1.0 Material Delivery
b. Only approved materials will be applied during construction
a. One set consisting of 6 concrete cylinder sample for every 50m³ of concrete or a fraction thereof. Every delivery trucks shall represent on the sample
2.0 Compressive Test (Concrete)
b. 7 and 14 days test can do in-house (RMC Suppliers); 28 days shall be done by 3rd party.

3.0 Size and load or non-load bearing strength. 1 set of 2 (min) for every batch of delivery.

Tensile Test
4.0 1m length sample per size (or as per testing center requirements) and grade per delivery (or per 10ton of delivery or a fraction thereof)

a. Roof Leak Test - to be conducted prior to ceiling works
5.0 Roof Leak Test
b. Concrete Canopy Leak Test-to be conducted before or after finishing works
c. Contractor to provide water supply and safe access
a. Initial flow and leak test shall be conducted for water, sewer and drainage lines embedded before concrete pouring
6.0 Flow/Leak Test b. Final flow and leak shall be conducted if all utilities are already completed
c. Contractor to provide water source
7.0 Megger/Insulation/ Grounding Test Testing shall be conducted prior to commissioning of all electrical fixtures

8.0 Commissioning of Plumbing Fixtures Shall be done during Internal Punchlisting
9.0 Commissioning of Electrical Fixtures Shall be done during Internal Punchlisting
a. Shall be conducted prior to Architectural Works. Contractor to rectify all structural defects found before turn- over of unit for Architectural
10.0 Structural Punchlist/Inspection b. Shall be conducted by Contractor, CMT, QA/QC, CST (if applicable) and Architectural Contractor
c. Punchlist form shall be closed-out/signed off once rectifications are completed

11.0 Internal Punchlist/ Inspection c. Contractor to conduct initial punchlist before requesting CMT for Internal
Punchlist by QA/QC.
d. Punchlist form shall be closed out/signed off after all findings are rectified
a. Shall be conducted after rectification of defects during Internal Punchlist/ Inspection is completed. QA/QC shall inform CCT for readiness of the unit. CCT to
schedule to vecino.

b. QA/QC to take Lead for the Inspection, CST to witness
c. Contractor & CMT to provide rectification team to address immediately defects found
