THE 15 DAYS’ DIET

The breakfast is the same during all 15


days of the diet

1. One orange or a pear/peach/a slice of melon/or a slice of watermelon


2. One slice of toast
3. One cup of black coffee/tea without sugar, milk, cream or creamer

DAY 1 - LUNCH
1. One orange
2. One hard boiled egg
3. One cup of black coffee/tea without sugar, milk, cream or creamer

DAY 1 – DINNER
1. Two tomatoes
2. Two hard boiled eggs
3. ½ of the whole lettuce

DAY 2 – LUNCH
1. One orange
2. One hard boiled egg
3. 200 g of sour cream
4. Two slices of toast

DAY 2 – DINNER
1. A beef burger made of 125 g (1/4 lb) of pure beef seasoned with “Vegeta” or
a beef seasoning, fried on a frying pan without any oil or butter
2. One tomato
3. One orange
4. One slice of toast
5. One cup of black coffee/tea without sugar, milk, cream or creamer

DAY 3 – LUNCH
1. One orange
2. One hard boiled egg
3. One whole lettuce
4. One cup of black coffee/tea without sugar, milk, cream or creamer

DAY 3 – DINNER
1. One beef burger (prepared the same way as on Day 2)
2. One orange
3. One cup of black coffee/tea without sugar, milk, cream or creamer
4. One slice of toast

DAY 4 – LUNCH
1. 125 g (1/4 lb) of cheese (Cheddar, Jersey, Gouda, Edam, etc.)
2. One tomato
3. One slice of toast

DAY 4 – DINNER
1. One beef burger (prepared the same way as on Day 2)
2. Two tomatoes
3. One apple
4. One slice of toast

DAY 5 – LUNCH
Cook a 200 g piece of beef together with ½ kg of whole carrots (1 lb) for about 1
½ hours. Season with “Vegeta” or a similar seasoning mix. You will use the meet
and the carrots for lunch and dinner. Freeze the broth (the liquid) – it will be
perfect for making a soup once you finish the whole diet. You will feel the need
for soups and liquid after the diet, so a soup made of this broth, some more
vegetables and meat will be a perfect meal and source of minerals after 15 days
of dieting.

1. 200 g of cooked beef

DAY 5 – DINNER
1. ½ kg of cooked carrots
2. One egg
3. One tomato

This is a 5 day dieting cycle. On day 6 the cycle starts again and is repeated once
more after the second cycle is completed. The diet consists of 3 cycles of 5 days.

During 15 days of dieting you will lose up to 15 kg (30 lbs) and you won’t gain
them again if you follow the rule of having one dieting day every week. If you
dieting day is Monday, for instance, you should have the following dietetic
meals every Monday. It should be the same day every week:

BREAKFAST
Juice of 1 lemon without any sugar

LUNCH
1. One apple
2. One slice of toast

DINNER
1. One egg
2. One tomato
3. One slice of toast

During the 15 days of diet you can drink unlimited amounts of carbonated or
non carbonated mineral water. No juices and no alcoholic beverages are
allowed! If you feel the need for coffee or tea, you can drink coffee with no
sugar, milk, cream or creamer between the meals.

You have to eat your dietetic meals in a strict order – as stated above, you can
not change the days or lunch and dinner, etc. If you don’t follow the exact order
of the meals, there will be no results.

If it happens that your 15 days diet is “spoiled” by eating something that was not
prescribed, you will have to start the whole diet all over again.
