Global warming and air conditioning

Introduction
Global warming is a very destructive effect of mankind technology and development. The
temperature rises on planet earth caused by carbon production of machinery that build and
widely applied to meet the man needs. In order to maintain a comfort temperatures engineers
have developed a machine that can control environment, the machine called Air conditioner
(AC). AC could be the answer for human life needs to have cooler and healthy environment by
rejecting calor from one controlled environment to surrounding environment. In order to do the
task AC require a device that can circulate the system, which is electric motor. It is obvious that
AC require energy to operate the electric motor. The operational energy used by air conditioner
is very huge, even for a bedrooms required 1 PK AC capacity and the energy used for
operation is around 1 kWh each hour required 1 kwh of electricity and the average operating
hours is around ½ day assumed its only used for night time only.

Air conditioning principle.
Air conditioning ( AirCond) has been invented long time ago but the most common AirCond
system used now is vapour compression cycle (VCC). VCC circulating fluids in the closed
system to absorb heat from a room and reject it. The working fluid in the system is called
refrigerant. VCC is a system that using compressor as the circulating device that driven by an
electric motor but the issue is compressor rise the temperature of refrigerants so it needs to be
cooled down by a fan to reject the heat so after that the refrigerant is quite cool and even further
cooling is happen in the expansion valve, the valve act as a pressure dropper so that the fluid
automatic decreased temperature by dropping it pressure. That is a natural phenomena created
by God, just like when you hike a mountain the pressure will be lower than the low level-ground
whichs trigger temperature drop. So after the temperature of fluids has been decreased the
fluid now can absorb the heat from a room with some fan work to circulate the air.
Global warming effect on air conditioning machine.
The problem now is because of the earth temperature has increased in destructive number it is
getting harder to reject the heat to the environment, this is as stated in newton’s law of cooling,
the temperature difference between refrigerant leaving compressor and the environment
temperature getting lower. This phenomena has causing a big problem which is harder
compressor work because the pressure working zone has been increased thanks to mr human.
This is a major issue of AC in all over the world with summer temperature reaches high risk
level. th
