Moazziz samaeen e Ikraam! Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatahu,

Jo shaqs jamat mein is waqt aakar miley jab imam ruku jaa chuka ho, aur ye aate hi takbeer e tehrema kehkar
ruku mein chalaa jaae, iski wo rakat shumar hogi yaa nahi?

Is silsila mein 2 maroof maslak hain:

1. Iski wo rakat shumar nahi hogi, balkey isey imam ke salam pherne ke baad is rakat ka a’adaadh 1 karna
hoga.
2. Iski wo rakat ho jaaegi.

In dono mein se maroof tareen maslak to pehla hai, magar sehat o saraahat aur quwwat e dalaael ki roo se saheeh
tareen maslak kaunsa hai?

Zer e nazar risaala mein isi mauzu par qadre tafseel se raushni daali gai hai. Ye dar-asal hamari chand radio par
maujood taqareer hain, jo Muttahida Arab Imaraat ke Radio Ummul Quwain ki Urdu Service se nashar ki gai thee’n.
Jinhe’n ham risaale ki shakal mein pesh kar rahe hain.

Is kitabche ki tarteeb o tadwen aur tabaa-at o ashaa-at mein hamare jin ahbaab ne hamara taoon farmaya hai,
ham in sabke the dil se shukar-guzaar hain.

Allah Ta’ala is risaale ko sharf e qabooliyat se nawaaze aur isey hamare aur hamare ma’auneen ke liye duniya o
aqhirat ki fauz o falaah ka zariya aur hamare qaraeen ke liye isey baais e istefaadah aur sabab e islah o falah
banae. Ameen

Mudrik e Ruku Ki Rakat
Is baat mein ahle ilm ka iqhtelaf hai ke muqhtadi ko sf padhni chahiye yaa nahi? Qaaeleen e fateha apni taeed
mein ba-kasrat ahadees pesh karte hain, jo sf padhne ka pataa deti hain. Jabke fareeq e saani ki taraf se ye ishkaal
yaa eteraaz kiya gaya hai ke in ahadees ke umoom par amal kiya jaae to iska maane ye hoga ke ruku mein jamat
se milne waale ki wo rakat nahi hogi. Halaa’nke jamhoor is baat ke qaael hain ke agar koi shaqs ruku ki haalat
mein imam ke sath namaz mein shareek ho, to iski wo rakat ho jaaegi. Khuwah isne sf naa padhi ho. 2

Jabkey qaeleen wujoob e fateha ki taraf se iska hal aur jawab ye pesh ki ya gaya hai ke muqhtadi ke ruku mein
aakar imam ke sath mil jaane se iski wo rakat ho jaaegi yaa nahi? Isme iqhtelaf hai, agarche jamhoor is baat ke
qaael hain ke ho jaaegi.

Mane-een e Rakat Aur Inke Dalaael:


Magar Sahaba Ikraam ki ek (1) jamat aur baaz mohaddiseen o mohaqqeqeen, jinme Imam Bukhari bhi shaamil
hain, inka kehna hai ke iski wo rakat nahi hogi aur apni kitab Juz Al Qiraa-at mein unho’n ne is mauzu par bahes
bhi ki hai.3

Aur ye waazeh baat hai ke jamhoor koi sharai hujjat nahi hain. 4

Aur kabhi jamhoor ke bar-aks doosre sahaba o ulama ke yaha’n dalaael e qawiyya hote hain aur unhee’n ka
padla bhaari hota hai.

Is mauzu ki tafseel to Allama Basheer Ahmad Sehsawaani ne Allama Abdul Hai Luckhnawi ki Imam ul Kalam

aur Ghaith ul Ghamaam ke jawab mein Al Burhan ul A’ajaaeb likh kar bayan kardi hai.

Muqhtasar ye ke ruku mein aakar milne se do (2) ahem ajza e namaz choot jaate hain. Ek qiyaam, jokey bil ittefaaq
namaz ka rukn hai. Doosra surah fateha, jo isne imam se sunee aur naa khud hi padhi aur is par bhi ittefaq hai ke
kisi rukn ke choot jaane se namaz nahi hoti. Ruku mein milne waale ka rukn e qiyaam chootne ke sath sath hi sf
qiraa-at o samaa-at har do (2) tarha se choot gai. Lehaza iski wo rakat kaise shumjar ki jaaegi?

