KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Legitimation is made and executed in ______________________by and

W ITNESSETH
WHEREAS, prior to their actual marriage on __________________________________ to

together as husband and wife without the benefits of marriage. On account of their relationship they
