Football has always been a passion of mine. Being around the game throws all the
negatives out of my life. It helps me keep focus on my path and dream. So, my dream job would
be an NFL general manager. Being an NFL general manager has many responsibilities like
negotiating contracts, discussion on recruiting players, etc. A lot of the NFL General Managers
now a days have one thing in common and that is college scouting. Being able to break down
talent and evaluate it comes a long way in this business. Knowing how a certain player would be
able to play in a specific offense or defense is crucial to the program. Having a lot of experience
is something they look for. Employers look for experience as a general manager with a
bachelor’s degree. They also look got physical education and minor in business.
Having that level education is understandable. This isn’t a job you can give to anybody
and it just work out. It’s not like McDonalds or a corner store. This job is a big deal and requires
a lot of experience to be able to handle the amount of work a pressure. The classes I am taking
now can put me on the right track to be able to achieve my goal. Every class has its part to
contribute into my dream. This semester I am taking Sports Management, Lead, Digital App.
These are the main classes that could help me improve my knowledge in that business and give

anywhere from $1 million to $3 million a year. That is the average pay. Some get paid more and
others get paid less. I couldn’t find the hourly pay but I’m sure it’s out there somewhere. To be
able to manage this amount of money I would get an accountant to help with managing my

money. I don’t really spend money like a lot of people do. I can hold on to $100 for months
maybe even a year. So, I’m not worried about going broke.
