Following the successful merger between the two German market leaders in the field
of airport technology, Goldhofer and Schopf are now entering a phase of consolidation
involving both brands. Together, we have already accomplished many joint projects

Engineered jointly, the towbarless aircraft tow tractor AST-2 »PHOENIX« is the first
example of our successful collaboration which will now be followed with the innovative
»SHERPA« line of baggage and cargo tow tractors, the first to be marketed exclusively
under the Goldhofer brand name. This means that you will be benefiting from the
extensive know-how and experience of two companies, our broad product range,
our outstanding service availability and our long tradition of keeping things as simple,
efficient and solution-oriented as possible for everyone involved.

Our conventional aircraft tow tractors can handle civil as well as
military aircraft with a weight of up to 600 t.

Our towbarless tractors can tow aircraft up to 600 t. With

»PHOENIX«, we have established a new generation of AST-2 with
improved performance and comfort.
CARGO
»SHERPA« is the first line of innovative baggage and cargo tow
tractors manufactured under the Goldhofer brand name. It will
replace the established Schopf cargo tractors.

The modular Aircraft Recovery and Transportation System (ARTS) gives you full flexibility
when recovering aircraft: The basis for the system are trailers with turntables, with towable
and self-propelled options. Also, both trailers can be combined with one or two additional
trailers with hydraulic platforms.
