VII.  RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD: The Reconstitution of the Board is required at the annual
October board meeting.

C.  Secretary: Based on the Code of Alabama and Cullman City School Board Policy, the Superintendent
shall serve as Secretary to the Board but can designate someone to take the minutes of the meetings.
Therefore, it is recommended that Sharon Wilson be named Recording Secretary of the Board.

G.  Permission for CMS FFA to attend the National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana on

I.  Permission for CHS Cheerleaders to attend cheerleader competition in Louisville, Kentucky on

A.  Alabama Association of School Boards 2019 Annual Convention and Delegate Assembly, Birmingham,
AL on December 5, 2019. Board voting delegate and alternate to attend convention.
B.  Joey Orr to serve as School Board Liason to Cullman City Schools Foundation Board
C.  Resolution authorizing the issuance of warrants for the purpose of, but not limited to, construction of
new buildings, renovation of existing buildings and various infrastructure improvements.
D.  Permission to issue Bid #10-22-19-01 for a special needs bus and accept the lowest responsible bidder
E.  Approval of Agreement with the City of Cullman to accept conveyance of real property, payable in a
single installment upon demand
F.  Approval of the following revised Board Policies:

2.  5.1 Employee Leave
3.  6.1.2.c.i.C. Non-Resident Status
4.  6.1.2.c.v. Change of Residency Status

K.  Approval of Memorandum of Agreement between Cullman City Board of Education and The Woolley
Institute for Spoken-Language Education (WISE) beginning October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020.
L.  Permission to provide a stipend of $1,500 to Diane Law for administrative assistance to the Cullman
City Schools Foundation beginning October, 2019 through September, 2020 (Funded by CCS
Foundation)
