FLUID TO BE USED FOR CEMENT PLUG DRILLING

For i5t and 2nd Plug drilling we will start with fresh water
However after every 5-10 Ft we will use high viscous pill (10-20 cP) to lift the cutting on

Surface
For 3rd Plug drilling we will start with gel fluid 5 cP and will send pill after every 5-10 Ft

JOB EXECUTION PROCEDURE

l . Rig up the BHA and function test on surface at max circulating rate of 1.5 BPM, note down the rate and
pressure with water
2_ Put high pressure water filter in the pumping line to coil to avoid any debris getting to the motor
3. we will pressure test the coil stack at 5000 psi
4_ Rig up Trican Cement Unit and also keep one Frac pump as back up, both units rigged up and primed .
5_ once the surface function test and pressure test is confirmed we open the swab valve & master valve
and start lower the coil at 5FPM to pass the wellhead and then keep 15 FPM rate, till we tag the first
cement top.
6 During running in hole keep pump running a~
_ bpm r~ e and confirm the return on surface.
. Tag the cement top slowly and note down the depth , increase the pump rate to 0.9 bpm and start the

milling process.
After everv 5-Ft pickup CTU and then pump a high vis pill, monitor the return and confirm the cement
