planetary Council, consisting of members of advanced extraterrestrial civilizations
who were on Earth, as well as of representatives of the ENL branch that met at that time, in the
place where we now call him Teotihuacan, in Mexico.
Later, in the year 26,000 BC, the Great Planetary Council from Teotihuacan makes
surprising decisions in the sense that it will practically begin the "withdrawal" of the
extraterrestrial superior races from the involvement in the life of the new humanity.
The main purpose of the initial project was to create a superior human being and to
populate the planet with this newly created being. As the ENK branch had shown a surprising
capacity for fertility and adaptation to different types of external influences, as well as DNA, it
had somehow acquired the right to take over the planet and evolve freely here.

 By contrast, the ENL branch - though more evolved both spiritually and by other features
than the ENK branch - was nevertheless more fragile in terms of genetic structure and vitality, so
it could not sustain a continuous and energetic development of the new race of beings. In fact,
the beings from the ENL branch had already begun to withdraw from the physical plane in
Shambala, and their existence was gradually replaced by myths and legends.
However, the sovereign surveillance of these extraterrestrial civilizations continues to
exist, in particular, to stop attempts at self-destruction of the civilization by devastating wars at
the planetary level or by the use of terrible and very advanced technologies, both by humans and
others extraterrestrial civilizations that manifested or expressed a certain interest in life on this
planet.
Another very important event in the history of mankind is the sinking of Atlantis.
Atlantis was relatively large, almost like a continent, occupying the centre of the Atlantic
Ocean. The northern part of the island is near today Philadelphia. On the other hand, the island's
shape was more pronounced triangular, as in Athanasius Kircher's drawing. Also in the drawing
of A. Kircher are correctly represented only two islands around the great mainland island, which
was Atlantis, but those in front of Africa are not mentioned in this drawing, one of them being
slightly smaller than present-day Sri Lanka.
Subsequently, after the first fragmentation of Atlantis, around the central island appeared a
number of islands, which could be considered as "suburbs" of it. For example, the Azores are
remnants of the "from above" islands that were part of Atlantis, as well as the Cape Verde
Islands, which are actually areas of the slightly larger island that existed to the right of Atlantis.
However, the Canary Islands at present have no connection with the territory of Atlantis.
On the other hand, Bermuda Islands are currently fragments of the large island to the left
of Atlantis. Several vestiges can be found around some of these islands, on the bottom of the
ocean. For example, in the area of today Bermuda huge pyramids were built, and in the Azores,
it was a developed city.
In the northeastern part of Atlantis, towards Europe, there is even a "fan" of small islands,
which are not shown in Kircher's drawing, but they have existed. Only small fragments remain
(Azores), reminiscent of the great civilization of many thousands of years ago.
Interestingly, when Atlantis was in its creative bloom, most of its population and life was
concentrated on the coasts of the islands and the "continent." In the middle of Atlantis, there was
a lot of vegetation, which aesthetically surrounded the great pyramids raised there, the gigantic
"space-port" and other buildings in the form of very tall towers. Most of the activity was merged,
however, in the coastal areas of the island, where the "fuss" - both on the ground and in the air -
was very high.

