AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY TO AUGMENT THE ALLOCATION FOR LEAVE
CREDIT BENEFITS UNDER PERSONAL SERVICES OF THE APPROVED ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FY 2019 IN
THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND FOURTEEN PESOS & 14/100 (10,014.14) TO BE TAKEN FROM THE
AMOUNT ALLOCATED FOR CASH GIFT UNDER PERSONAL SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the appropriated fund for leave credit benefits is not enough to pay for such expense;

WHEREAS, there is a need to augment the allocation for Leave Credit Benefits , amount of which
shall be taken from the item belonging to the allocation for Cash Gift;

WHEREAS, in order to implement the augmentation there is a need to authorize the Punong
Barangay for that purpose as required under Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991;

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay of Owak, Asturias, Cebu in session
assembled and upon motion

SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. The Punong Barangay augment the allocation for leave credit benefits
under Personal Services of the approved annual budget for the FY 2019 in the amount of Ten Thousand
Fourteen Pesos & 14/100 (10,014.14) to be taken from the allocation for
