This proposal is to sell affordable food inside the school, in our room, in the students, in the
campus of Pio Duran National High School-Senior High School to offer and provide safe and
delicious products. We offer this product to add another product in the menu of our school and
for the students to taste another food in the canteen. Many students nowadays wants something
new so our group decided to start a business and offer a product to fulfill their needs.
Bread Roll is kind of round or oval shape bread. This dish is popular in almost all parts of the
world and in various dialects this dish has distinctive names. The name “bread roll” has been
basically invented by the bakers according to their method of baking and ingredients used to
make the dough. In various cuisines, Bread rolls are eaten as breakfast rolls, stuffed with meats
and other fry-ups.
European cuisine is quite famous for making bread roll. Specially, German and Austrian
cuisines use the bread roll recipe to make various roll dishes. Even there is a classification also
among the bread rolls, which divide them into white and dark rolls. The difference between both
these recipes is the use of ingredients.
Bread roll is popular as a comfort food that can be consumed at any time. Bread rolls are as fun
to make as they are to eat and are the best use for day.
Buko Juice is popular, refreshing drink from the Philippines. “Buko” is a Filipino word that means
“young coconut.” Hence, Buko juice is also known as coconut milk drink. There are two ways to
prepare a Buko juice, one that uses fresh juice from the coconut fruit and one that uses canned
Buko juice concentrate.

To sell food and drink that will satisfy customers cravings and to give smile on their faces,
to lessen their worries and stress in life.

VISION
To always serve with smile on our faces to have a good working relationship towards our
customers.

GOALS
To provide tasty food and refreshing drink product.

OBJECTIVES
 To provide the needs and wants of our customers.
 To make sure that we provide quality products and offer excellent service to all customers.
 To serve customers at a quickest time.
III. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS
This section presents the social factors, political factors, legal factors, market analysis,
SWOT analysis, and industry analysis.

Social factors
The consumer's lifestyle and buying habits must be taken into considerations inside a
business. The business operated inside the school where various students is our customers.
These various students affect our business income.

Political Factors
Government policies is one of the political factors that affects a business; "The KAHIT
SAAN" food stall. Since our business operated inside the school, there are rules and regulations
that must be considered. This regulation is one of the factors that affects our business
profitability.

Legal Factors
The consumer's health and safety must be a priority. There are customers who have allergy.
In resolution, we ask permission to one of the teaching personnel of the school where our
business is located.

The target customers of "The KAHIT SAAN" food stall are the students, faculty and staff of
Pio Duran National High School Senior High School and the TESDA and PESO trainers. The
estimated population of the said campus is at least that leads as the opportunities of the
product.

Competitors
There are respective competitors inside the Pio Duran National High School that offers
similar substitute products. In addition with the entry of other groups, there are also students
who are operating their business which are also having their Entrepreneurship subject.

Suppliers
The other members of "The KAHIT SAAN" group provided raw materials such as the
materials and utensils needed. This served as their share in the group. The members of the
group are united to work together to be the worker of their own business. Every member of the
group has their own taste depends on their skills.
IV. BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Fresh Buko Juice was everyone’s favorite since it is an affordable and very delicious one
that makes it very popular especially to those people who has a UTI because it is an effective
product that they can use to cure it. Same as bread roll; it is a popular food product when it comes
in taste that’s why customers don’t forget them that fast. The owner of Fresh Buko Juice and
Bread Roll think some techniques and gimmicks that they can use to promote their product and
on how to handle this kind of product. They use some of their knowledge with it and then apply it
for them to become the most profitable and tasty product among others and also to achieve their
main goal which is to satisfy customers cravings and differential their food products to other
people’s making.
Fresh Buko Juice and Bread Roll want to serve and maintain owners, employees and
customer relationship. So the owners of Fresh Buko Juice and Bread Roll carefully think what is
the best strategies that they can use to attract customers in order to become a successful
entrepreneur, they wanted to serve people not just only for money that they can possibly have
but also to serve people with a product that is affordable and has a good quality. They also wanted
to give someone with a smile and always do great job.

A. MENU (FRESH BUKO JUICE and BREAD ROLL)


Fresh Buko Juice is made of course from coconut that we called “Lumbod” or “Karuson”.
Bread Roll is made from slice bread with hotdog and cheese inside. What makes it more delicious
is because of the “evaporated milk that we use or mix in buko juice and some ketchup and
mayonnaise for bread roll. It is a perfect tandem to satisfy customer cravings towards tasty foods.
We will make sure that every material that we are using is clean and safe to ensure the
protection of customer health that will be monitored by our manager and will lead every employee
to do their assigned work properly to make it easier for them to manage and operate it.