 Many regions on the great continent were circular, with "radii-tubes" of large diameter,
leading to the centre of the island, probably to facilitate rapid transport.
Atlantis was known not only for its highly advanced civilization and culture but also
because it represented a central area of connection between earth and beings on other planets.
There was a complex mix of beings on Earth - belonging exclusively to the ENL branch - and
many other types of beings on other planets in our galaxy.
In the middle of the island, there is a huge "port-space", with a very intense activity of both
atlants and extraterrestrial ships, of many types and sizes.
On a fairly large area above Atlantis, the Earth's magnetic field had many vortices, which
made it appear that there would be a "third pole" of the planet. Perhaps that is why even in the
modern period the strange phenomena that occur in the Bermuda area were mentioned.
The existence of this "third pole" of the Earth's magnetic field allowed the entry and exit of
the Earth's and extraterrestrial ships from the Earth's atmosphere in a very easy way.
The continent of Atlantis began to sink dramatically and crumble into islands around
12,700 BC. The last dive in 11,500 BC it was faster and even more terrifying due to some
devastating earthquakes, which not only occurred in the area of the Atlantida continent, but also
in many other areas of the planet. What remained relatively intact from the old continent was its
part from Africa, but the rest was scattered in larger or smaller islands. Atlantis quickly
transformed into an island area, thus losing its cohesion from the beginning.
The forces and energies involved at that time were huge and they deeply destabilized the
energy structure of the Earth's crust, also causing great disturbances in the corresponding energy
plan of the Earth. Atlantis's sinking was also due to major changes that took place at the Earth's
crust during that period.
After that massive rearrangement of the crust, which took place around the axis passing
through the pole that existed in the area of Atlantis, the very strong magnetic vortex that
characterized that axis decreased in intensity and, as a result, the connection with the etheric field
of the Earth diminished as energy and possibilities.
The beginning of the "end" of Atlantida continent begins with the separation into two
antagonistic categories of thinking and feeling among the population of Atlantis. Some belonged
to a high blanket of society and scientists, and others represented the blanket of wise and the
"spiritual category" of Atlantis society.
After a while, also due to some subtle undesirable influences, some of those beings who
belonged to a high blanket of society and scientists, began to "turn" to dangerous actions,
pursuing personal interests and in particular the seizure of the power and leadership control of
very advanced technologies. Thus they began to make strange interbreedings between species,

but using for this purpose ENK beings, because they were considered to be underdeveloped and,
in their conception, could serve as "guinea pigs" for those strange hybridizations.
Performing those very strange genetic interbreedings and experiments, the "rebels" actually
broke and altered some beneficial resonances in their DNA, because this was directly related to
that of the ENK beings, which they considered inferior.
Due to the fact that the "rebels" were beings who already possessed great powers and
advanced knowledge, their negative actions and intentions had very strong reverberations
throughout the world. By cumulation, there came a terrible shock to human civilization, as the
frequency of energies dropped sharply. The "game" not at all masterminded by the deviated ENL
beings, with the beings from the ENK branch, to which were added the selfish intentions of
grabbing power for personal use, unbalanced the balance of energies on the Atlantis continent
and ultimately caused its complete destruction.
The really wise ones left Atlantis for two reasons: first, separating the atlants with a
materialistic vision was necessary for reasons of "matching" or resonance of the vibration
frequencies, and on the other hand, they intended to really help the population of ENK beings to
evolve faster, to develop and to progress, because they foresaw the "end of the ENL branch", the
limit of its resources of procreation and progress. At the same time, they knew the end of
Atlantis, which could not be avoided and wanted to preserve the immense knowledge they
possessed, passing it on to the ENK population that would remain the only one on Earth.
Due to the fact that the difference in evolution between the ENL branch and most of the
ENK beings was huge, the Atlantis scholars realized that if they did not act in the direction of the
active and efficient education and orientation of the ENK branch, the humanity will simply
remain at a primitive level of development, because its only members will be ENK beings.
The sinking of Atlantis continent was the "last cry" of a great civilization, which belonged
to the ENL branch.
Immediately after the sinking of Atlantis, there was a meeting that resembled that of the
Great Planetary Council, attended by human beings and extraterrestrial beings, at the request of
the beings from the ENL branch, the purpose being to eliminate the risk of Humanity
disappearing in the anonymous, or ”self-destructing."
At that council, there was even a kind of "negotiation" of the areas of the Earth, which
were distributed to each extraterrestrial civilization, in order to be "redone" so that there was a
large ENK population in the area distributed to each.
Many of the results obtained until then on the evolution of the human race were almost
annihilated by that huge cataclysm, which had negative repercussions on a global level. Among
others, an entire ENL civilization, the Atlantis civilization being the last of its kind on Earth,