Khusoosan jabkey Saheeh Bukhari o Muslim, Juz al Qiraa-at lil Bukhari aur deegar kutub e hadees mein Hazrat Abu
Huraira se marwi hai ke Nabi e Kareem ne irshad farmaya: “Jis qadar namaz imam ke sath paalo, wo padhlo.
Aur namaz ka jo hissa reh jaae wo imam ke salam pherne ke baad poora karlo”.6

Miskhat Ki Sharha Al Mara’aath:


Allama Obaidullah Rahmani ne likha hai: ‘Is hadees se istedlal kiya gaya hai ke ruku mein milne waala us rakat
ko shumaar naa kare, kyou’nke isey faut shuda namaz ke poora karne ka hukam hai. Isse qiyaam aur qiraa-at do
(2) ahem umoor faut ho gae hain. Hazrat Abu Huraira aur ek (1) jamat ka yehi qaul hai. Balkey Imam Bukhari
ne is baat ko har is shaqs ka qaul bataaya hai, jo imam ke peeche sf padhne ko wajib jaanta hai. Mohaddiseen
e Shaafaiya mein Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Abu Bakar Zube’ee ‫ رحمةاهللااعليهمااجمعين‬ne isey hi iqhteyar kiya hai aur
Allama Taqiuddin Subki ne ise hi qawee qarar diya hai’.7

Juz Al Qiraa-at:
Mein Imam Bukhari ne likha hai: ‘Jisse fareeza e qiraa-at o qiyaam faut ho jaae’n, iske liye inka mukammal
karna zaroori hai. Jaisa ke Nabi ne farmaya hai’.8

Aur thoda aage jaakar Imam Bukhari ne ek (1) hadees bhi riwayat ki hai, jisme Hazrat Abu Huraira bayan
farmate hain ke Aap ne farmaya: “Jo hissa imam ke sath mil jaae wo padhlo aur jo hissa reh jaae wo baad mein

poora karlo”.

Aur kaafi aage jaakar Juz al Qiraa-at mein ek (1) jagah Imam Bukhari ne Hazrat Anas se marwi wo irshad e
nabawi bhi riwayat kiya hai, jisme hai: “Jo imam ke sath mil jaae wo padhlo aur jo choot gaya ho, isey baad
mein uth kar poora karle”.10

Aur ek (1) jagah Hazrat Abu Huraira ka wo asar bayan kiya hai, jisme wo farmate hain: ‘Imam ko agar ruku jaane
se pehle khade naa paalo, to tumhari wo rakat naa hogi’.11

Aur doosra (2) asar you’n hai: ‘Agar logo’n ko ruku ki haalat mein paao aur sath milo to is rakat ko shumaar naa
karo’.12

Aur ek (1) jagah hai ke Hazrat Abu Saeed aur Hazrat Ayesha ne farmaya hai: ‘SF padhe baghair koi shaqs ruku

naa kare’.

Aur Juz al Qiraa-at mein hi Imam Bukhari ne Hazrat Abu Bakar ki riwayat bhi bayan ki hai. Jisme wo bayan
farmate hain ke ek (1) din Nabi e Kareem ne subha ki namaz padhate waqt lambey lambey saanso’n aur haa’npne
ki awaaz sunee. Aap ne namaz mukammal karne ke baad Hazrat Abu Bakar se poocha: “Kya tum haa’np rahe
the?”.

“Unho’n ne arz kiya: Jee Haa’n, meri jaan aap par fidaa ho”.

“Aap ke sath ek (1) rakat reh jaane ka khatra tha, is liye main jaldi jaldi chal kar mila. To Aap ne farmaya:
Allah tumhari hirs mein izaafa farmaae. Aainda aisa naa karo, jo paalo wo padhlo aur jo nikal gi ho, wo baad
mein poori karlo”.14

Is hadees mein waarid hone waale lafz “Ta’ad ‫ ا”تعد‬ko kai tarha se padha jaa sakta hai aur zer, zabar tabdeel karne
se maane bhi badal jaata hai. Mislan:

‫َو َلا َتع ُدا‬ Dobaara Aisa Naa Karo

‫َو َلاتث ِع ُدا‬ Namaz Ko Dohraao Nahi

‫َو َلا َتعثدا‬ Is Rakat Ko Shumar Nahi Karo

‫َو َلا َتع ُدا‬ Bhaag Kar Naa Aao

Sharha Zarqaani:
Muwatta Imam Maalik ki is hadees ki sharha bayan karte hue Allama Zarqaani ne likha hai: ‘Is hadees se istedlal
kiya gaya hai ke ruku mein milne waale ki ye rakat nahi hogi. Kyou’nke isey faut shuda hisse ko poora karne ka
hukam hai aur iska qiyaam aur qiraa-at dono’n faut ho gae hain. Hazrat Abu Huriarz aur baaz doosre Shafai
Mohaddiseen ne bhi isey hi iqhteyar kiya hai. Aur Allama Subki ne bhi isey hi qawee kaha hai’.15

