INFID INTERNSHIP 2019 -2020

INTERNATIONAL NGO FORUM ON INDONESIAN DEVELOPMENT (INFID) is seeking young
talents from Indonesia to join an Internship program for 3-6 months in 3 areas of work
You have the talent and passion for writing, delving into the facts, diligently putting words
WRITER and phrases together, and doing good for others, especially in the areas of Tolerance, Gender

INTERN Equality and Employment Services 

(code: PN)

You aspire to change/improve circumstances with evidence, data and facts, and are super
RESEARCH interested in finding answers to public issues, and in doing good for others in the areas of
INTERN Tolerance, Gender Equality, Employment Services and Social Security
(code: PL)

You enjoy communicating and interacting with people, and deeply value messages of peace
SOCIAL and inclusivity on social media, and are passionate about communicating and interacting
MEDIA with netizens through various social media outlets
INTERN (code: PS)

Selected interns will work alongside the Executive Director and Senior Program Officer. You will be working for 3 or 6
months. Over the course of the internship, you will receive Transport Allowance and Per Diem/Meal Allowance. If you
demonstrate exceptional talent/performance, opportunities exist to undergo a selection process and be promoted as an
INFID staff member.

Application requirements:

A convincing Application Letter (at least 2 pages) that shows (a) who you are and why you deserve the internship at
INFID; (b) what have you contributed to; and (c) what are you most interested in learning about from the internship.
Fresh graduate. Male and female. From all disciplines and academic backgrounds. You need to mention your level of
English proficiency.
The Application Letter is the primary consideration, apart from a sample of your own written work.
Please enclose a Writing Sample for the position of PN and PL. Your written work will be proof of whether you have
been truthful or not.
For the Social Media Intern. Proof of portfolio or work produced will help convince the selection committee.
Resume/CV of 2 pages maximum (if exceeds 2 pages, it will not be read).

Incoming applications will be shortlisted. No more than six people will be contacted if they meet the requirements.
The shortlisted candidates will go through an interview process. The results of which will determine whether you are
selected or not.

Internship starts as of 1 November 2019.
