Who We Are?
Heshka Oil LLC is a US manufacturer and supplier of API 6A Wellhead and Tree Equipment including Type
FC and FLS Gate Valves, Type H2 Adjustable Chokes, Type H2 Positive Chokes, Hydraulic Drilling Chokes,
Type R and MS Check Valves, Type H Back Pressure Valves, Type H Two-Way Check Valves, Choke
Manifolds, Kill Manifolds, Gate Valve replacement parts and much more. Here at Heshka, we take pride
in the quality products we offer and the exceptional customer service we provide to our customers.
Heshka Oil was founded in December of 2013 in Conroe, Texas. The founding members, Michael
Perschke and Kevin Cortez, wanted to offer higher quality products at a price point purchasing agents
would be happy with.

Type FC/FLS Slab Gate Valve

The Model FC and FLS valves are full-bore slab gate valves that are used in drilling and manifold
applications as well as in sour service and subsea applications.
Features:
· Solid one-piece gate construction
· Metal-to-metal seal surfaces
· Forged body construction
· 2,000 to 15,000 psi maximum working pressures
· Available from 2,000 to 15,000 psi in bore sizes 1-13/16” through 4-1/16” in both manual and
hydraulically operated configurations
· The FLS is also available in a 4-/16” 15,000 psi ball screw operated configuration
· The FLS is also available in 5-1/8” 5K and 7-1/16” 5K configurations with manual, ball screw or
hydraulically operated configurations
· 100% interchangeable with OEM Cameron® products
FC Versus FLS
The FC valve was the original design from Cameron® that has been used for years. It consists of 6 sealing
surfaces:
Body to Body Bushing (x2), Body Bushing to Seat Ring (x2), Seat Ring to Gate (x2)
The Cameron FLS is the replacement for the FC and only consists of 4 sealing surfaces:
Body to Seat (x2), Seat to Gate (x2)
The seat seals of the FLS were upgraded to dual spring-loaded, pressure energized, non-elastomeric lip-
seals between the seat and body to protect from contaminants and assist in low pressure sealing.
The FLS valve also eliminated the need for gate guides which allows the gate to float with less
restriction.
The FLS requires less components, is easier to assemble and disassemble, and is financially equivalent to
the older FC design.

All Heshka Oil’s valves meet PR2 requirements.
Type FLS-R Frac Valves

Heshka Oil offers high quality, large bore, slab gate Frac Valves that are available in a ball screw or
hydraulic design and are best suited for large bore, high pressure environments in production, manifold
and frac applications.
Features:
· Available in 10,000 and 15,000 psi for 5-1/8” and 7-1/16” bores
· Simple and reliable gate and seat design
· Bidirectional design helps increase service life
· Spring energized lip seals that help reduce contaminants and improve low pressure sealing
· Available in flanged or studded
Single Line Fracturing

Single line fracking reduces the amount of iron required and eliminates up to 75% of leak paths and
connections required. It’s a safer, faster and more budget friendly way for fracturing. The structural
integrity of the wellhead is increased by using a single line for fracturing fluid delivery. The use of single
line fracking helps flow rates due to maintaining the large bore diameters without reducing to 3” or 4”
flow line.
Swivel Spools/Rotating Flanges

The outlet of the frac manifold and the inlet of the frac tree have trouble aligning due to the vertical and
horizontal planes of each. Swivel spools are used to help align multiple frac stacks when single line
fracking is utilized. Swivel spools, accompanied with elbows when needed, eliminate the need for flow
iron hammer union joints and goat heads on each individual well.
Type M Expanding Gate Valve

The Type M Expanding Gate Valve utilizes a wedge gate design and is available in 5,000 PSI.

· Expanding gate helps create a positive mechanical seal across the seats even without line
pressure

Type H2 Adjustable and Positive Choke

The H2 Choke is available in a positive and adjustable (manual) design. The Positive Choke has a fixed
size orifice and is used primarily in production applications. The Adjustable Choke has a manually
operated needle or stem, which provides variable flow rates. The adjustable contains a visual indicator
which provides an indication of approximate orifice size for flow rate calculations.

