Services
As a full-service construction and quarrying company, RSIDC essentially assists clients from the very outset
to the completion of their project. We become partners with our clients in understanding the five basic
functions of:
• Defining and establishing the scope of the construction project
• Pre-construction project planning including preparation and scheduling of the projects, phasing
plans, budgeting/cost-modeling, subcontractor qualification etc.
• On-site execution of the project includes scheduling, quality control, safety management,
subcontractor management, status reporting and change management.
• Monitoring and controlling the project
• Closing of the project related to the post construction activities.

The Management

RSIDC has been able to establish itself in the industry partly because of the sound management principles
the company has followed throughout its development. Apart from the projects that we manage,
meticulous planning and expert know-how goes into the management of the company itself. The directors
and the management are well conversant with good corporate management, are experienced, and have a
thorough understanding of the issues involved for the smooth and successful running of a company.

President and CEO – Jerome Tan (09959377533)

Mr. Tan an accountant by profession is responsible for the management, administration system
and oversees the support operation of the organization. He ensures that there is an effective
information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business affairs of the
corporation. He is also one of the founder and incorporator of the company and currently the
Chairman of the Board.

Executive Vice President/COO – Joel B. Talplacido (0917113300)

Engr. Talplacido have the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring,
control and closure of construction, quarrying and mining projects. He has a combination of skills
including an ability to ask penetration questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve
conflicts, as well as more general management skills. He is also an Incorporator and Vice –Chairman
of the Board of Directors.

VP for Operations – Marvin Santos (09569383694)

Marvin Santos is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He manages the
manpower, materials and equipment and ensures all resources are working as planned.

VP for Finance/CFO – Antonio J. Elizaga (09772790768)

Mr. Elizaga is responsible for the financing and funds handling of the company’s operation. He is
in charge in securing the funds needed for the projects in all the divisions of the corporation. He is
the one involve in banks/financial institution in negotiations pertaining to credit lines of the
corporation. Mr. Elizaga is also a member of the Board of Directors.
VP for Internal Affairs – Jay Francis Talplacido (09177122286)

Jay is responsible for the management, administration and supervision of the corporation’s
acquisition programs. He is in charge on the contracting services and manages the procurement of
supplies, equipment and materials needed for the projects. Jay is one of the incorporators and a
member of the board of directors. He is currently the corporate secretary and treasurer of the
corporation

VP for Admin. & Office Affairs – Ethel D. Santos

VP for Technical Operations and Design – Joel Voces (09173109139)

Mr. Voces is a civil engineer who is in charge in the setting up the estimates the budgets and the
project timetable for the client and develops strategy for the projects. He selects subcontractors
and workers, and provides required explanations for the builders and other professionals
associated with the project, coordination and collaboration with the counterpart engineers and
specialists.

VP – Distribution of Heavy Machineries Division – Pablo R. Visitacion (09954055825)

Pablo is the point man with regards to the Sales and Distribution of Trucks and Heavy Machineries.
He ed. He oversees the day-to-day operations of this division.

Financial Consultant/Accountant - Mamerto Jayco (09267175054)

Mamerto or Mertz is a veteran financial consultant. Accountant by profession he is responsible for


the accounting system of the company and see to it that all the financial operation are working
properly.
Project Development Officer – Ronaldo E. Adapon (09971890052)

Ronnie is the person behind the negotiations in each projects the corporation undertakes. He
validates every aspect of the project before it is brought to the engineering for technical
confirmation. He is also in-charge in the PR of the corporation with foreign partners for large joint
venture projects in government and private agencies.
