medicine because they contain the active substance aloina8 and as a first aid kit. Both the inner
transparent pulp and the yellow resin exuded when cutting leaves are used externally to relieve skin
ailments. Systematic reviews of randomized controlled clinical trials have shown that there is no
evidence that Aloe has potent medicinal effects However, other research suggests that Aloe vera can
significantly reduce wound healing compared to normal treatment protocols