Type C Drilling Choke

Available in manual or hydraulic designs, the Cameron® Type C Drilling Choke has a standard cylindrical
orifice gate and seat design. The gate and seat are solid tungsten carbide, which are reversible for two
complete seal and wear areas. In addition, body configurations and gate and seat designs are
interchangeable between the manual and hydraulic choke, allowing flexibility in choke and kill manifold
designs. The choke control panels for these valves are available in single or dual choke operation.
Features:
· Designed and manufactured to API Specification 6A for Wellhead and Tree Equipment
· 5,000 to 15,000 psi (34.5 to 138.0 MPa) maximum working pressures
· Forged materials rated for H2S service per NACE MR0175
· Choke control consoles are designed to API Specification 16C for Choke and Kill Systems
Type S Drilling Choke

The M-I SWACO® style super choke utilizes two flat tungsten carbide discs with a half round cut out in
each disc, available in manual and hydraulic configurations. One disc remains stationary while the other
rotates, providing a variable orifice according to requirements. In addition, the lapped matting surfaces
of the discs provide a positive seal when the choke is closed. The choke control panels for these valves
are available in single or dual choke operation.

· Designed and manufactured to API Specification 6A for Wellhead and Tree Equipment
· 5,000 to 15,000 psi (34.5 to 138.0 MPa) maximum working pressures
· Forged materials rated for H2S service per NACE MR0175

Choke and Kill Manifolds

Heshka manifolds are manufactured to meet your specific requirements. From simple low pressure to
extreme sour gas service, manifolds can be designed with any number of fixed chokes, manually
adjustable chokes and automatic chokes with a working pressure of 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 or 15,000 psi.
All components meet H2S specifications and all welded components receive post-weld heat treatment in
accordance with approved procedures. Welding is performed by qualified personnel, in accordance with
qualified procedures. All welds are full penetration welds and conform to API Specifications. In addition,
all welds receive nondestructive testing to ensure the utmost quality and performance.
Type R Check Valve

The Type R Check Valve is a field-proven Check Valve which can be used in drilling and production
applications. These valves are unidirectional, feature flanged-end connections and can be repaired in the
field without any special tooling.

· Elastomeric seat seal
· Spring activated poppet and seat design
Type MS Check Valve

The Type MS Check Valve features a metal-to-metal sealing designed for high pressure or high
temperature drilling environments. This versatile design can be mounted vertically or horizontally in
high pressure mud choke manifolds and high-pressure Christmas tree injection and kill lines. The MS
Check Valve can be used with oil, gas, water, or drilling fluids and are available in all temperature and
material classes as well as product specification levels (PSL) as specified in API 6A. It is available in
standard pressure ratings from 5,000 to 15,000 psi and bore sizes from 1-13/16” to 4-1/16”.
Features:
· Metal-to-metal seals, offering advantages over elastomeric seals in applications where chemical
and well fluids contact the sealing areas and extreme temperatures are a factor
· Forged steel construction
· Low-maintenance operation, no lubricated parts and no routine maintenance required
Type H BPV
The Type H Back Pressure Valve is designed to thread into the tubing hanger for safe removal of the BOP
and installation of the Christmas tree. The H Two-Way Check valve is installed in the Tubing Hanger to
allow the Christmas tree to be tested.
All the Type H Back Pressure and Two-Way Check Valves available from Heshka Oil are made here in the
USA by skilled machinists. Large quantities of parts are kept in-stock and ready to ship.

BPV Field Kit

The BPV Field Kit starts with a high-quality water-resistant case with ridged poly foam interior. The kit
comes with the following:
· 1 – 2” BPV
· 1 – 2-1/2” BPB
· 1 – 2” TWCV
· 1 – 2-1/2” TWCV
· 1 – Removal Tool
· 1 – Installation Tool
· 1 – Spare Parts Kit for BPV and TWCV

Zero Pressure Dry Rod Kit

This BPV Dry Rod Kit can be used to manually install and remove Type H Back Pressure or Two-Way
Check Valves under ZERO PRESSURE conditions.
Heshka Oil's BPV Zero Pressure Dry Rod kit consists of multiple sections of dry rod and a T-Bar handle.
The number of dry rods vary depending on the length of the kit. The most common kits are the 10FT and
12FT.
If you need a Swivel Adapter for the top of the dry rod you can add one to your kit.

Pressure Balanced Manually Operated Lubricator

The Heshka Oil PBMO Lubricator Body consists of a yoke assembly with a 2" 1502 Union male with nut
on the adapter end. A 2" 1502 female union on the extension end provides for connection of the
extension and end barrels, which accommodate various sizes of polished rods. Our Lubricator can utilize
both an 1-1/8” polished rod and an 1-1/4” polished rod by simply changing the packing in the yokes. A 1-
1/4” polished rod can give you the extra strength when and if needed.
