Greetings!

The Faculty Club of Tañong High School, Senior High School Department,POD, ESP and AP
Department, SSGO, Inter Act, GSP and BSP,SAMAGFIL Club will collaborate for a project entitle
“Anti-Drug Campaign R.A. No. 9165 and Anti-Bullying Act of 2013 or R.A No. 10627 Forum” on
August 19-20,2019, Marcy Gym 9:20 am onwards per level and section schedule in addressing
the increase cases of such acts based on the guidance and prefect of discipline records. We
invited speakers from Marikina City Police Station, Community Affairs Department for proper
dissemination and conduct of this activity for the audience to be more capable enough to
understand and inculcate with in themselves the consequence of this issues once committed.

The proponents believed that school-based education for drug abuse prevention: the total set of
experiences to which students are exposed over their time at school that contribute to
preventing drug use and mitigating the consequences of drug use.The purpose of this “campaign
symposium of school-based education for drug abuse prevention“ is to express the concepts and
values upon which, school administrators, teachers, students, parents and community agencies
can make decisions about school-based education for drug abuse prevention.

Likewise, the proponents values a healthy and peaceful educational environment.We all believe
that members of the School community, which includes students, parents and guardians, and
the community members should be made aware of the negative effects that bullying can have
on victims and the School in general, and should work towards ensuring that students can work
in an environment without fear. In this regard,we should help one another in a deemed
reasonable and necessary as possible within the school environment to eradicate bullying in all
its forms. Tañong High School takes a strong stance against bullying. Bullying is unacceptable in
our School and will not be tolerated.

Evaluation through checklist will be conducted to assess audience impact in making a guiding
principles of the School POD and Guidance Office in which can convey a sense of direction
towards forming an ideal plans in addressing and preventive measures at any given situation and
circumstances of drug related and bullying issues in school.

Lastly, I humbly request from your good office to conduct a meeting from the proponents to
form a committee for this event for proper guidance and information dessimination of this
project.
