We now know that this statement was filled with false witness. Multiple men on the AC received

those men knew that it was filled with false witness.

Aug 9, 2018 Don Lindblad testified in court that he had all the paperwork from the IC [page 55, lines 2-5]; he
knew in 2000 about bruises on Daniel, spanking bare bottomed of Mark and rubbing of the bottom
[page 63, lines 6-19; that he knew in 2000 that Mark Jones said that Tom “made him pull down his
pants or take down his pants, bend over, grab his ankles while he spanked him with a handmade
paddle he made for just that occasion and said that he wanted to see his butt turn red.” [page 105,
lines 2-16]; that he knew in 2000 that Mark had steadfastly claimed that Tom had beat him with his
pants down [page 111, lines 2-9].

Aug 10, 2018 Don Lindblad testified in court that he went to CRBC, WI after Tom’s arrest. He had the documents
with him but did not show them to anyone there [page 35, lines 1-8; page 48, lines 19-25; and page
49, lines 1-7].

August 2018 Ad Hoc Committee formed to write reports which will be read, edited, and approved by the AC.

Aug 21, 2018 *Tom Chantry* found guilty of 2 counts of aggravated assault, not guilty of 1 count of aggravated
assault and 1 count of molestation, and the jury was hung on 4 counts of molestation.

Aug 22, 2018 ARBCA issued a letter to ARBCA member churches promising to issue a two-part report “as soon as

Sep 5, 2018 ARBCA issued “Administrative Council Report Part I.”

Like the ARBCA Announcement, it is filled with false witness and falsely lays the blame for all wrong
doing on *Mr. Marley*.
Sep 10, 2018 *Tom Chantry* was arrested on 4 counts of molestation, 4 counts of aggravated assault, and 1
count of child abuse.

Oct 19, 2018 *Tom Chantry* was sentenced to three years of supervised probation for 2 counts of aggravated
assault.

Oct 26, 2018 ARBCA issued “Administrative Council Report Part 2.”

May 8, 2019 *Tom Chantry* was found guilty of 4 counts of molestation.
