3/. SHIPMENT: May-June 2011

4/. PACKING: in new single polypropylene bags of 30kgs net each. Tare weight is about 100 grams

each. Bags are sewn with double stitch at bottom and mouth and to be free from harmful odour

strong enough and suitable for sea transportation. 1% empty bags shipped free of charge.

Marking: as per Buyer' advice and responsibility.

5/. PAYMENT: By TT payment, after signing the contract, the Buyer pays 30% total value of the

contract and the remaining 70% of contract value effected against faxed original BL

8/. FORCE MAJEURE: The force majeure (exemption clause) of the International Chamber of
Commerce (Le.e. Publication NoA21) is hereby incorporated in this contract.

In case of dispute/claim occurred out of or concerning this contract, if the- contracting parties cannot
reach amicable settlement within 30 days from its occurrence, th~ case shall be transferred to
Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VJ.A.C) for final settlement. The rules of V.I.A.C are to be
applied for this case. The award of arbitration will be binding for both seller and buyer. The losing
party bears all expenses thereof. It
