Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition
In my opinion, security is the most important, because it is synonymous with trust
and a person must always believe in himself, that is, he can achieve any goal.

Independence has been very important in my academic and work training.

Because I can do things my way.

The challenge has been one more motivation to overcome obstacles. : When
something represents a challenge for me. I try to achieve it.

Interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm on things.

That's what I'm doing.

Variety is a good incentive not to fall into monotony.

Relationships allow me to make friends with people who share my same interests
and concerns.

The recognition of people is a reward that makes me think that all the effort made
in my activities was not in vain.

Competition Inspires me to constantly improve to prevent competition from

overcoming me.

Working hard and seeing the results in your lifestyle is also a good motivation.

Money has never been my motivation, even if I have had financial difficulties. With
money we can aspire to live a better life, but I am not satisfied to be rich. It seems
absurd and insulting to accumulate material wealth.
