GENERAL ADMISSION NOTICE


.Regular Programme.
2019-2020 No. D/2248/19-Tech Date: 30-09-2019
The admission of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED candidates on open academic merit against any ‘List of Selectees’ to B.Sc. (Engg.) Courses ( Regular Programme ) for the Academic Session 2019-2020
from amongst the applicants who qualified F.Sc./Diploma Examination during 2017, 2018 and (Spring Examination) First Annual of 2019, is subject to the following conditions :
1. Any candidate who if found (at any time) to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the admission form or by willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks,
division, previous admission to the Department/Institute/College or employment, expulsion, conviction, etc.) shall be removed from the rolls of the University.
2. The selectees shall collect the Bank Challan Form for payment of the admission dues from the office of the Faculty after handing over the below-mentioned credentials IN ORIGINAL as notified
in the prospectus for the Session 2019-2020.
I. Matriculation Certificate
II. F.Sc. certificate / Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) certificate, as the case may be along with N.O.C. (if applicable)
III. Result Card of Combined Entry Test 2019 conducted by U.E.T.
IV. Hafiz-e-Quran certificate, if any. (Test will be conducted on the same day)
V. Domicile certificate
VI. Medical Fitness certificate on prescribed form from registered medical practitioner
VII. Four copies of the latest passport size photographs
VIII. AFFIDAVIT (which is a part of admission) on the STAMP PAPER of Rs. 50/-
 The original documents will be retained by the Faculty of Engineering & Technology till such time as deemed necessary.
 After collecting the Bank Challan form from Room No.4, the candidate shall deposit the admission dues* in the Habib Bank, Punjab University, New Campus Branch, Lahore before the close of
banking hours by the Last Date prescribed for the respective Selectees’ List as per schedule given in the prospectus. .

A sum of Rs. 31,317 plus Documents verification fee as defined by respected boards.
The candidate who will not deposit the above-mentioned dues within the stipulated time period against the course offered to him/her shall lose his/her right of
admission to any course whatsoever opted by him/her. The seat thus vacated will be offered to the candidate next on the waiting list.
The selectee is also required to deposit a photocopy of the Bank Receipt of payment of University dues for subsequent issuance of Class Roll Number.
IF A CANDIDATE IS SELECTED IN ANY OF THE COURSE(S) OF HIS/HER CHOICE AND HE/SHE DOES NOT DEPOSIT HIS/HER ADMISSION DUES BY THE STIPULATED
LAST DATE, HE/SHE SHALL LOSE/FORFEIT HIS/HER RIGHT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR HIS/HER HIGHER OPTION(S) OF DISCIPLINES GIVEN BY HIM/HER IN THE
APPLICATION FORM. IF THE CANDIDATE DEPOSITS THE DUES, HE MAY BE SHIFTED TO THE COURSE(S) OF HIS/HER HIGHER PREFERENCE DEPENDING UPON THE
AVAILABILITY OF SEAT(S) AND HIS/HER ACADEMIC MERIT.
3. The applicant being offered admission is required to submit an undertaking duly signed by parents that he shall not “indulge in politics”.
4. THE UNIVERSITY/FACULTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECTIFY ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL/CLERICAL ERROR, OMISSION, ETC.
5. In case of any query regarding general merit list, please contact in person or at contact no. 042-99231261 upto 2nd October-2019. No query will be entertained after this date.