Neel Ul Autaar:
Imam Shaukani ne likha hai ke ‘Baaz ahle zaahir, Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Abu Bakar Zubai ka yehi
maslak hai. Ke ruku mein milne se rakat nahi hoti aur Allama Iraqi ne Sharha Tirmizi mein apne Shaikh Allama
Subki ka bhi yehi iqhteyar bataane ke baad likha hai ke jab tak sf naa padhle is waqt tak rakat shumaar naa
kare. Inke alfaaz ye hain: ‘Jo fateha naa padh sakey, wo is rakat ko shumaar naa kare’’.16

Aur agley hi safha par likha hai ke Zaid bin Wahab se bhi yehi marwi hai ke ruku mein aakar milne waala apni rakat
ki qazaa kare.17

Kitab ul Qiraa-at:
Imam Baheqhi ne likha hai ke maine Haafiz Abu Abdullah se sunaa hai ke wo farmate the ke maine Shaikh Abu
Bakar Ahmad bin Ishaq Zubai ko fatwa dete sunaa hai: ‘Mudrik e ruku, mudrik e rakat nahi ho sakta’.18

Al Mahalla:
ْ ‫فَ َصل َّ ْوا َو َما فَاتَ م‬
Allama Ibne Hazam ne likha hai ke ‘‫ُك فَ َا ِت َّم ْوا‬ ‫ َما َاد َْر ْكت ْمث‬ke hukam par mushtamil hadees ki roo se rakat shumar
karne ke liye qiyaam aur qiraa-at ka paana zaroori hai. Kisi rakat aur rukn aur zikr e mafrooz ke faut ho jaane
mein koi farq nahi hai. Kyou’nke inme se har ek (1) farz hai, jiske baghair namaz nahi hoti. Ruku mein milne
waale ko hukam hai ke imam jo kuch isse pehle adaa kar chuka ho, wo isey iske salam pherne ke baad poora kare.
Aur inme se kisi amar ki taqhsees kisi nas e sharai ke baghair jaaez nahi aur aisi koi nas maujood nahi. Namazi
imam ke sath ruku chalaa jaae aur is rakat ko shumaar naa kare, kyou’nke isey qiyaam aur qiraa-at nahi mili.
Lekin jab Imam salam pherle to wo namaz is rakat ko qazaa kare’.19

Imam Shaukani ka Ruju:


Imam Shaukani ne Neel ul Autaar (2/3/52-58) mein yehi maslak iqhteyar kiya hai ke ruku mein jaakar milne se
wo rakat nahi hoti. Aur Allama Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan ne apni kitab Al Maqaalah al Faseeha Fil Wasiyya wan
Naseeha (P78) mein likha hai ke ‘Ahle ilm ki jamat ne bahot se masaael mein apne aqwaal e saabeqa se ruju kiya
hai aur logo’n ko apne ruju se agaah bhi kiya hai, aur Imam Shaukani bhi unhi mein se hain. Ye bhie pehle khula’a
ko talaq hi samajhte rahe. Phir dalaael par fikr o nazar ke baad qaael ho gae ke khula talqa nahi, balke fasqh e
nikah hai. Isi tarha pehle wo ruku mein milne waale ki rakat ke qaael the aur phir us waqt usse ruju kar liya, jab
tehqheeq karne se zahir ho gaya ke ruku mein milne se rakat nahi hoti’.20

Allama Muqbili:
Allama Saaleh bin Ali al Muqbili farmate hain: ‘Maine fiqha o hadees ke tamaam dalaael ki roo se bahes o
tehqheeq ki aur main isi nateeja par paho’ncha hoo’n jo maine zikr kar diya hai ke ruku mein milne se rakat nahi
hoti’.21

Allama Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan :


Allama Nawab Siddiq Hasan Khan Waali e Riyaasat Bhopal ne apni ek kitab Daleel at Taalib A’ala Arjah al

Mataalib mein likha hai ke ‘Imam Bukhari ne apni maroof kitab Juz al Qiraa-at mein farmaya hai ke ruku mein
milne se rakat nahi hoti hai aur ye har is shaqs ka mazhab hai jo qiraa-t e fateha khalf al imam ko wajib samajhta
hai aur jamhoor ahle ilm choo’nke qiraa-at e fateha khalf al imam ke qaael hain, is etebaar se ruku mein milne
waale ki rakat kaa naa hona jamhoor ka maslak hua’.23

