Course Description Application of concepts, principles, theories and methods of management and leadership as well as the ethico-moral, legal and
professional responsibilities of a nurse. The students are expected to perform beginning professional management and leadership skills
and apply sound ethico moral and legal decision making in the hospital and community- based settings. Students are likewise expected to
comply to the professional standards of nursing practice
