 (iv) Staff eligible for applying for Loan: A[[ permanent emptoyees including those on probation,
who have actuatty suffered loss or damage at the place of their posting and have fixed their
residence in the ftood affected areas/having their property in the flood affected area, which
was damaged / affected, in the State of Tamil Nadu/Union Territory of Puducherry other than
Yanam and Mahe, but inctuding Karaikkat, are etigibte to appty for the loan.

(v) Documentation: Emptoyees, who wish to avait the above toan, shatt submit an apptication-cum-
declaration in the prescribed format as per the Annexure and sha execute necessary
documents before availing the loan viz., DpN, Take Detivery Letter & Apptication-cum-
declaration. The individual loan witl be sanctioned by the Head of the branch, where
satary is
drawn.

(vi) Other terms and conditions:

(a) The ftood retief loan is permitted to onty those

employees who are working in branches/offices tocated
in ftood affected areas and having their residence in
these areas or who are working in other ptaces, but
whose property is situated in the ftood affected
areas and is damaged/affected byihe ftoods.
