FIRST HOMEROOM PTA MEETING
(GRADE 9 – ACTINIUM)
Rationale A Homeroom Parents-Teachers Association meeting is one of the association in school that
plays a vital role in providing the children of each section a conducive and safe environment
for them to participate actively in teaching-learning activities and enjoy their stay in school
premises until the end of the school year.

Objectives  Elect HRPTA Officers to help raise the standards of the school;
 disseminate the rules and regulations implemented in school for students;
 reiterate the Grading System;
 encourage parents to be involved in the school’s projects for the convenience of
the students;
 develop a healthy and strong relationship for the holistic development of the
students.

Agreement The parents insisted to have a Homeroom project (Wall Fan) in order for the classroom to
be more conducive to learning. They all agreed to donate 100php per parent to accomplish
the project. One of the parents agreed to donate 10 pieces of curtains for the classroom’s
beautification. Moreover, parents were supportive and cooperative until the meeting
ended.
