Dear Sir,

Complaint About Poor Product Quality.

First of all, I am writing this letter to grab your attention regarding the problem above. As one of
your beloved customers , I am very unsatisfied with the your new model of computer as I wilI be
using it for my school projects. For sure , I've bought a Dell 5300 computer on 28th October and
the computer was untouched until the day I brought it to school. The computer didn’t perform well
when I was using it for the first time in class.

(2) I was shocked to know that the screen of the newly bought laptop was cracked. When I was
surveying the laptop at your store, it was perfect without a single crack but when I purchased one,
it turned out to have a large crack on the screen. I am speechless as I have told the cashier to check
for any problems on the computer and he just nodded without doing so.

(3) One of the reasons I decided to buy this specific laptop is because it comes with a touchscreen
feature. Although, the screen was not touchscreen and it even felt cheap. I am very disappointed
with your claim of the screen being touchscreen when it is not. This can be categorized as a scam
and I have the power to sue you.

(4) Besides the scam on touchscreen, I also had a major problem with the storage. You promoted
your laptop to have 1 Terabyte but when I had a look on the settings, it stated that the laptop only
has 512 gigabyte worth of storage. I was looking for a laptop with large storage capacity to be able
to store multiple projects. I guess this lack in storage capacity will only reduce my usage time on
this laptop.

(5) Other than that, the laptop has incomplete and outdated softwares. Some of the applications
were not working properly due to the outdated softwares. This made the process of completing my
projects slower. This problem caused so much trouble in my journey to complete my projects. In
fact, it stresses me out.

(6) The computer I bought did give me bad impressions to your new product quality. I try to charge
the computer but can't connect to its adapter. This problem cause the computer hard to switch on
and I have to borrow others adapter to charge it. I believe the adapter is not belongs to the
computer pod. Now I am wondering how can I use the computer when it run out of battery at
home.

(7) Other than that , computer cannot connect to wireless internet connection. For your
information, I need the internet connection to surf the internet fo few contents to finish my task ,
because of the problem my task is undone. I have to use my cell phone to do the all researches just
to finish my work . The computer does not helpful in this situation.

(8) Without the further ado, I hope your company can solve this problem as fast as lighting. I have
few suggestion to improve the quality of the product for the sake of of your increment. Firstly ,
your company should improve the packaging of the computer. I believe the major reason of all the
problems come from a bad packaging.

Next, I think the services of cashier should be improved. As I told you about the cashier , he seems
took his job for granted when he did not checked the computer seriously .This can cause
disastification among customers .
