Synopsis
1. Introduction
Computer software, or simply software, is a collection
of data or computer instructions that tell the computer how to work.
This is in contrast to physical hardware, from which the system is
built and actually performs the work. In computer
science and software engineering, computer software is
all information processed by computer systems, programs and data.
Computer software includes computer programs, libraries and
related non-executable data, such as online documentation or digital
media. Computer hardware and software require each other and
neither can be realistically used on its own.

The name indicates what the database is. A database is one of the
important components for many applications and is used for storing
a series of data in a single set. In other words, it is a group/package
of information that is put in order so that it can be easily accessed,
manage and update.

Due to a steep increase in the unemployment rate the project can be

a solution to it. This basical
ly will provide a genuine platform to the job seekers of that they can
easily get a job according to there capabilities and the income
according to there expectations and worth

2. Objectives
Software applications and software development have been evolving
ever since with increasing speed of change. So the professions of
software engineering and management require continuous learning
and experience sharing.
Database management systems have made a revolution in modern
society. Business houses are making huge profits just because of
database management system. DBMS provides a lot benefits in all
spheres of human activity – the objectives are manifold. The main
objectives of database management system are data availability, data
integrity, data security, and data independence.

We therefore carry an objective to Provide a platform to both

companies and job seekers for employment so that they don’t get
fooled by the agents and and can actually talk to company direct
The companies who are looking for people for work can get a look
to new talent which will them down to enhance there projects

3. Motivation
As the rate of unemployment is increasing this will provide the
platform to the job seekers so that they can get their job as per their
skills and will provide an easy way for the companies For
recruitment and this can prove very beneficial to the companies
which are a start up or are struggling hard to get over there start up
phase as this could give them exposure to the talent and by this
people can get there jobs and find a salary according to there worth

4. Related work
A database is an organized collection of data, generally stored and
accessed electronically from a computer system. Where databases
are more complex they are often developed using formal design and
modeling techniques.
The database management system (DBMS) is the software that
interacts with end users, applications, and the database itself to
capture and analyze the data. The DBMS software additionally
encompasses the core facilities provided to administer the database.
The sum total of the database, the DBMS and the associated
applications can be referred to as a "database system". Often the
term "database" is also used to loosely refer to any of the DBMS,
the database system or an application associated with the database.
Computer scientists may classify database-management systems
according to the database models that they support. Relational
databases became dominant in the 1980s. These model data
as rows and columns in a series of tables, and the vast majority
use SQL for writing and querying data. In the 2000s, non-relational
databases became popular, referred to as NoSQL because they use
different query languages.

A mobile application, also referred to as a mobile app or simply

an app, is a computer program or software application designed to
run on a mobile device such as a phone, tablet, or watch. Apps were
originally intended for productivity assistance such as email,
calendar, and contact databases, but the public demand for apps
caused rapid expansion into other areas such as mobile games,
factory automation, GPS and location-based services, order-
tracking, and ticket purchases, so that there are now millions of apps
available. Apps are generally downloaded from application
distribution platforms which are operated by the owner of
the mobile operating system, such as the App Store (iOS) or Google
Play Store. Some apps are free, and others have a price, with the
profit being split between the application's creator and the
distribution platform. Mobile applications often stand in contrast
to desktop applications which are designed to run on desktop
computers, and web applications which run in mobile web
browsers rather than directly on the mobile device.

Here we require the work which is already being done in the fields
of database and Android. The research work done in the field of
software development will be useful

5. Plan of work
First we need to create a a database from the the company(both in
and outside the country) side which will include all the vacancies
which are present in the company and another database which has
the list of the people which are interested in taking a job then and we
will match the requirements of both company and the job seeker and
if there is a match then and we will notify both company as well as
the job seeker so that an interview can be generated

Then we a software to manage all the data we need to check which

person fits as per the company requirements and if the person gets
the job we can remove that person from the database and can reduce
a vacant from the companies list too. This will help us to find how
much more vacancies are left
And as a home screen for the app we create Google forms by first
asking that whether the viewer is a company or a job seeker and
according to his reply we show up the form created for both job
seeker ND company differently
Then according to that we add the details to the respective database
and we start looking for the match in other database and as it a
match we notify both the parties and if both agrees an interview is
generated by the company