Shaikh ul Kul Allama Syed Nazeer Hussain Mohaddis Dehelwi:
Barre-sagheer ke ek (1) bade aalim, jinhe’n 50 se ziyaada martaba Saheeh Bukhari padhaane ka sharf haasil hai
aur ustaz ul asaatezah hi nahi, Shaikh ul Kul ke laqab se pehchaane jaate hain. Wo Allama Syed Nazeer Hussain
Mohaddis Dehelwi hain. Fataawa Nazeeriya mein is mauzu se mutalliq inka ek muqhtasar saa fatwa hai, jisme wo
bayan farmate hain ke ‘Mudrik e ruku ki rakat nahi hoti, is liye ke har rakat mein sf padhna farz hai’24 Aur inke
qaabil e faqhar shagird Allama Shams ul Haq Azeemabadi A’aun al Mabood Sharha Abu Dawood mein farmate
hain: ‘Hamare ustad e giraami Allama Syed Muhammad Nazeer Hussain Dehelwi ka yehi qaul hai ke ruku paane
waala is rakat ko shumar naa kare’.25

Allama Shams ul Haq Azeemabadi:


Shaareh Abu Dawood Allama Shamsul Haq Azeemabadi khud bhi ruku paane waale ki rakat ko shumaar karne ke
qaaeleen mein se nahi the.26

Allama Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri:


Shaareh Tirmizi Allama Abdur Rahman Mubarakpuri ne bhi Tohfatul Ahwazi mein likha hai: ‘Mere nazdeek inhee’n
ka qaul raajeh hai, jo kehte hain ke jo shaqs imam ko ruku mein paae wo is rakat ko shumar naa kare’.27

Deegar Kubaar Ulama:


Aise hi deegar kubaar ulama o fuqaha ikram bhi ruku mein milne waale ki is rakat ko shumar karne ke qaael nahi
the. Agar inke fataawa se iqhtebasaat zikr kiye jaae’n to ye baais e tawaalat hoga. Lehaza inke asma e giraami ke
tazkirah par hi iktefa karte hain. Chunache inme se Shaikh ul Islam Hazrat Maulana Sanaullah Amratsari (al maroof
Faateh Qadiyaan), Maulana Abu Saeed Sharfuddin Dehelwi, Maulana Muhammad Yunus Sahab Dehelwi, Hazrat
Allama Shaikh ul Hadees Haafiz Muhammad Mohaddis Gondalwi, Allama Muhammad Yusuf Kalkotwi, Maulana Abdul
Jabbar Jehlami, Maulana Abu Masood Qamar Banarasi, Maulana Abdus Salam Sahab Bastawi, Maulana Muhammad
Dawood Dehelwi (Mohaddis Kabeer), Allama Muhammad Basheer Sehsawaani, Maulana Khaleel ur Rahman, Maulana
Syed Muhammad Abdul Hafeez, Maulana Syed Abdul Jabbar Umarpuri, Maulana Abul Abshaar, Ameer Ahmad
Saharanpuri aur Mohaddis Shaheer Hazrat ul A’allam Haafiz Muhammad Abdullah Ghazipuri ‫ رحمةاهللااعليهمااجمعين‬ke asma
e giraami khaas taur par qabil e zikr hain, jokey saaheb e masnad o fatwa the. 28

Qaeleen e Rakat Ke Dalaael


Yaha’n Tak to dalaael o aqwaal the un aimma o mohaddiseen aur ahle ilm ke jo ruku mein aakar milne waale ki
rakat ko shumar karne ke qaael nahi hain aur munasib hoga ke jamhoor qaeleen e rakat ke dalaael bhi zikr kar
diye jaae’n. Taakey janebeen ya fariqain ke dalaael ka muwaazna karne mein asaani rahe.

Chunache is silsila mein qaeleen e rakat ne apne dalaael ke taur par jo ahadees lee hain, inme se maroof ahadees
chaar (4) hain. Aur in chaar (4) mein se bhi teen (3) ahadees Hazrat Abu Huraira se marwi hain aur ek (1) Hazrat
Abu Bakar se. Aur Hazrat Abu Huriara se marwi teeno (3) ahadees ki haisiyat ka andaaza to is amar se hi ho
jaata hai ke wo khud ruku mein milne waale ki rakat ke qaael nahi the. Balkey inka fatwa ye raha hai ke ruku mein
milne waale ki wo rakat nahi hoti, isey wo rakat imam ke salam paherne ke baad uthkar padhni chahiye.

Pehli Daleel:
Inki pehli daleel wo hadees hai, jo Sunan Darqutni mein Hazrat Abu Huraira se marwi hai, jisme hai: “Jo shaqs
namaz e juma ki aqhri rakat pale, wo (baad mein uthkar) ek (1) rakat padhle”.29

Lekin ye hadees zaeef hone ki wajah se naa-qaabil e istedlal hai. Chunache Imam Shaukani Neel ul Autaar mein
likhte hain ke ‘Ye hadees muqhtalif alfaaz se waarid hui hai. Lekin iski sanad ke turq mein se koi bhi kalam (naqd
o jirah) se khali nahi hai. Balkey Imam Abu Haatim se inke bete ne Al E’elal mein naqal kiya hai ke is hadees ki
koi asal nahi hai, yaane ye be-sar o paa yaa be-asal riwayat hai.30

