hereby cancelled.

As per the revised instructions and guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Health & Family
Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada and as per the instructions and guidelines issued by the Director of Public
Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada, applications are invited from the eligible candidates for

The Guidelines to the above posts are hereby enclosed in the Annexure. The candidates are
advised to go though the guidelines carefully and only eligible Candidates as per the guidelines should
submit their filled in application as per Annexure to the O/o District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna,
Machilipatnam.

The candidate should submit their application form along with copies of their essential and
technical qualification certificates, experience certificates, SSC Pass certificate, Study certificates from
4th to 10th, caste certificate and council registration certificates (if applicable)(should be in force) duly
counter signed by the Gezetted Officer.

The posts of Physicians / Consultant Medicine, Consultant Medicine, Specialists, Medical Officers
and Epidemiologist will be recruited by conducting walk in interview. Walk-in-interview date will be
announced later.

The last date for submission of applications along with all required certificates to the Office of
the District Medical & Health Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam is on or before 28-06-2019 by 05-00 p.m. If
any applications received after last date will be summarily rejected.

Department has the right to cancel the notification or to increase or to decrease the number of
posts at any time without prior notice.

would be 6 years in research / Teaching / laboratory services / programme implementation etc.
