We, Top Loyal International Development Limited and our partner Sunmee International Trading
Limited represent our end buyer Huaneng Power International Inc. , hereby confirm that we are
ready, willing and able to purchase the following commodity as per specification and in the quantity
as specified in the terms and conditions as stated hereunder:

1. Commodity : Coal
2. Origin : Indonesia
3. Quantity and Quality: According to below specification at the end of this letter
Minimum 100,000 – 150,000 MT per month
A. ( NAR 4800 : USD $43 / MT )
B. ( NAR 5200 : USD $50 / MT )
4. Price : A. ( NAR 4800 : USD $43 / MT )
B. ( NAR 5200 : USD $50 / MT )
5. Payment term : DLC / Final Payment TT
6. Delivery : FOB aboard mother vessel
7. Inspection : SGS or equivalent surveyors. Seller will provide the testing report on
quality and quantity at loading port and it shall be at seller’s cost. At
discharging port, buyer can engage SGS tester or any equivalent testing body
to verify the quality and quantity at discharging port at buyer’s expenses. All
test report will be in English.

PURCHASING PROCEDURES
a. Buyer send ICPO with company profile, Seller return with FCO and Buyer signed FCO return
to Seller.
b. Seller instruct his/her bank to issues proof of product, PPOP to Buyer’s beneficiary bank (Only
PPOP/RWA sent via Seller’s bank will be accepted by the Buyer).
c. PPOP includes:

d. Upon Buyer confirmation receipt of PPOP/RWA documents, (Seller’s bank issues RWA to
Buyer’s bank), Buyer will issue IRDLC (Irrevocable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) to
the Seller’s bank. Seller’s bank will issue 2% performance bond to Buyer’s bank after the
confirmation of receiving the IRDLC from Buyer’s bank.
e. Seller sends to Buyer Ocean Bill of Lading/ Cargo Manifest, Cargo Q88, Cargo Ullage report
and SGS report.
f. Shipment commences.

We are looking for stock to purchase and can arrange a ship to come at anytime.
Please provide a recent specification of the coals that you have available , also provide us the
price for each specification of the coals.