At Ta’aleeq al Mughni A’ala Sunan ad Darqutni mein Allama Shamsul Haq Azeemabadi ne bhi isey zaeef kaha hai. 31

Allama Obaidullah Rahmani ne Al Mara’ath Sharha Mishkat mein likha hai ke ‘ye riwayat zaeef hai. Iski sanad
mein ek (1) raawi Sulaiman bin Abu Dawood al Harrani hai, jisey Imam Abu Haatim ne zaeef kaha hai. Imam
Bukhari ne isey munkir ul hadees qarar diya hai aur Imam Ibne Hibban kehte hain ke iski bayan karda riwayaat
qaabil e hujjat nahi hain’.32

Ye to hui is riwayat ki istenaadi haisiyat, jabkey matan mein bhi daleel nahi paai jaati. Kyou’nke isme to namaz e
juma ka zikr hai, lehaza ye juma ke sath khaas hogi. Doosre ye ke isme ek (1) rakat paa lene ka zikr hai, naa ke
ruku paa lene ka. Aur is riwayat ke raawi Hazrat Abu Huraira ka amal o fatwa zikr kiya jaa chuka hai. Ke wo
ruku mein milne waale ki rakat shumar nahi kiya karte the.

Doosri Daleel:
Is silsila mein doosri daleel ke taur par jo hadees pesh ki jaati hai, wo bhi Hazrat Abu Huraira se hi marwi hai,
jisme hai: “Jisne imam ke sath rakat ko paaliya, qabl iske ke wo apni kamar seedhi kare (ruku se khada ho) isne
isey paa liya”.33

Is hadees se istedlal bhi kai wujuhaat ki binaa par saheeh nahi hai. Kyou’nke iski sanad mein ek (1) raawi Yahya
bin Hameed hai. Jiske bare mein Imam Bukhari ne Juz al Qiraa-at mein kaha hai ke ‘Ye majhool hai. Iski bayan
karda hadees par etemaad nahi kiya jaa sakta. Aur marfua’an iski hadees saheeh nahi aur ye raawi ahle ilm ke
nazdeek qaabil e hujjat nahi hai.34

Aur agley hi safha par Imam Bukhari ne likha hai ke ‘Ye riwayat to ulama e hijaaz waghaira ke yaha’n mustafeez
hai. Jabkey is mein ‫قَ ْب َل َا ْن ي َّ ِق ْ َْي مصلْ َبه‬
ke alfaaz ka koi maana hi nahi aur naa hi is izaafa ki koi wajah hai.35
Aur Allama Obaidullah Rahmani ne bhi Al Mara’ath mein likha hai ke ‘Is riwayat ke aqhri alfaaz jinme Imam ke
kamar seedhi karne ka zikr hai ‫قَ ْب َل َا ْن ي َّ ِق ْ َْي مصلْ َبه‬
ye alfaaz sirf yehi raawi Yahya bin Hameed naqal karta hai. Iske
sathiyo’n mein se kisi ne ye alfaaz naqal nahi kiye. Chunache Uqaili kehte hain ke ‘Imam Zohri ke ashaab mein se
Imam Maalik aur baaz doosre huffaz e hadees ne bhi ye riwayat bayan ki hai. Lekin inmein se kisi ne bhi ye izaafa
naqal nahi kiya.36
Aur jab is izaafe ko naqal karne waala zaeef hai, to maqsood haasil naa hua. Aur phir is riwayat ki sanad mein hi
ek (1) doosra (2) rawi Qurrah bin Abdur Rahman bhi hai, jokey zaeef hai. Jozjaani ne kaha hai ke ‘Maine Imam
Ahmad bin Hambal ko ye kehte hue suna ke ye Qurrah bin Abdur Rahman saqht munkir ul hadees hai. Baaz ne
kaha hai ke ye zaeef ul hadees hai aur Imam Abu Haatim ka kehna hai ke ye qawee nahi hai’.37

Teesri Daleel:
Ruku mein milne waale ki rakat ke qaeleen ki teesri daleel Abu Dawood aur Darqutni mein Hazrat Abu Huraira
hi marwi wo hadees hai jisme hai: “Jab tum namaz ke liye aao aur ham haalat e sajda mein ho’n, to tum bhi sajda
karo aur isey kuch shumaar mat karo. (Aur jisne ‘ruku’ ko paaliya isne namaz paali)”.38

