To Whom this May Concern,

I, Brandon Redding, Executor and Paramount Title holder to the BRANDON REDDING Estate,
am in receipt of an updated credit report and your office is reporting alleged debt dated
03/26/2019. I have never been presented with any Sworn Affidavit nor any Commercial
Affidavit which would provide any validity to your claims and/or assessment. It is therefore my
best and considered judgement that no such documentation and/or Affidavits exists! If what
you claim is based upon any substantiated and/or verifiable facts, I demand that said facts be
produced to me for my inspection.

I further demand from your office a complete record of all books of accounting and
ledgers, concluding but not limited to any and all contracts compelling my performance in
accordance with said contracts. Please take notice that all contracts must bear my Wet Blue Ink
Signature, Seal and be certified for my inspection.

In the event of any failure to provide said documentation, this respondent demands that
all alleged debts be recorded and Officially Acknowledged within your records and any other
agencies as NON-EXISTENT, including but not limited to all debts collection and/or credit
reporting agencies.

In conclusion:
If it be your Office’s (or any agent acting on behalf of your office) determined intention to
dishonor my wishes in this regard (i.e. persistence in any further attempts at extorting monies

from me or my Estate in violation of Title 18 U.S.C § 1951), I will be left with no recourse except
to file a Criminal Complaint and a Commercial Lien against your office, as well as agents acting
in concert, jointly and severally in your capacities as well as your private.

Any refutation of the aforementioned and/or the following issues must be done so, on
and for the public record, in writing, by way of a Sworn Affidavit, signed in their full Christian/
Family name under penalties of the Law, including but not, limited to perjury. An assessment of
$200,000.00 for each issue and occurrence of perjury, false, misleading, unproven statements,
assertions or information shall be deemed due and owing upon the claimant. No other refusing
documents will be accepted. Failure to respond within thirty (30) calendar days will constitute a
complete agreement and estoppel.
