PT Fajar Benua Indopack was established in 1984 as a Sales and
Distribution Products Group Company Selling Sealing ,Flexible
Joint, Fabrication and Thermal Insulation. Today, we have largely
expanded our line of business with high technology products
such as Expansion Joints, Mechanical Seals, Fluoroplastic Lining,
Advanced Application Hoses ,and Exotic Metal Pressure Vessels.
In addition to that, we extremely focus on Service works such as
Stress Analysis, Installation, Construction, Troubleshooting, and
Emergency Breakdown Repair.

We strive in our after sales service, providing customers in

technical guidance and documentation. Our teams are highly
dedicated to increase and utilize excellent service through
the network of 12 Branches and Project Division, located all
over the nation with self-motivated, dynamic and trained

We provide gaskets with a large range of material selection and specification
under the brand 3STAR and Valqua to meet customer applications

From low pressure and temperature application up to high pressure as well as the temperature
which refer to ASME B16.20 & B16.21 to be suitable with Flange Standard B16.5 or B 16.47 for
the large flange connection over 24 inch size. Also refer to JIS or DIN Standard.

Flexible Joint

engineering and Flexible Joint Manufacturing process which can be meet to
various length and applications as required.

All assembly process is monitored by QC/QA inspector which to derive quality of the metallic
hose product as per requirement. Every assembly of metallic flexible hoses will be hydro
statically tested for best quality result.

Stripwound Hose (Interlock Hose)

Stripwound Metal Hose or commonly known also as Interlocked
Hose constructed of strip of stainless steel or galvanized steel

components within the interlock profile. The construction can

We design and manufacture small vertical or horizontal pressure vessels, piping

A heat exchanger is a device that is used to transfer thermal energy (enthalpy)
between two or more fluids, between a solid surface and a fluid, or between solid

plants, petrochemical plants, petroleum refineries, natural-gas processing, and
sewage treatment. As a fabricator, Hidroflex Heat Exchanger can be designed and

HidroflexTM Strainers & Filters

A Strainer is a device used to protect downstream equipment such as spray nozzles,
plate heat exchangers, meters and pumps. A Strainer retains particles on the surface
of its strainer element (ie. on the mesh or perforated plate). A Filter as the name
suggests filters, but retains more particles inside the filter element body (ie. filter
cloth or filter cartridge). Within the industry parlance filters and strainers have a
similarity and its common to use these words other way around.