exceptional through its technological and spiritual advancement, had disappeared under the
water, along with a large number of evolved beings and the amazing achievements of its
progress. Knowledge, experience and advancement in all the sciences of the time had been
annihilated in a relatively short period of time. The evolutionary resources of mankind had
suddenly become very limited because almost all the beings that populated the planet at that time
were still poorly evolved ENK beings.
At the same time, the "nursery" of the genetic dowry of the human DNA was to be
enriched and improved by hybridizations and genetic modifications of the DNA of the ENK
beings. This had to happen because the "legacy" of ENL beings had been largely lost, both due
to the cataclysm and to their progressive retreat into Shambala. The new distribution of
extraterrestrial "zones of influence" on Earth was going to bring a fresh breath into the DNA
structure of ENK beings, to allow them to understand and restore at least some of the knowledge
of evolved ENL beings.
After the sinking of Atlantis, it was necessary for the human being ENK (homo sapiens) to
evolve rapidly. Until then, and generally speaking, ENK beings have been allowed to evolve
freely, without precise targeting. Occasionally, they received an "impulse" through various types
of extraterrestrial hybridization, which proved to be more or less fortunate. The complexity of
the DNA of the ENK beings was great, but with no ordering or qualitative targeting, the ENK
branch evolved harder, only through its own experience.
When the destruction of the Atlantis continent became imminent and nothing could be
done, the sages and a small part of the learned nobles' class left the area, either turning to other
star systems with which Atlantis had close trade and diplomatic ties, or withdrawing in
Shambala, to help humanity from that level, or by migrating to some areas of the planet,
especially to Egypt, South America or the eastern and northern parts of Europe. During the
Atlantis sinking, a large part of the population retreated into the Earth, especially because of the
decision to allow the ENK branch the freedom to evolve freely. At first, there were only ENL
beings, but then, over the following thousands of years, the inner "cavity" of the planet was also
populated with ENK beings, the first to retire there were the "demigods", and then, gradually,
came the ENK beings that have evolved sufficiently.
After the cataclysm of Atlantis, knowledge began to be shared with people in different
parts of the globe. Then it began to appear medicine, astrological knowledge, alchemy, as well as
other remarkable sciences, which were not previously known among ENK beings. All of this
knowledge has been implemented slowly, to allow the more rigid consciousness of ENK beings
to assimilate everything correctly and to use that dowry more effectively. Much knowledge was

imparted through myths and legends and many celestial events were expressed through stories of
"gods" and "goddesses".
After the disappearance of Atlantis, it was necessary for these fields of knowledge to be
segmented and explained plain to understand for the ENK branch, in order to be closer to their
specific nature: some tended to study, others to devote themselves to art, and few of them
approached esoteric sciences. This is why the atlant sages, together with those who represented
part of the Alliance's extraterrestrial civilizations, have assumed, each on their specific frequency
of vibration, a domain, to implement it in the knowledge of humans, that is, ENK beings.
All the great "gods" who followed in the ancient tradition of Egypt (Thoth, Ra, etc.)
represented continuators of this spiritual branch of reforming the human civilization, of its
spiritual support. In fact, the first ancient civilization that really mattered in the evolution of
ENK beings was the Egyptian civilization. The few superior beings in the ENL branch that
remained after the fall of Atlantis and who asked for help from advanced extraterrestrial beings
had to maintain their connection with them and built the huge pyramids that last even today.
Because, in reality, the three great pyramids in Egypt are just this: subtle communication centres
(using torsion fields) and by no means the version supported by some historians, Egyptologists
and contemporary scientists, who refer to them as " megalomaniacs constructions" that served
one purpose: the funeral of the pharaoh. Few of them have the courage to say that "refugee"
atlants in Egypt and other places on Earth, such as Central and South America, Eastern Europe
and even China, have been helped by some advanced extraterrestrial civilizations in designing
and making these pyramids.

In order to make this Annex to the book, there is no scientific evidence and it should be
read, only as a possibility, with a high probability of being so.
The second part of the Annex "Actions, facts from the history of mankind, which should be
verified as truthfulness, or at least as possibility of existence", is taken almost in its entirety after

GLOSSARY OF TERMS
1. Malthusianism is the idea that population growth is potentially exponential, while food supply growth is
linear. This derives from the political and economic thinking of the Rev. Thomas Robert Malthus, as
presented in his writings of 1798, An Essay on the Principle of Population. Malthus believed that there
are two types of "controls" that at all times and places have kept the population growth in line with
increasing food supply: "preventive controls" such as moral restraints (abstinence, delayed marriage until
finances are balanced); restricting marriage against people suffering from poverty or perceived as flaws
and "positive controls", leading to premature death, such as disease, hunger and war, resulting in what is
called the Malthusian catastrophe;
2. The cosmological principle - Newton established that regarding the cosmos on a sufficiently large
