Depression is NOT a joke and that everyone has their own hard times that others

don’t show.
People say cruel and harsh things but they never consider the consequences it can
have on the person they are saying it to.
Just because someone is being all happy and fun does not necessarily mean they are
truly happy.
Depression NEEDS TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY
If you suffer from depression, it’s okay to let your emotions out (doesn’t matter
if you’re a boy or a girl) and remember:
you are not alone.
It’s better to take action now than regret for the rest of your life

When you read a book, you're a vampire. You suck the entire life out of the author.
If it’s a good book, if it’s meaningful.

That handicapped person's story, you said you got inspired from.
Well that's called feeling comfort out of ones misery that at least you got a
complete body.

Stay away from comfort, it’s the enemy disguised as a soft, warm blanket on a
Saturday morning.

Stay away from purely chasing money. Learn to purely love something first, then
figure out the finer details on monetization after

Stay away from relationships for the sake of relationships. Learn to make
meaningful sense of yourself first. The rest follows organically.

The life advice your parents give you is outdated and useless.
This is because they lived different times and they are not exactly the paragons
of success you saw them as when you were a kid.
This applies for the majority but not everyone.

Working out and taking care of yourself starts to be less

about a goal to look like a fitness model to impress whomever
and more about maintaining your health.

Dump people who often make fun of you in your social circle in the name of “Just
kidding”. It kills your confidence.

When someone is working their ass off to improve themselves and have a better life;
the first reaction of many people is to mock them.
Just because they don't yet fit the mould of what they are trying to achieve or
they are making the effort others won't, they get ridiculed for it.

In a gathering, don't pinpoint someone's weakness or humiliate them in a sarcastic

way,
a few good laughs are not worth it to make others feel like crap.

Don't scold other’s children in front of their parents. It makes both the parents
and children feel like crap.

i dont believe life has a purpose. tomorrow i will know more than today.so how can
i gugess what sort of purpose i will have tomorrow?