Is riwayat se istelal bhi kai wujooh ki binaa par maqhdoosh hai:

a) Kyou’nke iski sanad zaeef o na-qaabil e hujjat hai. Iski sanad mein ek (1) raawi Yahya bin Abu Sulaiman
hai. Jisey Imam Bukhari ne munkir ul hadees kaha hai aur Abu Haatim ka kehna hai ke iski hadees likhi
jaaegi, lekin wo qawee nahi. Aur is hadees ke zoaf ko baaz qaeleen e rakat ne bhi tasleem kiya hai, jaise
ke Fataawa Sattariya39 mein hai.
b) Doosri baat ye ke yahya ne ye riwayat Zaid aur Ibnul Maqbari se nahi suni, lehaza ye munqate hone ki
wajah se bhi zaeef hai.40
c) Teesri baat ye hai ke Hazrat Abu Huriara (z) jokey is riwayat ko bayan karne waale hain, khud inka fatwa
is riwayat ke khilaf hai. Wo ruku mein milne waale ki rakat ke qaael nahi, jaisa ke pehli riwayat ke zimne
mein bhi kaha gaya hai.41
d) Chaho’nti (4) baat ye ke is riwayat mein ‘rakat’ ka lafz hai, naa key ‘ruku’ ka. Aur rakat ka itlaaq shara’an
qiyaam, ruku, sajdatain, aur arkaan o azkaar par hota hai aur yehi rakat ki sharai haqeeqat hai. Aur ruku
ko rakat ke maano’n mein lena majaaz hai. Aur haqeeqat e sharaiya ke hote hue majaaz muraad lena
tamam ulama e usool ke nazdeek ghalat hai aur phir yaha’n koi qareena saarefa bhi nahi, jaisa ke A’aun
al Ma’abood mein tafseel mazkoor hai.42
e) Paa’nchwee’n cheez ye ke is riwayat ke alfaaz َّ َ‫ َم ْن َاد َْركَ َّالر ْك َعا َة فَقَدْ َاد َْرك‬ke maane jamhoor ahle ilm ne ye
‫الص ٰلو َة‬
bayan kiya hai ke ‘agar kisi ko namaz ka sirf itna hi waqt milaa ke isme wo sirf ek (1) hi rakat padh sakta
hai, to wo baad mein namaz mukammal karle, isne namaz ko bar-waqt paaliya’. Aur baaz ne kaha ke
‘jisne ek (1) rakat jamat se paali, isne namaz ba-jamat ka sawab paa liya’.43

f) Aur phir Nisai mein ek (1) wo hadees hai, jisey pesh e nazar rakhe’n to baat waazeh ho jaati hai ke zer e
bahes hadees se kya muraad hai? Chunache isme hai: “Jisne namaz ki ek (1) rakat paali, isne poori hi
namaz paali (albatta jo reh gai, isey poora karle)”.44

Aur ruku mein milne waale ka qiyaam o qiraa-at reh jaate hain, lehaza wo isey baad mein poore karne ho’nge,
jinke liye wo rakat padhni padeygi.

Chaho’nti Daleel:
Jabke is silsila mein inka istedlal ek (1) chaho’nti hadees se bhi hai. Jo bilaa-shubha saheeh to hai, lekin is masla
mein sareeh o waazeh nahi. Chuanche Saheeh Bukhari, Abu Dawood, Nisai, Musnad Ahmad, Ibne Hibban, Baheqhi
aur deegar kutub mein Hazrat Abu Bakar ka maroof waqea hai, jisme wo bayan farmate hain: “Wo is waqt Nabi
ke paas paho’nche jab aap ruku mein the. To unho’n ne saf mein paho’nchne se pehle hi ruku kar liya. Ye
baat nabi ke saamne zikr ki gai, to aap ne farmaya: Allah tumhare shauqh o hirs ko ziyaada kare, aainda
aisa naa karna”.45

Qaeleen e rakat is hadees se you’n istedlal karte hain ke Hazrat Abu Bakar agar ruku mein milne waale ki is
rakat ko shumaar karne waale naa hote to phir inhe’n aisa karne ki kya zaroorat thi aur agar qiraa-at e fateha
muqhtadi par bhi wajib hoti to Nabi Hazrat Abu Bakar ko wo rakat lautaane ka hukam zaroor farmate. Aur

teesri wajah e istedlal ye bataai gai hai ke is hadees ke aqhri mein alfaaz ْ‫ َو ََل تَ معد‬nahi, balkey ْ‫ َو ََل تم ِعد‬hain. Jinka
maane ye batna hai ke Allah tumhari hirs ko ziyaada kare, tum is rakat ko naa dohraao. Lekin haqeeqat ye hai ke
tehqheeq o istedlal ki roo se ye baate’n saheeh nahi. Jiski kuch tafseel ye hai ke Fathul Baari mein Haafiz Ibne
Hajar ne Ibnul Muneer se naqal karte hue likha hai ke ‘Nabi ne Hazrat Abu Bakar ke ek (1) fel yaane husool
e jamat ki hirs o koshish ko durust qarar diya aur ye aam jahat hai, jabkey doosri khaas jahat se ghair durust bhi
farmaya aur isse roka’.46

Mumaaneat Kis Baat Ki?


