This means that there currently exists a question as to whether or not
coverage exists for this accident. Please be advised that our investigation,
handling, defense, or settlement of this claim does not constitute an
admission of coverage under our insured’s insurance policy.
Specifically, the driver David Michael Eldridge, is not a listed driver on our
insured's policy declaration page.
Since the possibility exists that there may not be coverage to pay for
your damages, you may wish to consider proceeding through your own
insurance company to repair your vehicle. Additionally, please keep in
mind that you have a duty to mitigate your damages. Should coverage
be found to be in order, you may not be compensated for expenses that
could have been avoided through the use of reasonable measures.
