1. How do you intend to sustain the gains of the project?


-By observing and providing constructive feedback and giving awards to
teachers and learners, provide opportunities for visits and peer support
among the teachers especially on contextualization of learning materials and
provide needed training for the project sustainability.
2. How will you institutionalize the project in the school process?
-By visiting the classrooms, analyze periodic assessments, debrief with
teachers, monitor pacing, set up regular staff meeting with a clear purpose
and support teachers to focused on data and support collaborative
conversations during staff meetings.
3. Have you presented this project and its gains to stakeholders? How?
-Yes, it was presented to the stakeholders through GPTA meetings
4. If you were to do another project, would you do the same? If no, why and
how will you do it differently?
-Yes