How to make Fresh Buko Juice


PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. In a container, combine the coconut (buko and sabaw) and condensed milk.
3. Add a little amount of sugar according to the sweetness you deserved.
4. Add ice for a cool and refreshing feeling.
5. Stir well and serve.
How to make Bread Roll
PROCEDURE:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Flat the bread.
3. Slice the hotdog and cheese;
4. Roll the bread with the hotdog and cheese.
5. Dip the bread roll in egg and bread crumps.
6. Fry and wait until cooked.
7. Ready to serve.
V. ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN
Forms of Business Organization
Partnership is a legal relation existing between persons contractually associated as
joint principals in a business. Each person’s contributes property, labor or skills, money and
expects to share in the profits and losses of the business. Each partners reports his/her shares
of the partnership net profit or loss on his personnel tax return.
Partnership must report their share of partnership income if ever a distribution is not
made. Partners are not employees of the partnership and so taxes are not withheld from any
distributions.
The Business “Kahit Saan” are well planned and organized by Carla Mae V.
Alcantara and Floravil C. Roncejero. This two owner bonded together to attain their goals and
construct more branches within and outside the country to share the good taste of the product
that they are selling.

The business owners should learn their customer’s perspectives and know every detail
of their business. The success of their business is depends on how the owner will manage it.
For the effective management of the business the owners must insure their employee’s salaries
or bonuses for motivation. Consider once opinion and suggestions.

They are responsible for the overall outcome of the business. They supervise, operate,
and organize the business with the help of their employees. They were the one who implements
the rules and regulations and make plans and decisions.
JERICO FERRER (FRONTLINE MANAGER)
He is responsible for many critical day to day operations. The overall performance of
his subordinates is his responsibility. He helps the owners to achieve its goals.
SOPHIA RONCEJERO (FINANCIAL MANAGER)
She is responsible for the financial health of the organization. She produce financial
reports, direct investments activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long term
financial goals of their organization.
MEDELYN LAMIT AND JADE ZYRILLE COME (STAFF)
- Oversees a team of employees.

They are responsible for managing the chefs and the servers for their everyday
tasks. They keep their employees motivated and working as a team.
RIANA JOY ABARRERA AND ASHLEEN MANLANGIT (CASHIER)
They receive and give the change of the customers. They will be the one who will
remit the sales of the finance manager.

SALATIEL CASTILLO AND MARIELLE NASOL (CHEF)


They are responsible for cooking the product that they will sell. They will make sure
that the product is clean.

They are responsible for good servicing skills they have. Serving and entertaining the
customers is their responsibilities also.

The management did a great work at selecting their employees. They chose according
to the rules and regulations of the business. Every employee must undergo a training before
they started working.
VI. PRODUCTION PLAN
KAHIT SAAN owners estimated overall consumers within the PDNHS-SHS Campus in
just a day. For daily production we are required to produce in the maximum of 90 pieces of
bread roll and 50 cups of buko juice.

We estimated one worker can produce 90 pieces of bread roll and also one worker can
produce 50 cup0s of buko juice.

In over all we need 2 workers to produce 90 pieces of bread roll and 50 cups of
buko juice. Kahit Saan started selling products on October 8, 2019, our business
start the operation at 7:30 am until 3:00 pm.
VII. OPERATIONAL PLAN

The business operation's task is to satisfy our consumer’s wants and to provide them the best
and tasty Bread roll and Fresh Buko juice. The main focus of this is to give them a refreshing and
relaxing feeling.

The purpose of our business is to ensure our consumer's health (students and teachers), to
have a large amount of energy to become jolly and energetic in performing their life's activities
and also to have a goodtime doing their day-to-day school works.

The materials and ingredients of our bread roll and fresh buko juice was easily to avail since
two of our reliable employees was the supplier of buko and we buy the other ingredients in the
market. The opening of our business went well because of our employees who make sure that
there would be no hassle and risk in operating and managing our business.

Each employees are well trained before assigning them to their given task from cooking,
providing materials needed and in serving the customers. The manager of our business is
supervising and leading them to make their works properly and also making sure that each one
performed their task effectively and efficient.

Fresh buko juice and Bread roll was now effectively satisfying our consumer's taste and
ensuring the goodness of their health. We are glad that it was doing great of course with the help
of each and every one we obtain our objectives. It is continuously improving and we ar e putting
forward in seeing its success.
VIII. MARKETING PLAN
This section contains the following factors of the marketing mix, place, price, promotion, and
people.

The proposed business name is “KAHIT SAAN".

PLACE
Located at Pio Duran National High School - Senior High School, Caratagan, Pioduran, Albay.

PROMOTION
The business will promote the product through sales promotion and also advertising in the
following forms; radio or television and also print advertising those are newspapers', flyers and
pamphlet. The advertisement must be catchy to get the attention of the consumers.

PRICE
The serving of the Bread Roll have the price of Php10.00 and Fresh Buko Juice have the
price of Php5.00 only per serving. We aim to provide a good product to the target customers
with the affordable price that they want.
