Case Study

 Suppose you are the Rugby coach of the first Team at Masika High
school, consisting of 15 players. Your team has recently qualified for
the semi-finals and you are certain that it will be successful to reach
the finals. This means that they will play one game in the morning for
semi-finals and one in the afternoon for finals. The final match for this
year will be held at another school which is 200 kilometres away
from Masika Primary school. You will be departing from your school
early in the morning after eating breakfast and arrive back to
school in the evening, the same day. As a team coach, you know
that your team will need healthy breakfast in the morning before
departure for the games to increase their energy levels.
Questions
1. Discuss the type of break-fast that is relevant to the rugby players in
the morning before departure to the match and explain why? (10)
