    Rules and Regulations

    GOLD MEDAL CHESS FOUNDATION


    1. The Tournament is open to Tamil Nadu Players only. No:9, 1st Floor, 2nd Street,
    2. The Latest FIDE Blitz Rules in force shall apply and the Swiss system will be followed. Sri Ram Nagar,
    3. Time Control: Each 3 mins + 2 Sec increment
    Vyasarpadi,
    4. The first round will commence at 1:30 pm on November 9, 2019.
    5. All the participants must be registered with TNSCA as player. TNSCA Player’s Registration fee Chennai - 600039
    is Rs. 150/- for the year 2019-2020.Participants should send their duly filled TNSCA Player’s 8939810001
    registration number with the entry form. Those who have already paid must show the proof thereof.. 7395995430
    6. Chennai DCA Registration fee is Rs.100/- for the year 2019-2020 (for Chennai District players). 9677019001
    7. Players are requested to bring their own International chess sets (and chess clock if, any). goldmedalchessfoundation@gmail.com
    8. Tiebreak: Buchholz tiebreak system will be applied. In case of tie, prizes will not be shared.
    9. The Chief Arbiter's decisions shall be final and binding on all players concerned.
    10. Age proof Certificate must be produced for Children’s category prizes.
    11. Entries close at 5 P.M on November 5, 2019. No entry will be entertained after 5 P.M on TOURNAMENT ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
    November 5, 2019. Strictly no Spot Entries.

    any entry without assigning any reason thereof. The TNSCA / CDCA / GMCF (Gold Medal Chess PRESIDENT - GMCF
    Foundation) reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