Abh dekhna ye hai ke wo kaunsi ghair-durust baat ho gait hi, jisse aap ne inhe’n roka tha.

a. Is silsla mein pehli baat alfaaz e hadees se ye maloom hoti hai ke daud kar aae aur namaz mein shamil hue
the aur Saheeh ibne as Sakan mein daudne ke waazeh alfaaz bhi hain. Jinme Hazrat Abu Bakar farmate

hain: “Main daudta hua saf mein daqhil hua”.
Aur ye daud kar aana ghalat kaam hai. Kyou’nke Saheeh Bukhari o Muslim aur Juz al Qiraa-at mein Hazrat
Abu Huraira se marwi irshad e nabawi hai: “Jab aqaamat ki awaaz suno to namaz ki taraf chaldo aur
sukoon o wiqaar se chalo, bhaagam-bhaag naa aaao, jo paalo, wo padhlo aur jo choot jaae wo uthkar
mukammal karlo”.48
Is hadees ki roo se namaz ki taraf inka daud kar aana mana tha, lehaza Aap ne isse rokte hue farmaya
“Dobaara aisa mat karo”.
b. Saheeh Bukhari mein is hadees ke alfaaz hain: ke “Wo saf mein paho’nchne se pehle hi ruku mein chale
gae”. Aur Abu Dawood mein hai: “Unho’n ne saf tak paho’nchne se pehle hi ruku kar liya aur phir isi haalat
mein chalkar saf tak paho’nche the”.49
Aur Musnnaf Hammad bin Salma mein hai: ‘unho’n ne saf tak paho’nchne se pehle hi ruku kiya aur ba-
haalat e ruku hi saf mein daqhil hue’.50
Hazrat Abu Bakar ka ye fe’el bhi saheeh nahi tha. Kyou’nke Ma’ani ul Asaar Tahawi mein Hasan darja ki
sanad se Hazrat Abu Huraira bayan karte hain ke Nabi ne farmaya: “Tumme se jab koi namaz ko aae

to saf mein paho’nchne se pehle ruku naa kare”.

Isse maloom hua ke ‫ َلا َتعُدا‬mein waird mumaaneat is baat ki mumkin hai ke aap ne inhe’n farmaya ho ke dobaara
aisa naa karna. Shareheen e hadees ne iska yehi mafhoom bayan kiya hai. Chunache Haafiz Ibne Hajar ne At
Talqhees ul Habeer mein likha hai ke Nabi ne inhe’n jin baato’n se roka tha. Inme se pehli baat ye thi ke Aap
ne inhe’n saf se bahar takbeer e tehreema kehne se manaa farmaya aur Imam Ibne Hibban ki taraf se ye bhi
kaha gaya hai ke inhe’n namaz e ba-jamat ki taraf taqhair se aane se manaa farmaya gaya tha.

Ibnul Qattan aur Mohlab ki taraf se teesri (3) baat ye kahi gai hai ke inhe’n ruku ki haalat mein chalte hue saf mein
aane se roka tha, kyou’nke ye janwaro’n ki si chaal hai. Aur chaho’nta (4) qaul ye bhi hai ke Aap ne inhe’n

namaz ki taraf daud kar aane se mana farmaya.

Imam Bukhari ne bhi iske yehi maane Juz al Qiraa-at mein kiya hai aur kaha hai ke kisi ke liye ye jaaez nahi ke
wo Nabi ke mana karda kaam ko dobaara kare.53

Laa Ta’aud ‫ اَل تاعُد‬Ka Zabt Aur E’eraab:


Is hadees ke aqhri mein warid hone waale do (2) lafzo’n mein se pehla to Laa ‫ ل‬hai, jo nahi o mumaaneat ke liye
aata hai. Jabkey doosra lafz teen (3) huroof se milkar banaa hai aur wo teen (3) huroof hain aur aur aur in ‫ت‬ ‫ع‬ ‫د‬
teeno (3) huroof ke majmua ko zer, zabar aur pesh yaane e’eraab ki tabdeeli se chaar (4) tareeqo’n se padha jaa
sakta hai. Aur inse chaar (4) alag alag lafz ban jaate hain, jinka alag alag hi mafhoom bhi hai.

hai, is tarha is hadees ke maane ye bante hain ke “dobaara aisa mat karna”.
Yaane naa tez daudkar namaz ki taraf aana, naa saf se bahar takbeer e tehreema kehkar, aur naa saf se bahar
ruku karke aur naa hi is tarha saf mein daqhil hona aur naa hi jamat ki taraf taqhair se aana.

