Managing on-boarding process. Ensuring new hires been provided with all necessaries like ID &
Access card, login credentials and policy kit.
Handling employment related wants viz., Documentations, Background verifications, execution of
contractual agreements.
Inducting new hires on HR process and policies.
Responsible for employee’s data flow into the Employee’s Information Bank for ready reference for
the Management and audit purpose.
Managing all Time Office Management (TOM), Leave Management System (LMS), Vendor
Management System (VMS), and Web publishes on HR polices.
Managing core payroll functions for the employees at in-house using an application named “Grey
HR”. Ensuring the salary payment advice reaches finance team within the agreed Time for salary
credit.
Responsible for providing paylips, Tax sheet & Form 16 through Employee’s Information Portal.
TDS Activities – Obtaining projected investment declarations, computation of monthly tax liability,
procuring documents.
Handling employee queries on salary, TDS, PF & ESI and other general queries.
Coordinating with consultant for all statutory compliances. Confirming all remittance and returns
happens as per the statutory regulations. Implementation of new schemes from EPFO / ESIC.
Representing for ESIC & PF hearing.
Conducting Annual appraisal appraisals across organization in a year.
Responsible for issuing letters viz., Salary revision, transfer, Warning letters…etc.
Handling vendor Management – Sourcing, assessing and execution of agreements.
Delivering various reports to finance, Operational Managers and Management people for reviews
and analysis.
Maintaining process tracker to showcase the HR process status to the Management.
Responsible for maintaining zero escalation from employees with regard to payroll or TDS issues.
Handling exit process through a well-built online system.
