CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The undersigned private-complainant accuses GIRLIE B.

FLORES of the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Slight
Physical Injuries and Damage to Property defined and penalized
under Article 365 of the Revised Penal Code as amended by
Section of R.A 97 of R.A 10951, committed as follows:

That on or about July 01, 2018, in Pagdalagan Sur, Bauang,

La Union, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused being then the
driver of a motor vehicle, in a careless, negligent and imprudent
manner, without adopting the necessary precaution to avoid
accident, peril to life and damage to property, disregarding
traffic rules and regulations, did then and there wilfully,
unlawfully and feloniously cause said motor vehicle she was
driving to bump motorcycle owned and driven by the
undersigned, thereby causing slight physical injuries to him
which required medical confinement for a period of five (5) days
and will incapacitate him to perform his customary labor for the
same period of time; and damage to the motorcycle amounting
to Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱6,400.00), to the
damage and prejudice of the undersigned.