Allama Jazri ne bhi kaha hai ke ‘ ْ‫ ََل ت َ معد‬mein ْ‫ت َ معد‬, ‫ اتء‬ke zabar aur ‫ ع‬ke pesh ke sath aur ‫ د‬ke sukoon ke sath hai.
Jiska asal maadah ‫ َع ْود‬hai. Yaane aisa fel (ruku mein chalna) aainda naa karna. Aur ye bhi ehtemaal hai ke akele
iqhteda karne se manaa farmaya ho aur ye bhi imkaan hai ke saf tak paho’nchne se pahle ruku karne se manaa
farmaya ho. Aur ba-zaahir Aap ne in sab umoor se hi manaa farmaya tha’.55
Aur aagey Imam Jazri farmate hain ke ‘jisne is lafz ko ‫ تاء‬ke pesh aur ‫ ع‬ke zer ke sath padha hai aur isey ْ‫ََل تم ِعد‬
a’adaah karne ke yaa dohraane se maana hai, isne bahot baeed ki baat ki hai, ke Aap ne isey farmaya ho ke
tum apni namaz mat dohraao aur isse bhi baeed-tar baat iski hai, jisne isey se ‫عَدْ و‬ ‫اتء‬
ke zabar, ki sukoon yaa ‫ع‬
jazam aur ‫ د‬ke pesh ke sath ‫ ََلتَ ْعدم‬maana hai, jiske maane ye bante hain ke daud kar mat aao aur in aqhri dono ke
bare mein koi riwayat nahi hai’.56
Ameer Sana’aani ne Sabal as Salam mein kaha hai ke ‘Riwayat mein a’aud se ْ‫ ََلات َ معد‬hi sabse saheeh tar e’eraab o
lafz hai’.57
Aur isey hi Haafiz Ibne Hajar ne Fathul Baari mein tarjeeh di hai. 58

Wo Rakat Hui Yaa Nahi?:


Qaeleen e rakat ke andaaz aur wajah e istedlal se pataa chalta hai ke Hazrat Abu Bakar ne wo rakat shumar kit
hi. Jabke mane-een e rakat ka kehna hai ke Saheeh Bukhari ke wo lafz jo bade shadd o madd se pesh kiye gae
hain, inme qhata’an is baat ka zikr, hatta ke ehtemaal tak bhi nahi paaya jaata ke inki wo rakat ho gai ho aur
unho’n ne isey shumar kar liya ho.

Chunache Imam Shaukani likhte hain: ‘Isme inke liye koi daleel nahi hai, kyou’nke jaise rakat ke lautaane ka
hukam nahi diya to yaha’n is rakat ko shumar karne ka bhi to koi ishaara naqal nahi hua. Inke liye dua e hirs ko
shumar e rakat laazim nahi karti aur jisse manaa kiya gaya ho, isse hujjat o daleel lena saheeh nahi hai’.59

Allama Ibne Hazam ne bhi isse milti julti baat Al Mahalla 60 mein kahi hai, chunache unho’n ne is hadees e Hazrat
Abu Bakar par masla number 362 ka unwan you’n qaaem kiya hai: ‘Agar koi aae aur imam ruku mein ho to wo
ruku karle aur is rakat ko shumar naa kare. Kyou’nke isko qiyaam o qiraa-at nahi mili. Lekin jab imam salam
pherle, to ye is rakat ko uthkar padhle. Aur agar kisi be-ilm ka khadsha ho, ke galey padh jaae to thoda sa araam
se chaley, hatta ke imam ruku se uth jaae, tab jaakar takbeer e tehreema kahe’.61

Aur iske agle safha par jaakar ek (1) aur jagah likhte hain: ‘Rahi hadees e Hazrat Abu Bakar , to isme qaeleen e
rakat ke liye asalan koi daleel nahi hai. Kyou’nke isme ye kaha’n zikr hai ke unho’n ne is rakat ko shumar kar liya
tha? Aur naa ye ke unho’n ne isey uthkar nahi padha tha. Lehaza is hadees se inka talluq hi khatam ho gaya ’. 62
‫َو ِ ٰ ّ ِِل الْ َح ْمدم‬
Is silsila mein ek (1) hadees badi faisla-kun hai, jisey Haafiz Ibne Hajar ne Fathul Baari mein aur Allama
Obaidullah Rahmani ne Al Mara’ah Sharha Mishkat mein naqal kiya hai. Chunache Tabrani Kabeer aur Juz al Qira-
at mein Hazrat Abu Bakar ke is waqea par mushtamil jo hadees hai, iske aqhri mein ye alfaaz bhi hain ke Hazrat
Abu Bakar ko Nabi ne ye hukam bhi farmaya tha: “Jo namaz mil gai, wo padhlo aur jo reh gai wo baad mein
