INTRODUCTION
– AZHN Frozen Food SDN BHD was established on 2017. Our business started when one of us have a problem to
buy traditional food that is hardly to find in city. So, we combined our ideas together to open a frozen food
company. It’s because people nowadays are too busy with theirs daily works, so we take this opportunity to
overcome this problem. We spend a lot of time to opened this compony includes to find for a strategic place. For
example, place that have many peoples stay at there. This is because it will be easy for our customer to find us
and get our services. Before our compony get bigger, we sell our product in a small quantity by promote it
through social media such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. After two months operation, demand from our
customers for frozen food getting increase by month. We take initiative by established a fixed company to
promote our product. We are very happy with our company’s achievement in business. We also very cooperate,
work in teamwork, and make this job with honestly. Finally, it like dreams become reality.
PLANNING

– Planning is the process of outlining the activities that are necessary


to achieve the goals of organization. A plan is a blueprint for action
that prescribes the activities necessary for the organization to
realize its goals. The purpose of planning is to ensure that the
organization is the effective and efficient in its activities.
VISION & MISSION

– To ensure the highest standard of our quality for our products to


become Malaysian’s leading consumer choice of products for halal
frozen foods products and services”.

– Providing quality, fast, and flexible services to achieve a hundred


percent user satisfaction level and introducing a new version of
traditional food that been frozen.

– AZHN Frozen Food SDN BHD have been discussing on how to make a good decision. Our company
manager will make a decision individually. We use the seven steps in decision-making process.

ORGANIZATION
MOTIVATION

– Motivation is defined as the forces acting upon or within a person that cause that person to expand
effort to behave in a specific, goal directed manner. In our company, motivation is very important to
every employee because to motivated employees help organizations to survive and motivated
employees are more productive. AZHN Frozen Food SDN BHD used Equity Theory States that
employees strive for equity between themselves and other workers. Equity will be achieved when the
ratio of employee outcomes over inputs is equal to other employee outcomes over inputs. In this
situation, our company manager should make an effort to ensure that employees feel equitably
treated.
CONTROLLING
– Controlling is the fourth management function. It is the process of assuring actual activities
conform to planned activities. Controlling is the responsibility for all managers at all level in
an organization. Controlling is needed because of changing of environments, complexity of
tasks, mistakes and problem of delegation. Controlling ensures organization success. Without
controlling, an organization may be out of focus and deviate from its goals. In our company,
we always used a successful way in order to make a controlling successful. For examples,
our company manager identifies the characteristics of an effective control system such as
integration with process, flexible, accuracy, timeliness and objectivity.

CONCLUSION

– In conclusion, higher skills of management are required to build an


organization. A lot of planning is needed to do for ensure the organization
are stable. Manager must have a lot of experiences and knowledges to
manage the company, employees and marketing strategies. At the same
time, employees also must give a lot of commitment and support to
achieve their compony goals.
